I have had insurance with this branch for years and the constantly do not respond to emails or follow up with questions or problems I have. They overcharged me for months and months for their error and refused to make an adjustment. Horrible communication, and I would NOT recommend. Stay away!

I had been a client of Lynns for years and actually switched to another company in February after a massive rate increase. I didnt want to switch but I had to for budgeting. Lynn did a great job explaining why I had a rate increase (I filed a claim) and why it happens. I hope to have her as an agent again as soon as I recover from my claim.

Amazing Friendly service year after year, Ive been insured by Lynn Wobig for over a decade now and I dont plan on switching anytime soon. I highly recommend her for your insurance needs. I have my home and auto insurance with her. Back when I was renting she had very affordable renters insurance.

I have had the worst experience ever with this agency. I don’t even think they deserve one star. The agent is never there and the office manager Ruben is rude and disrespectful once they get your money. I don’t understand why I am singled out to receive such horrible service. I don’t even know who my agent Lynn is as she takes vacations for over a month once she takes the money for the policy. I switched after being with my last insurance company for over seven years and I have never had worse service. I requested to speak to my agent and I have been told multiple times I can’t get help. I strongly suggest signing up with a different agency if you want to have a good experience with Allstate in Columbia, MO

Insurance can be annoying and confusing. Having a student at Mizzou needing both auto and renters insurance I chose Lynn Wobigs office. I have had a great experience dealing with both Lynn and Ruben.
