This is the best insurance team Ive ever had. Theyll do everything possible to get you the best rate, theyre friendly and knowledgeable. Unfortunately Im moving out of the state but if I could Id take this team with me.

Called me right away after I was online to check for homeowners and auto insurance policy. I was looking for more affordable monthly premiums since my Progressive was going up EVERY year and I didnt even have any claims. Also, Progressive farmed out to another Company so it really wasnt them. I was surprised that Allstate was more affordable. I jumped on it and have been happy ever since. The agent, Eric Loebs, keeps in touch with me and I am happy to have a Company that has been around for a long time! Also, if you do not have any accidents, you get rewarded.

When I was down and lost not for sure what to do with out thinking I sent an email to Eric and his team. Without missing a beat they all helped me in my time of need. Each and everyone of them are my family. Not once but twice Eric and his team have been there for me with auto insurance and investing my 401K. Since I lost my husband I lost hope but Eric has shown me there are still great people out there to help and not take advantage of you. Again thank you and know you are my hero

I consider Eric and his team an extended part of the family. I have been working with them for years. They even go out of the way to call you to reduce your payments! Who does that? Allstate has great insurance policies and Eric has great people to help you get a deal.

My experience with Eric Loebs came when my mother passed away last year. Eric was trying to sell me another policy other than the one my mother currently had, at the time of her passing. I asked him what was wrong with my policy that was currently on my mothers house, and all I received was that it was outdated. I recently received a TERMINATION letter from Erics office informing me, that my gutter and downspouts were hanging from the roof and that my windows need painting. First of all, I do not have GUTTERS and my windows are vinyl, they NEVER need painting. This is an AWFUL attempt to do business with me when one can not tell the truth or find UNWARRANTED reasons to terminate ones policy. I recommend EVERYONE to run as far as you can from this man, because hes BAD BUSINESS and a complete FABRICATOR. Hes trying to force me to have him rewrite my policy for way more money than I or my deceased mother had been paying. Theres a saying among us OLDER generation, that good business people USED to make a LIVING, now, people like Eric Loebs, are trying to make a KILLING off of ALL of us. Hes BAD BUSINESS!!!!

Super nice, goes the extra mile to make sure that you dont have something pop up I could have overlooked if I had tried to research all the kinds of coverage myself. Also its nice to have a one stop shop for our familys long term savings investments. Staff is patient and helpful as well.

If you have to deal with Evelyn Clary run for the hills. 99.9 percent of the information she will provide will be false and inaccurate. Eric has helped in the past but he cant always be there to fix problems. Hopefully one day he will see that his team needs to be reevaluated.
