My husband and I have live here a long time. We like living here. Its quiet and its what you make it. The management team has great to us. Amanda has always been professional with me. Any question I have she helps take care of it right away.
I wouldn’t recommend this complex to anyone. Besides infestation (roaches & spiders), leaking AC units, knobs falling off all of the faucets and constant clogging of bath tub, The apartment Manager Amanda is one of the rudest and unpleasant people I’ve ever encountered. I’ve tried to reason with her several times about an unnecessary fee she’s put on my credit report Time and time again and it’s no reasoning with her. She’s blatantly called me a liar to my face over the phone when advising her of a conversation her and I had prior to me vacating my apartment May of 2020. They will find ways to get money out of you one way or another. I paid deposit on my move in date, and once I moved out and asked about the deposit that was paid she told me that they had switch companies since and there was no record of me paying a deposit on file. I’ve asked for corporates number several times, and I’m told that she can’t directly give me the number to corporate. However she could send a email for them to contact me on the matter! This place is hands down the worst complex I’ve ever lived in! 1 star for sure on the rating scale!
I lived in Peachtree going on 2 years now. The community is great for families and very quiet. The maintenance crew is great they come as soon as you call to get something fixed and front office staffing is PERFECT especially Amanda. They’re very understanding and helpful
Ive lived in Peachtree for about 3 years and im very well pleased with it. The rent for me is affordable for a single working parent. If you have any problems, front desk responses quickly. Ms.Amanda has always been nice and Professional and also Ms Christy who longer is with the complex, but they make sure the people thats living here are happy and make sure things are done the right way. The maintenance team is also friendly and helpful, during blackouts and all.
I cant complain about the place, very good maintenance, although like everywhere people throw their garbage on the floor, the neighbors stay up late with music and the tv at full volume ..! But I go back and say the maintenance staff very nice and they respond well with their work ..! The accessible rent although sometimes those that we charge biweekly as is my case because we drop the $ 100 overdraft in rent ..! Thats why sometimes because if Im going to spend a day or two, then I pay late, if they want to, they will charge $ 100 more than the rent ... The rent is paid the first five days of the month but if you spend a day that surcharge comes, so if you charge the 6th of that month you know that it is $ 100 in rent ..! But in everything else very well and very good treatment ..! I go for 2s years in the place and everything is fine ..! They have a swimming pool, laundry but not a playground and if they have one I have not seen it yet ..!
Mrs.Amanda is nothing less than amazing. Any inconvenience that you may have she tries her best to fix. She is always looking for ways to accommodate our neighborhood. So many updates and plenty of peace. I enjoy living at Peachtree apartment. There nothing that dont get handle in a timely yet respectful manner.
I moved here in June 2016. My first day staying the night I got to listen to my neighbors fight, and I witnessed him beat her up in the breezeway. After calling the police, this still continued until the were evicted. Things were ok, once they moved out. Then it rained. My living room as you can see in my pictures, had a huge leak. This leak went from the middle of the living room ceiling to the sliding glass doors. I reported this, and the apparent solution to management was to send a team of sheet rock repair people down to repair the damage the leak caused to the sheet rock, BUT NOT FIX THE LEAK... if you look in the picture of the living room leak, there is white discoloration where the sheet rock people tried patching the previous time. This picture was taken after managements brilliant idea to call in sheet rock people instead of fix a leak..I started writing letters regarding my leak problem. Obviously you cant just fix the outside of a problem and expect the inside to just go away. Not only is that a waste of money, its completely pointless and LAZY! Says alot about a company.I stayed on them for TWO months. My first