They always find you the best rates which I love. The only thing I dont like is that many times theres only person there to help you. So the wait can be long sometimes and their computers are slow

I needed sr 22 insurance after not driving for 3 years. I had a line up of tickets from a DUI, to a Traffic violation, and Driving under suspension. They found me a very reasonable rate from a very well known company (Progressive Auto) under $200 a month. I am very happy to get back on the road. Thank you. They do charge something like a finders fee. I dont know if the fee varies from person to person. But, they do deserve that fee.

Isaiah was incredibly fast and efficient and was extremely knowledgeable of all the services and fees I look forward to referring more people to this branch. The store was clean and his associates were extremely polite as well

Very Sketchy. Horrible phone static. And gave me A WAY DIFFERENT QUOTE. Their online prices said otherwise. After the site says it will call you, IT WONT. Called them. The Representive I will say was very friendly and genuine, but he couldnt tell me anything about the company. Made me a little sketchy about giving my info. And from what I could tell, he was going through the steps on insurance websites. It took forever and I could do that myself. I thought it would be a quick, pull up my quote (which I had received online), take my money, and cool. But it wasnt. Once again, The Rep was very kind. But Drivers Choice FAIL

So I got a qoute over the phone, one price, after giving ALL my personal info... Which included dl #, vin # and so on....The rep gave me confirmation number..I go to the branch she suggested, over 115 miles away, bc it was such a great offer, and needed to be expected...Get there, Only to be told a different (higher) amount..Agency told me nothing they could do blah blah blah..I shouldve known this was too good to be true... Needless to say, Im NOT a happy camper!!!! I wasted time and gas money....I wouldnt recommend this company if someone needed insurance on skates!!!!!!
