Two word, False quotes. Talked to an agent named Zoey who gave me one quote, then spoke with her a week later only to find out that they attempted to raise the original quote by $40. Lol. Her excuse was that she doesn’t know how that happened, she just works there. Seriously? Unprofessional

Got to give a star to do a review otherwise it would b a zero...unconcerned agent whose wife does all the work...even though neighbors on 3 sides had hail damage Allstate said we had none...just ask any roofer in Columbia ...we got 4 estimates for new roof and all said Allstate is the worst company for hail claims...we will b with another insurer as soon as we can....