letter was dated in July. My last letter was dated September 12. Finally they did something that fixed my leak. If you look at the picture with the balcony, they just put up some metal to prevent overflow from going into the apparent hole in the sliding glass door.Lets move on to when my new neighbors upstairs moved in. Oh it was great. Not only do you hear every single step upstairs, you get to listen to your neighbors have sex up until 2-3am ALL THE TIME. Woohoo!Let me talk about the LEAK from their BATHROOM! So this was a new problem. I noticed this leak when the girl upstairs filled her bathtubs up when we had a Hurricane threat. I came home to my entire bathroom flooded. It poured through the ceiling, bathroom fixture above toilet. It was terrible. Now I am no rocket scientist but when there is a leak from a tub being filled up, it makes me think just maybe there is a leak in the actual TUB itself, and if not the tub, then in the drain pipe from overflow. But noooo. I reported this and their solution was to tighten something.Whatever they tightened made a small difference, however there is still a small leak somewhere. Not only do we have what looks to me mold/mildew growing constantly, when the neighbor upstairs takes a shower, you hear the drip. There is a leak in the ceiling, but noone will pull out the sheetrock and fix it. I reported the mold/mildew issues, and the maintenance man comes and sprays Kilz on it and goes on, he NEVER comes back to check to see if that helped, either. After a week, the mold/mildew comes back. The manager told me that sheetrock replacement was needed, but that is not being done. I am currently speaking with an attorney about these issues, as my daughter has horrible allergies, and they have been acting up extremely bad since we moved here. I cant help but think the entire place is infested with several types of mold. Their lease agreement even tried to school us about mold and how there is no scientific proof that mold causes a threat to human health. This has not been revised since 2004. Go figure.More issues, there is NO gym, laundry room or pool access. They advertise this but you do NOT get this when moving here. They have been procrastinating rebuilding for quite some time now. They tell you to go to another apartment to use theirs. Not convenient. And if you plan to have internet here, beware! I have my own online business as well as work outside the home, and the internet wiring looks like a 5 year old did it. Its old and signal drops CONSTANTLY! Time Warner is the service provider. They are trash to begin with, but they wont even rewire these apartments for whatever reason. Its really sad in this day and age of technology.Oh and one last thing. Drive bys and gunshots. Get used to this if you live here. Uusally after 1am you here cars speding through the complex towards StoneyCreek Apts, and then a round of gun shots. Not worth the price
I moved in here in October and honestly, I love this place . The manager Amanda is the sweetest lady I’ve ever met . The fact that she takes time out of her day to respond to me with every question I had about moving in, fees etc.. I highly recommend everyone that is moving into this area to rent here ! The people are sweet, it’s quiet and I have no issues at all! 10000% recommending anyone of my friends for this place !
Amanda is AMAZING! This is my first time living out on my own and she made the whole process a breeze! She was able to explain the whole process in a way that I could easily understand. Definitely made my first experience in renting an apartment very pleasant!
The staff are great but most of all the manager Ms Amabda Jones is very helpful and truly
Peachtree apartments is a wonderful place to live at. Me and my family didn’t have any problems or concerns until this lady started letting her pit bull loose, she doesn’t have the dog or no leash or anything, I’ve complain to her and the office, I honestly think that’s so unsafe because people have kids all around walking, but hopefully the situation gets under control.
I love staying out here. The manager Mrs Amanda is a sweetheart!!🥰😍
Great place to live, but the only issue is the insects.
Maintenance comes out and fixes all of my issues upon request. The management has changed for the better. I had a few concerns and Amanda Jones came through and helped me in a very timely manner. The rent is a bargain for the amount of space that is provided. Other than a few hinges here and there, I love my apartment.
