It’s very bad service I called him last year and this year not anybody answer me I don’t like this store he tell me every time I call you back you’re not calling me about not doing anything

Chris spearman has no business being an Insurance agent. He feels that its a courtesy and not a requirement to help his clients with any policy issues. His main objective is to make money off of the clients instead of providing them with the information and due diligence they deserve. He is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with in my life

Single mom of 6 got insurance from Chris Spearman agency trying to support “my people.” His staff is not professional. Police these days looking for any reason to pull over any 18 year old black boy . They could have gotten my boy Killed! Pretty much not decent folk. Did nothing to fix problem not even an apology. My 18 year old son got pulled over and harassed by a cop. He was afraid for his life. I told him how to conduct himself if police should pull him over just to stay alive. Because Spearman people did NOT send my information to the State, my child had his car searched and trashed!! Police took his plate because Spearman people did NOT do their job. 😔. They DO NOT KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING!!! PLAYING WITH PEOPLES LIVES!!! HUNDREDS OF DOLLARS LATER, COURT, AND MY SON TRAUMATIZED we are ok. Had to go somewhere else of course.

They are the worst team I have had and I have been with State farm since 2013. They dont explain why your policy keep going up, they say they will call you back but never do, they dont have the professional way about themselves at all. Im so tired of this company. The rates are high with no bad driving record. They always charging more then what you suppose to pay. By far the worst.

Have used othere State Farm agents and this office is by far better then any of them!
