Best experience weve had with an insurance company, ask for Elizabeth. She explained their coverage options clearly and helped us make the best choice for our multiple cars without trying to scare us into buying more then well ever need. And were still paying less then the last two companies we had.A rock just chipped our windshield. I called Elizabeth on my lunch break and after telling me itd be free, asked if a certain place was fine and what time I wanted. She did all the paperwork and set the appointment. I did nothing but show up where I was supposed to that saturday and its been fixed since.

STARTING TO LIKE THEM LESS AND LESS. GOUGING ME BECAUSE SOMEONE REAR ENDED ME AND & I HAD PHYSICAL ISSUES BECAUSE OF THE ACCIDENT. GOING ON 3 YEARS AND THE COMPANY RESPONSIBLE, AMERICAN FAMILY, HAS NOT PAID UP YET & MATT GOUGES ME.

If I could rate this insurance rep a -5 stars I would.My wife and I moved from Illinois to Columbia, Missouri.I am a business owner and a 10 year Army veteran.I requested a liability insurance policy like I had from a great insurance rep. in Illinois from Farmers.This agency in Columbia wrote me coverage that was 3 times more than I needed.I also gave him payment from my existing bank in Illinois, although told him and the employees NOT to take the premium out of my account as my wife and I were in the process of setting up an account in Columbia with a good local bank.Four days before my business insurance was due, I paid it in cash and recieved a reciept for payment.Four days later they withdrew it again, without my permission from an unauthorized bank!I moved my insurance to an underwriter.Not Farmers.After giving them a voided check for our auto insurance, 2 weeks after that incident.They took it out yet again after I set up a bank here, and overdrew my account in Illinois.First time was a mistake!, Second time was just really stupid.My wife and I recieved a letter from our bank in Illinois with an ovedraft of over $70.00!! Never got a Apology from this Company.CANCELED my Farmers Insurance a month ago.Also had to drive up to Illinois and explain that this company had no authorization to take from bank in Illinois but once the innitial and first payment.Today I recieved a bill for Mathew Smith/ Farmers Insurance for $ 26.35. Good Luck getting that.These incompetant people owe me over $170.00 for charges and fuel fees getting this straightened out with my bank in Illinois! Very disgusted.I am currently emailing the Missouri State Insurance for Farmers Insurance.The home office and the BBB.
