It sucks they don’t pick up calls! I was stuck on the road for 3 hours for road assistance. They will let hold your calls for 30 minutes or more. This was the first time I had a flat tire and called them for roadside assistance they let me hold my calls for hours then ended not helping me and I called for another towing company! The hard thing right now I am checking my status for claims but they are very slow in picking up calls they will direct you to their mobile app but no USE AT ALLLLLL!!very pooooorrrrrr in assisting their clients needs. They just for collecting your money. If their is zero star I would give them zero
I was with Geico for many years couple months ago my car got brock in NC on High way. i called Geico for road side assistant and they did not help me at all i paid for road side assistant for years but they said it was canceled which i did not know they took it off of my policy i had to pay 300 to the tow my car the mechanic shop was 4 miles away and had to stay at the hotel .there was no taxi no Uber the tow man helped me took me to the hotel. this was my very first time asking for road side assistant i was on Highway I-95. Very poor customer service. and will even advise my kids to stay away from Geico.
Activated comprehensive with Geico back in 2017 while my girlfriend was car shopping. She finally found the car that she wanted and financed a BMW 3 series. While on the lot, she called Geico to provide VIN, finance info, etc, and asked them to activate full coverage on her vehicle. After 4 years of dutifully paying her premium, with no accidents or tickets, she filed a claim a few weeks ago related to downed power lines that struck her car. Only to find out, that sometime during the last 4 years Geico dropped comprehensive from her policy without notifying her. She got shuffled around from agent to agent and finally they gave us Russell Santamarias number so he could help with the grievance. Apparently this is where claims go to die. Geico is the least profession, most negligent insurance company I have ever dealt with. No accountability, zero transparency and the worst customer service in the insurance biz. Obviously in the business of protecting their shareholders, NOT the policy holder.
My truck was stolen weeks or even close to two months ago. Geico responsiveness have been poor or even not existence. I have called several times and I haven’t been able to communicate with the adjuster that have my claim and no other human being can answer my questions about it, I emailed her and nothing, spoke with her supervisor and nothing, left comments on Facebook and the comments get deleted. I don’t know what else to do my truck is in a lot waiting for an investigation and the insurance cannot even reply my calls or my many voice messages. I have paid for over 10 years with the same insurance since I joined the Army and now nothing. I just want to know the status!!!!!!! I pay for a service for 10 years the least you can do is render your services.

WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD . FINDING ANOFFICE THAT YOU CAN WALK IN IS IMPOSSIBLE . MY CAR WAS STOLEN AND RECOVERED WITH IN 10HOURS WRECKED AND 80 MILES AWAY .TRYING TO GET THINGS HANDLED IS NEXT TO IMPOSSIBLE .

GEICO is trying to claw back Covid-19 discount because I did not renew after hefty rate increase on auto insurance. Moved to another carrier and saved $$$. GEICO made hundreds of millions from the lock down and reduced driving across the country. How petty to claw back a small discount.
GEICO is a rip off! Has been the worst company I’ve dealt with for the last 3 years and I’m sick and tired of it already. Customer service is horrible. Very dismissive, can not break down any of the “new” adjustments or better yet EXTRA needless fees. They like to word their excuses by stating “per the state of SC blah blah.” Their prices randomly go up and they can never explain you why. They have you waiting on the line once they realize you want an explanation so they transfer you to the “right” person whom will only be as rude as they can be, not wanting to explain anything in a professional manner. They will cut you off until you have no choice but to hang up. Very incompetent! Will be shopping for new companies by tonite for sure! If I could I would give them ZERO stars!
This specific office facility was GREAT! The staff was very professional and patient in assisting their customers or potential customers, even the manager/ facility owner was great in coming out to investigate the more complex and complicated problems and issues. If it turns out that they cannot help you at least they try as well as do research into your inquiry. The office was clean - inside and outside, decently located and organized.

Its really not on them. I just didnt realize that they were not the ones who could handle my questions. They transferred me to customer service at Geico.Com. The wait time was very long and I still have no answer to my question. I may be changing car insurance companies.
The first agent I spoke with didnt have good customer service but when I called back later that day the other agent was great.
From the front to the back. Everyone was helpful. I Didnt even know they were located off Bull St. Just make sure you have either Money Order or Debit. No cash payments.

Geico is a rip off for one, secondly they will do whatever they want if you give them access to your account information. I actually set up automatic payments, but I called a day before to unenrolled in auto pay and pay cash for a bill that was due being that I knew the funds weren’t going to be there. On the following day Geico still deducted 1,137.00 causing my account to freeze and put in overdraft where I’m not able to access any of my funds due to this. I didn’t even owe the amount deducted, and when I spoke to them about it last Thursday they told me they would refund it which could also take 3-5 business days. It’s now the next week, pass 3-5days, I still haven’t receive my funds, I’m being told different things from different agents. Now I’m being told my refund was canceled and reprocessed since it wasn’t approve by a manager and now it will be an additional 3-5days. Also to find out when I try to log on to my account with the app on my phone, they locked me out and canceled my policy because I owe one payment still. I can’t pay one payment if I can’t access my funds, because of an unauthorized amount of money they took. How is this fair? On top of this I have a 76 year old diabetic father in which I care for that I explained I have to purchase medical supplies for that I’m also unable to do. This is by far the worst I’ve ever experience with Geico, and not only do I regret choosing them to insure me and my family. Learning lesson, I advise all to stay far away, not to say the same thing will happen to you but the possibility of things like this should alarm you. I’m voicing myself because if I can save just one person from this happening too I will. Shop around for something better.

I was with Geico since 1995 and never had an accident and only one traffic ticket in 1997. My premium never went down but it only increased very little so I thought I was doing good by sticking with them. I recently obtained a quote from USAA and switched, my premium is now less than half of what Geico was charging me. Im disgusted that Geico allowed a long time customer to be taken advantage of like they were doing.
