Excellent customer service ! They have so many options for beverages and snacks. The mechanic shop is one of the best in Columbia. Their prices are reasonable and the mechanics have over 10 years in experience. They know what they’re doing. All my cars will be going here.

These are pictures of the new muffler i recieved. This muffler was dented in spots and had stickers from a shuttle service on it. According to the garage this is normal to pay $495 for this.

Are you kidding me? This isnt even a legit gas station, they only have the expensive option gasoline.

This is by far the worst mechanic shop I have ever encountered they had my car for a month and charged me 3,150 to fix my car and when I picked it up it broke down on the highway with my 7 Year old in the car with me I told them everything I wanted fixed and they said they did it and gave me a bill that just said 3,150 paid for work done I took it back to them and they charged me another 250 for something that should have been fixed at first if you love your car find another mechanic shop

Have taken several vehicles for maintenance and repair over the years. Ever since Fred has taken over things have gone downhill severely. The level of customer service is very poor, I have very low confidence that some of the repair work and oil changes I have paid for have even been done, also they like to play schemes and and scams to get you to pay more for nothing. Do not go here, terrible customer service and you will be disappointed!

This store willingly allows customers in without masks. Stopped by to get a bag of ice only to have not one, but two customers stand as close as they could while in line with no masks. I complained to the clerk and his response was to laugh at me. If you or someone you love has a compromised immune system I assure you - its no laughing matter. It can be deadly! Ill shop somewhere else that cares!

So yesterday on April 1 I went to this gas station to get a quick snack, as I am still working. I know I should have checked but I had assumed, that they had done there jobs. But I got back into my work van and opened the package with out looking at it, and immediately realized something was wrong. I looked down at my snack and realized it was covered almost completely in mold. I went back inside After (vomiting 3 times) and dropped the moldy snack on the counter, went over and grabbed the box I had gotten my snack out of, and saw that the sale by date was December 24, 2019 so I would be careful going to this BP.

Careful. This location dont practice social distancing. They ask customers to come to the counter two at a time. The lady who works here gets mad if u dont

I dont normally write reviews. Was looking for an independent shop to make a minor repair on my car. Generally, I do my own repairs but this one required a lift. On the recommendation of my wifes co-worker, I took the car to Harpers Farm BP. While I fully expected to come away with only an appointment (they were very busy), they worked me in almost immediately. I explained what I wanted done. They gave me a very reasonable estimate to which I agreed. I let the Service Manager know that if the work took longer than anticipated, I had no problem covering the additional time. He replied with a modest not-to-exceed price. The work was professionally completed to my total satisfaction and well within the estimated time / price. I was in-and-out in less than an hour. There were no hidden charges or fees and no attempt to sell me additional services. My thanks to the Service Manager and the mechanics for a most pleasant experience that exceeded my expectations..

The most disrespectful thing a shopkeeper can do to a loyal customer is to look them in their face while repeatedly and knowingly selling that loyal customer stale, out of date, crusty, defective, or unusable products at premium prices and then yell at that loyal customer when they ask how the problem can be resolved. Thats what the lady here did to me. After over a decade of this being my go to gas station and quick stop on my way home, I will never go back.It says a lot that the 5* reviews are all related to the garage. Everything else is a 1*.

I have 12 and 6 year old cars. I do minor repairs myself, but sampled three repair shops within walking distance for major repairs. Ive had the best experiences by far here. I now use this shop exclusively. Theyre friendly, professional, and competent. I trust this shop to always repair whats broken, nothing more. They even recently tightened my belts with no charge when another shop told me they needed to be replaced. They could have done the replacement unnecessarily, but instead their honesty gained them a loyal customer.

Extremely high gas prices! If you can, try driving a few minutes more to River Hill. Even though its a more affluent neighborhood, the Sunoco always has gas for much cheaper. I love to support my local community businesses, but their pump prices pretty much keep me from buying anything here.

Scheduled an appointment. At a convenient time for them and they do not even look at my car for 2 hours. What was the point of an appointment? Should only have taken 90 minutes for the service I scheduled. Frustrated is an understatement.

This gas station constantly has many or all pumps out of order. Completely unreliable but sometimes they have gas.

The place to fill your tire with air is always broken. I might need to offer to pay to fix it myself. Eliminate this from your place of business if you can’t keep it in working order!

Ive been going to these mechanics for years. I even moved to a new town but still return to them. What I like best about them is that they do not charge for unnecessary work, they know cars very well, and they are honest.Repeat: these guys are honest.

I paid inside for gas on the pump and the attendant did not put gas on the pump and was extremely rude when asked for my money back. In addition, they seem to charge more for gas than every other gas station in the area. Rellos are stale too.

This gas station is the most expensive dirtiest unprofessional gas station I have ever seen and half of the time most of the gas pumps do not work and the employees are incompetent they do not even know how to use the Harris teeter rewards cards

They sell gas! The convenience store isnt much to speak of. They tend to charge more for gas like all of the central Columbia stores.

Towed my 11 year old car in due to some issues. The mechanics and owners here were very attentive and quick to pinpoint the problems. Called me back with a quote that was very reasonable (I called around to price the same job) and offered me with several options. While they were completing the repairs, an unexpected problem came up and they called me to inquire about the history. In the end, the job was completed on time and I was charged exactly what I was quoted, even though they replaced a couple extra parts to get rid of the additional problem. The car was running like new when I picked it up. The communication throughout the whole process was very smooth. I will definitely recommend this place to my friends!

Had my car twice to the dealer but still had serious problem. These guys fixed it. Yes, sometimes their gas is higher BUT they can fix things!
