We have been supremely happy with State Farm in general and with Troy Roberts in particular. Back in 2007, I was involved in an accident which was entirely my fault. Ambulances, injuries, the whole nine yards. Let me tell you something and its the honest truth. Other than perhaps a 300.00 deductible or something like that, we paid absolutely nothing out of pocket for an accident that finally settled in court for over 10,000.00. State Farm and Troy Roberts were THERE when we needed them. Period. But that is only one aspect. Troys office also seamlessly took care of everything else related to the claim, from contacting and dealing the attorneys and court, to paying out the claims to the other driver, to getting me a rental car for the four months it took for my car to be repaired, etc. Their office was a pleasure to deal with and were courteous and professional every step of the way. Moreover, if our monthly insurance rate went up, I promise you it was less than ten dollars, because we didnt even notice it. State Farm and Troy Roberts? Highest marks all around.
