Very friendly and professional. Didnt have to wait all day to get my brakes fixed. I made an appointment and they took my car in as soon as I arrived.

I love this shop. I was recommended to go here and I was a bit worried about a shop I had never been to but the Mechanics really set my mind at ease. They fixed my car and told me other things Id known needed fixing and nothing else. The quote was simple and straight forward and they stuck to it. They are honest and kind too. My tires were severely unaligned and they fixed them quickly and now Ive got my car working again.

Keith provides excellent customer service with expert knowledge of auto repair issues. He knew exactly what I was talking about when I described vehicle problems. The other mechanic was friendly and helpful as well. I also appreciated the cleanliness of the facility while we waited. I got what I needed and fast!

Hey yall!! So I had a terrible noise coming from what I thought was my left tire. I took it to a competition place first but they were unable to find the problem. Once the problem got worse, I had a friend that suggested this place. I told Keith exactly what was going on and he took it out and brought it back and immediately knew what the problem was. He showed me it was a simple plastic component and fixed it. Turns out the noise was coming from the right side but only heard when I turned left.I have terrible anxiety when it comes to car but Keith was fantastic my anxiety very quickly !That k you Keith!!

I went to the shop on Greenlawn Dr that Ive always taken my car to be repaired (AC not cooling). I asked if I could have someone perform the Free AC Check and was told by the shop manager that it would be $167 for the service.... So I asked what was the Free AC Check to which the manager replied Its when we turn it on to see if its working. Most people dont know to even do that.! Mind you, I just spent over $1000 having my vehicle repaired less than 4 months ago. I will never go to this shop again. Apparently the guy they have running it thinks most people are morons.

Not only did they do everything that I ask them to do they went the extra mile to make sure my security and safety of the vehicle was at its highest point. Thank you to tire choice you guys are great fast convenient and always do a great job

I drove over a “screw” and needed a tire plugged. The gentlemen name Keith told me my tire couldn’t be plugged and it would cost me $293 for a new tire on my charger. Which i new was wrong because the tire didn’t look damage it was just flat..I went to another tire place 5 mins away and my tire was plugged with no problems. He looked at what i drove and try to over charge me.. Not good business at all... Thanks to Express oil change for plugging my tire!!

My experience was good, but they need some help, a service technician.

I showed up for my appointment. You did not have the tires in stock (your web page said you did). So I was first told they did not see my appointment on your site. Then I was told they would need to make a run to warehouse to retrieve the tires. Then I was given a quote $300-$400 above your website tally which included mounting, balancing, stems, etc. Then I was told you dont ever go by whats on your website.Congrats!! 3 hours later I had my new tires purchased and installed by one of your competitors.Keep thinking you are the only business of your kind in town!

Tire Choice is now my place for tires. They suggested Yokohama tires for my car that last longer and cheaper than other major name brands. Their customer service is amazing! Thanks Tire Choice and Aaron.

Awesome service quick and easy

Had a flat tire, a huge nail in another tire, and something else was wrong with another one. They took care of the back two tires and repaired the first one. I went home to shortly find that the repaired wheel went flat and wasnt actually fixed. So, I went back to the shop and they fixed it for free and it drives way better. They are very professional and get the job done at a very cheap price. I got two tires replaced and a third tire repaired for only a little over $200. You certainly cant beat that

Where do I begin? The service and atmosphere were excellent on yesterday. I had to get a new tire. The price Mr. Todd gave me on the phone was what I paid for. I only had to wait for about an hour to get the new tire put on. It felt like a true family business. I would recommend this place to anyone I know, especially women. I am so glad I got to experience the great atmosphere for myself.

I went in today to get my oil change on my 2009 Chevy cobalt and when I first entered they had a fantastic atmosphere that meant willing to help anyone and everyone was so friendly. They really do have the best deals and make your car feel brand new when they give it back to you and if you have any questions they would always be happy to answer them but overall a GREAT SHOP and I recommend it to many others. 😇

Started at Dutch Square location where no one paid me any attention. So I drove 30 minutes to this store where Todd Corley is the manager (who I have dealt with before). He took care of me right away with 4 tires and alignment within my budget. It was a wonderful experience and I would buy tires here again.

I brought in a used car wed just bought that was making a funny noise. Turned out to be the transmission. They couldnt fix it themselves, but they gave me a list of suggestions and told me what to expect by taking it to the dealership, and they didnt charge me a thing for looking at it. Theyre really great guys, and Ill definitely be taking my car back there in the future.

Nathan did a great job taking care of me today and looking out for my best interest while dealing with some issues, thats the reason this has 5 stars. But, there was something that happened that I take issue with. There was a gray haired over weight guy that obviously was Nathans direct supervisor and was having the location assessed by a bald guy, gray haired guys boss. Any and every time bald guy made a comment about an issue in the shop, gray haired guy would pass the buck, and throw Nathan and Gary under the bus. This is not leadership, it is cowardice. True leadership is being accountable and taking responsibility for everything and the actions of everyone under you, not throwing them under the bus. It was disappointing to see this lack of leadership for such great guys. Nathan and Gary take great care of customers and truly enjoy helping people, and they deserve better. Gray haired guy... if youre reading this I want you to read a book called Extreme Ownership by Leif Babin and Jocko Willink, and better yourself so you can be in a better position to better others instead of tear them down, to save your own skin, in the face of adversity. Bald guy... if youre reading this, in my experience, if there is poor leadership at a place it permeates all of their responsibilities, maybe check up on old gray hairs other stores... if he has any.

I have neeeever felt more welcomed!!! I have also never met a mechanic that didn’t treat me as if I was ignorant to the way cars work . I’d always been taken advantage of. At Tire Choice I was treated as apart of the family. The problem with my vehicle was thoroughly explained and I was asked multiple times if I understood or needed it to be explained differently. I wanted to share that Waltons is now Treadquarters Discount Tire. They now carry tires in stock but still can do all the work you have relied on for years. They havent got the signs changed yet, but they still have a bun ch of great technicians there, and treat you like gold. Now they also have a national warranty. Come see Reggie and Terron.

All of the guys at this shop were incredible! They treated me like a person and not just a car! Turns out I had a lot in common with Terron and Reggie was quite the gentleman as well! I am very satisfied with their service, their personability, and the information they gave me in regards to the condition and repairs to my vehicle. This is my new favourite place for repairs and I would recommend it to anyone.... GLOWINGLY!!!!

Attempted to get a refund at first the guy told me nk we dont do those, then after i read him what was on the back of THEIR RECIEPT, he told me it would take 6-8 weeks for the refund since they caint do it at the store, piss poor customer serive at its finest wouldnt recommend this place to anybody period

Bad customer service. Didnt have oil to do a oil change . They said they would not honor the deal because they didnt have oil even though I had talked to someone before that they would . Then when I thanked the person at the counter for wasting my time he proceeded to laugh at me. One of the worst customer service experiences ever.
