We switched from Erie to StateFarm in March 2019 when we bought our first house (StateFarm had better coverage for a cheaper price!); however the customer service and attentiveness of this Agent (Alexander Brown specifically, as well as his employees) has been above and beyond!! Most recently, my husband and I met with him in person because State Farm is making a few changes to the homeowner insurance policy, and they are sitting down with every client to make sure people like us understand what we had before, and what our options will be now, with the new changes -- pretty nice for an insurance company! And happily, the new changes actually ended up saving us money, but Alexander took us through the changes as well as other options we didnt know about, like a newly offered Home Warranty option, a mortgage/life insurance quote that would cost us both about $40/month for 10 years and would payout $250,000 upon the death of either my husband or me, as well as the low cost of insuring personal computers or jewelry. We figured it would be a long boring meeting, but Alexander is young, funny, kind and extremely knowledgeable. We feel like we made a friend from the meeting, and will be recommending him to everyone we know!

Its very rare to see people leave positive reviews on places nowadays, rather most harp on the negatives, but this agency and the customer service that Alex and his team preach are second to none. Ive called numerous times to ask questions on policy changes, updates, mailings I receive and what they mean, and every time whether its Alex, or Brandi, or whomever has answered the phone has not only given me the answer I needed, they also took their time to make sure I understood the change and how it has impacted me. In 2018 many changes happened on the State level which impacted insurance rates across Maryland in a non-beneficial to the customer way, but when I spoke to Brandi she helped me understand the why behind it, but most importantly she gave me the best result by directing me to the State Farm Drive Safe & Save program that helps me recoup the difference for being a responsible driver. So thank you to Brandi for the help, and kudos to Alex and his Team for always putting their best foot forward for their customers.

Wow! That is all I can say. The service that Alex, Sarah and the team provided me was out of this world. They not only saved me over $1700 a year by switching to State Farm with even better coverage than I previously had. While it is nice to have an insurance agency that is easy to reach and easy to work with, I do not appreciate being called repeatedly to, set up an appointment to come in and do a policy review. Or to sign up for a State Farm credit card. Or to talk life insurance. Or to talk about gaps in coverage. Or any of the other things they call me for each month.I understand that they have quotas to fill, but I have asked to not be called about promotions and they have not listened. I used to work at an insurance agency myself, I do not need these excessive phone calls.