RUN!! DO NOT LEASE HERE!! If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. So let’s start from the beginning, when I first came for a visit to view the apartment complex everything seemed nice. Well that’s how the apartment manager Amanda Jones made everything seem to be. Not once did she mention that this neighborhood was unsafe for example, there was a shooting maybe less than a year prior to me moving in, supposedly a drug deal gone bad. Someone was actually killed out here in the front of building 300. So let’s fast forward to move-in date, I was so excited that I would soon be starting a job at the same place were I reside. Yes I was a leasing agent here at Peachtree Place Apartments. I began to learn the role as an leasing consultant and a lot of residents love me, because of my genuinely positive attitude and I was honest with them even on tours. I would honestly tell some of the future residents that the place wasn’t safe, because I experienced and heard of breaks in that according to Amanda Jones was quite normal. She puts on this great act that she cares about the residents, but in all reality all she cares about is “the numbers, rent collected, evictions, and anything that effects her pay.” The crazy thing is when somebody tried to break into my apartment while I was home one night, I was so scared for months I would sleep with the chair propped to the door to feel somewhat safe at night and when I told her what happened. She offered to move my apartment, but honestly what would that do if it is normal for break ins? She also told me not to inform my mother of what happened, now what person in their right mind would tell someone that, like aren’t you a mother yourself, would she want someone to tell her children that? Oh let me not forget to mention that she told me to have my boyfriend come stay with me to make me feel safe, I shouldn’t have to have him come over to make me feel safe! It’s so crazy that I have to place a chair to my door and or have my boyfriend come, but she can leave her home doors unlock while at work and go back and everything is still intact! We are not the same and I was never raised in an environment were I have to worry about my car getting stole, my gas being taken out of my car while I’m sleep, and or car being broken into, or a random shooting weekly, or monthly. Another thing is bugs(roaches) this place is infested and I moved in during the summer and you would literally see the roaches walking on the pavement to mailbox, to your car, to the office, and etc. I personally don’t do like bugs so I had the pest control come every week, she had a problem with that and I quote she said “ the pest control isn’t here to be used that frequently.” I ignored her response, because she doesn’t live here and doesn’t have to deal with the bugs nor doesn’t she pay for pest control( which is added in with your rent each month). The only nice and sweet thing about Peachtree Place Apartments is Mr. Henry (Maintinence man) and a contractor that occasionally comes by named Manny. The both of them are hard workers and don’t nearly get the recognition that they deserve! Also, I personally was underpaid and I was informed by another person that use to work there that I was suppose to work every other weekend. Amanda used her manipulative ways and I ended up working every weekend. I’m just over the apartment complex and I’m so ready to leave. If you have a young child DON’T move here, if you value your things DON’T move here, if you value your safety DON’T move here! Before I finish ranting last night “April 22, 2020 there was a shooting out here at Peachtree Place Apartments and I texted the manager Amanda Jones, she opened the message and never replied.” I’m pretty sure nothing is being done, because if it doesn’t have anything to do with her or her money she doesn’t care.” I wouldn’t recommend anyone move here who values there life !
I have been a resident here for 4 years and they get better every year. They have upgraded units to include a washer and dryer. They have also opened up a nice laundry facility on the property with convenient hours. Amanda and Jose are amazing! Amanda has really turned things around! Lease today you wont be disappointed:)
Just when I thought I would never be able to rent anywhere, something told me to just try. Peachtree Place popped up in my Google search. The rates attracted me even though the distance was pretty far from the northeast side. I put my application in at the end of March. I made sure I explained things that happened in the past on my application. A few days later my application was approved. My heart dropped in my stomach 😭 I was super excited. Been here since April and me and my daughter love it out here! Thanks Peachtree Place 🤗
Been living here for over a year. Very comfortable. People in the office are super friendly and very helpful. Especially Amanda....really professional and understanding. Couldnt ask to live in a better place.
The people in the office are great people Jose and the manager of the place are great people. The manager I forget her name. There was something that I had a concern about in the apartment and she got to working on the problem right away to get it fixed. They will help you to get in and treat you like family.
I moved into Peachtree Place almost a month ago. I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to get approved and moved in. I love my apartment and my location in Columbia. Everything is right around the corner. Even still, the best part about Peachtree so far is the staff. Everyone is happy and engages you in conversation with a smile or maybe a joke or two. Amanda the office manager is truly a miracle worker. If I encountered any problem during/since move in it was countered with a smile and a solution. Im glad I chose Peachtree, and Im looking forward to the memories that I will make here!
