I have been impressed with Will from the moment I started working with him. He went above and beyond to get me exactly what I needed and took ample time to help me understand everything. He continues to go above and beyond! I had a urgent question one evening about my coverage so I sent him a text message at around 8:30 or 9pm and he text me back immediately with instructions THEN he sent me another text about 30 minuets later checking to see that all was well. I HIGHLY recommend him for all of your insurance needs! I’d give him 10 stars if possible!

Will has been my familys insurance agent for about 3 years now. He makes this scary, unknown, process so smooth and simple. I actually feel like he willing to teach me about the process and is always there when I feel lost in it all. Will made buying a house and multiple cars easy. Even when I got hit twice in 1 month Will was there to make things seem less stressful. The Farm Bureau team at the Will Garrett Agency are the best and I send everyone that way who is looking for an agent.

Will Garrett has met all my insurance needs. The staff is always helpful and goes above and beyond my expectations. When I hit a deer Will asked if I needed a ride. :) Farm Bureau definitely has my business for life.

If I could give this guy no stars, I would. My account was given to him when my agent got promoted. It has been a nightmare! Random fees, receiving emails pertaining to other customers, he some how managed to enter twine my account with a family members. It’s been awful! Just when we think he finally got our account right, another random fee comes out of our bank account. We do love Farm Bureau, we miss our old agent, and have recently requested a new agent. I do NOT recommend Will Garret!
