By the time I called Mitch, it was around 7:30 at night and he answered the phone with some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. I figured someone who can provide that level of customer service so late in the evening, was someone who would take amazing care of my residents and he has continued to live up to that. I asked for some of his flyers to pass along to my incoming residents. He has continued to amaze me this past year.