Since Amanda stepping in, Peachtree Place Apartments had improved professionally in a major way. Amanda is understanding, thorough, patient, and does her very best to tend to tenants needs. Maintenance had always been outstanding, and the new face, Kia, is a great addition to the team!!!
Very friendly staff! We moved from California & they have answered every question or concern we have had. Our apartment is supper cozy and extremely affordable. Very nice area. We did hear from neighbors it was “ghetto” & lots of stuff happen. But so far I haven’t seen any of that. We feel safe. Maintenance is also very quick to respond & helpful! God bless you guys.
Me and my family have been living here for almost a year now. The office staff is nice and friendly, After we lived here for about two months there was a problem with some loud neighbors (they would come outside after 10pm being loud and acting crazy while people were trying to sleep. I put in a anonymous complaint and next thing I know they were gone. Same things goes for any other trouble makers, once the office finds out your a problem they will make you leave and I for one really appreciates it. Recently our air went out, the way it was handled was amazing. The maintenance supervisor made sure me and my family was comfortable will he odered us a new ac unit. One day later I come home and find the maintenance supervisor installing our new ac unit. At peach tree they really go above and beyond to make sure your happy and to keep the community a family oriented environment. I highly recommend you check them out if your looking for a good apartment. Assistant Property Manager Jose is excellent and we are very happy to have his help when we need it. Last thing I think the maintenance supervisor deserves a raise for all his hard work and dedication.
I would highly recommend Peachtree Place Apartments!!!! I have resided here for almost two years and it is an extraordinary place to stay!! Jose, Robin, and Alex are an amazing staff that will go out of their way to make sure their residents are taken care of, has assisted me with issues and challenges I have dealt with, and given me a chance to have the ability to provide my son with a place to call home. I am truly grateful to be a part of the Peachtree place apartments community, and truly feel they deserve 10 stars. Thank you for everything!
My son and I are currently in a one bedroom which is too small for us but at the time of move in we got what we could afford, well we are getting ready to move into a 2 bdrm, thank goodness I wont have to share a bathroom with my son any longer. The manager and her staff are the best ever, they really do care and have loads of respect and understanding, I dont want to live Anywhere else but here. I dont know if theyll ever read this, but if they do, please know how much my son and I appreciate you All.Thank you for your heart, Please, Dont Change.
Me and my boyfriend stopped by the other day to do a tour and Alex the leasing person was amazing! He was super friendly and funny! The property was nice and the price was very affordable!
I have been living at Peachtree Place for 5 years. I enjoy living on the property. The staff are inviting and warm . when you go to the office they are the most friendliest people. The maintenance staff are friendly and help you in any way they can to better help you with any situation that may occur. What a great Team to manage your apartment.
The staff at Peachtree Place Apartments Ms.Robin, Mr.Guzman as well as Alex are kind, thorough informative, and extremely helpful! The apartment is gorgeous too. I recently relocated to South Carolina and because of them I found housing in a timely manner and a decent neighborhood. Thanks so much, I truly appreciate you!!!
Since Amanda took over in the office it has been an amazing place to live and very easy to work with. They have taken care of every maintenance issue in a timely and professional manner! Amanda is amazing! Thanks to yall!
Ive been here for a year now. I love the place because of the peaceful environment and a beautiful view from my balcony. Though I had an issue on the first day of my arrival, it never repeated after that. The maintenance guys areally great. If you download an renters app Resident Portal and update/ fill your complaint they attend as per the schedule allotted based on emergency. Unfortunately, I will have to move out after the contract expiry due to family obligations.
I definitely like living here!
I love living here its peaceful and neighbors keep to themselves. They have a wonderful management team very down to earth. Also maintenance do same day work orders
Love it just moved here the staff is wonderful. The neighborhood is quite with quick access to everything.
