I have been with McCabe Insurance since the early 80s. They are a wonderful insurance company. They insure my house and my vehilce. Over the years it has been such a pleasure to work with them. They always answer all my questions. They have helped me so many times and are friends and professional. They truly care about their customers as you can see that through how they treat you when you call. Recently I was working with purchasing a new vehicle and Geoff Schwartz who went above and beyond to help me out when working with the dealership. I had Pedro who helped me get great auto insurance. Without his help I wouldn’t be able to afford to get my car. He gave me the best possible rate he could find. Great customer service!! He also gets back to me with any questions or requests in a fast manner. Usually less than 24-48 hrs. I highly recommend them.

My wife and I have been Erie customers for over 30 years now and have been very pleased by the service. But, the insurance products themselves would not be enough to keep us as customers . You need people who can help navigate the choices, answer questions and be trustworthy advocates. McCabe Associates has proven to us they can be that interface. The staff has been extremely helpful and honest in answering questions and has helped us saved quite a bit of money too. For many years we had another insurance agent/broker and the switch to McCabe was the best thing we could have done. It is just so comforting to experience good customer service these days.

Thank you Robyn Toulotte and Erie Insurance! They came to my rescue when a tree fell on my house. From my first call to Robyn minutes after the tree fell, to the temporary representative I had till we were assigned a permanent one, everyone was responsive, professional and extremely helpful. Lucky for me Robyn sold us replacement insurance with a manageable deductible. Once the adjuster walked our property, it took them about 2 weeks to send us a check with the understanding that if the contractor found something they did not see, they would adjust the payment accordingly. They also sent out an adjuster to inventory my personal items that were damaged. I received that check about 2 weeks after as well. I was able to hire the contractor I wanted and finally, we are moving back into our home next week. Thanks everyone for making this very difficult time in my families life a little easier. I will continue to recommend your services.

Was abruptly switch from one insurance agent to this company and the experience has been terrible .. kids and dogs in the background of calls very unbothered rep while being assisted.. Ive decided to leave and go with another insurance agency .spent 7 years with erie all gone down the drain in a 3 min conversation with the new company

I have been a member for years, but most recently I have had an amazing experience with this company. I have a terribly unresponsive mortgage company who ironically was insisting on some insurance information from me. I reached out to Ms Odelys Payano and agent with MCabe Insurance for help and i was so stressed about getting this information tby the mortgate companys. Ms. Payano was very persistent in making sure that my mortgage company had what they needed. I am so greatful for people like this and because of her, I give this you 5 stars. Thank you again
