I have had interactions with several of the employees and they are all helpful, but my go-to person for help is Vivanna. She is responsive, quick, and provides friendly customer service. I recently added a new vehicle to my insurance, and removed an old vehicle, Vivanna made it a painless process! I also have my home owners insurance with State Farm. My family and I have been working with this agency for over 20 years, and have remained loyal customers, so that should say a lot!

The customer service is AMAZING! I had issues because I moved from Pennsylvania to Maryland and MVA had a “pull my tag order” on my car when I got stopped because they said I hadn’t paid insurance since 2016. PA Had to send the declarations page to MVA and then yesterday I had to find an agent in Maryland and my agent in PA recommended Carrie Skinner. When I called Carrie’s office, Tammy answered the phone. I explained my situation and she immediately went to battle for me. I called MVA this morning to see how long the process would be and they said three or four business days until I was cleared of all of the charges and could drive my car . I called Tammy explained the situation and with in 15 minutes she had confirmation that everything was clear, case closed and I was able to drive!
