THIS JUST ALWAYS FEELS LIKE A PROPER RELATIONSHIPS!This is my first enjoyable auto insurance agency. Every advise given me at sign-on feels like qualitative advise to cover my behind. Ms Colleen encouraged me to subscribe to all options that covers my peculiar risks, and I’m glad I did. Thankfully, it was still at very affordable rate…so now, I wear my confidence on the road.All staff that have attended to me were knowledgeable and responsive, proactive where necessary. I would say I love this agency and have already started to recommend their service.Try it out for yourself, and thank me later.

Colleen and her staff are amazing… always Responsive and helpful 100% of the time. They go above and beyond everytime to make sure something is right.. Allstate it self is a different story never gets back to anyone.. but Colleen and her agency is by far the best if it wasn’t for her and Zach, I wouldn’t Renew my policy keep up the good work!!!

I have had Allstate insurance for 30+ years. My insurance was switched to Colleen when my previous agent seem to disappear. Without going into a 2 page story of my issues I will write a condensed version. Starting last fall I had some water issues at my home. I have since discovered large amounts of water damage and mold throughout the lower level of my home. I had an existing claim from last year for this issue. I was told by Allstate that they would not cover the damages because I didnt have a disaster company come in last fall, and they do not cover long term undiscovered water leaks. They only cover sudden leaks? I reached out to Colleen who was very helpful..at first. The communication with Allstate adjusters has been nearly impossible. Either they are out of office or will call back. At this point it has become the same issue with Colleen. I have left 2 messages over the past 1.5 weeks (conveniently she is on phone when I call) at this point still have not heard from her, an adjuster or supervisor. HORRIBLE customer service in my opinion.
