I just had a thorough review of all my State Farm Insurance policies with one of Chuck Morgans agents, Shelly Strominger. She called me and we scheduled a teleconference to review the specific coverage on my homeowners policy which is up for renewal. Additionally we reviewed all of my auto insurance policies, my liability coverages, and my life insurance policies in detail. She was very thorough and went over details of all coverages. As a result she was able to identify duplicate road service coverage and reduced my premium on three vehicle policies. Shelly also made me aware of a new safe driver option that potentially could save me approximately $220.00 annually. She signed me up for that option and I look forward to participating. Shelly was very knowledgeable, professional and courteous, and followed up on several of my questions. I have had my insurance policies on cars and houses with Chuck Morgan’s Office for many many years. My experiences with the Office have not always been good. A recent incident prompted me to write this review to help those who consider getting insurance protections from the Office, help those currently with insurance policies with the Office obtain good services, and help Chuck improve his business.I will try to be fair, but of course, what I write is my personal opinion based on my personal experiences. Among the reps of Chuck Morgan’s Office, I would recommend Evan and Jian Wang. I am sure there are other good ones. I had only one phone conversation with Evan, but found him friendly and professional. Jian has helped me a great deal with my insurance matters in recent years.Here is the mentioned recent incident as I see it: 3 or 4 weeks ago, MVA notified me of insurance lapses and asked for clearing the “flags”. Earlier this week, a third rep told me to call MVA, but an MVA recording instructed me to get a verification of valid current insurance policies from my insurance company. I requested that Evan and Jian work on the problem. The mentioned third rep then suggested that I make an appointment to talk to MVA in person. On the next day, Jian called me and learned about the situation. In less than 30 minutes, he called again and told me that MVA admitted having made computer errors and would send me a letter closing the case.In my opinion, Jian and Evan deserve 5 stars, but the average performance of Chuck Morgan’s Office is 3 stars.

The Statefarm’s office - Chuck Norris Morgan Is definitely one of the best insurance agents I ever had. Walking into his offices are is like family. Everyone there knows me on sight, they ask about the family are always helpful and professional.
