This is an EXCEPTIONAL small business auto shop. I highly recommend. I was referred to them by a neighbor and have taken my daughters car there for a few oil changes/tune ups/tire rotation. They are reasonable and very professional and efficient. They are so helpful every time I encounter them (last week one of my ties was low and they checked all 4 times in less than 10 minutes and didnt even charge me). I live downtown and this is a rare find as there are so many auto repair places downtown that have taken advantage of me and others. Clarks is exceptional!

Absolutely LOVE this business. I was having trouble with my vehicle and was told it MIGHT be the starter. I took my vehicle in Jimmy checked it out for me, told me it was a loose wire only, tightened the connection and sent me on my way without any charge. OUTSTANDING SERVICE AND HONEST! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE FOR MY AUTOMOBILE NEEDS.

They get the job done asap! I had a problem with there credit/debit fees didnt know until after I paid how much I was paying in fees.Also they wont work on 90s models cars anymore total bummer but I get it for the most part

Great service guys that know what there doing and not afraid to get themselves dirty. if you want any custom parts or things to be done to you engine or car bring it here they have the right stuff to get you hooked up and to enjoy your car highly recommended. also they placed 2nd in the state for best mechanics if i were the gudge i would say there number one.

They do a good job. And first time as well. I have never had to bring my vehicle back due to a lack of proper service the first time. I usually get my van in and out in reasonable time the same day.

Clarks took really good of me and my vehicle! He recharged my AC for less then half the price all the other competitors quoted! He went above and beyond and looked at some other issues as well. Highly recommend!

First, this is NOT an auto parts store - it is a full-service, top-rate auto repair center specializing in diagnosing and solving electrical problems. Secondly, there have only been three mechanics I have ever used, worth their salt, in the Columbia metropolitan area - and Jimmy and his crew are the best of those three. I would not hesitate to recommend them to ANYONE... really. My only regret? Theyre not open on Saturdays - probably best... theyd run the other shops out of business altogether.

Great people and service

The guys are reliable, honest, and most importantly know what they are doing. I had tires put on and a front end alignment done at another place and after taking it back several times because I could tell my alignment was not right, they told me everything on the car was fine. I took it to Clarks and they immediately told me it was not properly aligned, in fact the tires were bowed out. Theyve also done brakes for me and repaired a tire. Great service each time! I wont be going anywhere besides Clarks from now on!

Hey I tell you what, the problem with my truck was very small but these guys fixed it an explained it in full detail as if it were an extra large problem. They were friendly and helpful and had no problem whatsoever stopping what they were doing to help me out. Im taking my truck here for all my service needs an I suggest everyone do the same

Complete rip off. I went here asking for a diagnostic, and ended up with a $490 bill! I would give zero stars if I could. The owner had the nerve to tell me that they do not provide quotes. His exact words were so you were just gonna use me for my information then get someone else to fix your car? Yes! It is called a diagnostic and I was more than willing to pay you a diagnostic fee! I had to call the cops on this creep. STAY AWAY!!

Great service at a fair price

I have been using Clarks for nearly 10 years. I have NEVER been disappointed with the service they provide. I wouldnt think about going anywhere else for my auto repair needs.

Pretty good fast minor repair shop. Sometimes they have a problem getting parts quickly though.