If I can give a negative I would. I stayed out here for over 2 years now it’s a mouse that’s right a Mouse in my apartment it been like there for over a week now they not doing anything what so ever. They ignore my phone calls now my roof leaking and of course nothing is getting done. I’m over this place. They will ignore your phone call. Don’t move out here you will regret it. DONT MOVE OUT HERE
I am going to put it this way. Every year they increase your rent. They claim to put it in line with other properties with similar amenities. The thing is, our office burned down in 2015 and still has yet to be opened. Ever since this company took over, we no longer have a courtesy officer, no pool, no laundry area, maintenance is very much lacking. No notice of exterminator coming, he just shows up and walks in. Also, they LOVE to put up their Rent is Late sign. We are adults, we all know when its late. Just a sad company who doesnt understand how to take care of their residents. Its ALL about the money.
When I first moved in, things werent so bad and disorganized.Problem 1 when I sign up to pay my rent online, there were weird charges on my account that shouldnt of been on there, and I just move into the apartment so nothing should of been on my account. It took 3 months for them to fix my account.Problem 2 They never tell you when the pest control guy comes! He just shows up without Proper notice or contact from the office. That’s invasion of privacy!Problem 3, THIS ONE IS THE BIGGEST ONE. I HAD ELECTRICAL ISSUES. When I turn on my AC, my whole power would go out, there was one night I had came from work, and my power was out, but my neighbors had power. SO I had the electric company come out to investigate, they did some inspections and told me that it wasnt on there END. SO i contact maintenance. They came in, did whatever they did ( which was nothing) and left. THE ISSUE CONTINUED. If i turn on my AC my power would go out, if I turn on my stove or plug anything up in my kitchen, my power went out. My bathroom lights, closet lights, and wall sockets were out as well. MY MAIN BREAKER OUTSIDE, continues to trip and pull back. It’s hot to the touch, and they tell me to go flip the switch. IM NOT GETTING Electrocuted. It’s their job to touch the breaker! I shouldn’t be the one to keep flipping the switch when my power goes out! Especially when it’s constantly going out! They inform me that they installed a new breaker, but I am still having the issue. I have put in numerous work orders, and it just seems like it’s getting ignored! It’s extremely hot in my apartment!! I have asthma, so hot air triggers my asthma. I DONT THINK ITS FAIR NOR RIGHT THAT WE PAY ALL THIS MONEY, AND WHEN THINGS GO WRONG IN THE APARTMENTS, IT TAKES THEM FOREVER TO GET ANYTHING DONE or they can’t fix the problem! I only have three months left on my lease, I will be moving somewhere else! Until things get fix, I have the right to refuse to pay rent! 🙄🤷🏽♀️
The office staff is AMAZING!!!!!! I am relocating from NY and alhough i was not happy with the apartment itself the fact that the staff did everything in their power to assist me made me want to move in. Knowing that they cared enough to go the extra mile convinced me that i have made the right choice.
They NEVER answer the phone! My daughter lives here and she has had 2 rats that they refuse to get pest control for. Her apartment is in the back by the woods, and there are a swarm of gnats waiting by the door daily! I pay her rent while shes in school. And when she has maintenance issues the maintaince guys say they are done and are not! Also quick to put an eviction notice on your door but wont answer the phone to ask the balance. Found out water was technically not included in rent. They charge you what they want for water and sewer! Its better places to live that a much friendlier. But I guess you get what you pay for here!
I moved in at Peach Tree after the flood. I must say this is the worst Apartment complex Ive ever lived in. During my 8 month stay they never swept nor clean the steps or area I lived at. The management really suck, several times there was issue but let it slide. Be aware that you might not get your security deposit back they will find anyway to keep it. Im going thru that now. I will post further information about that once the process is done. If you can PLEASE, PLEASE move somewhere else. The price is to high for these old apartment, I would rather move in hood than here. Mr. Jonathon is nice, I hope this new management can do a better job.
This place could use some communication skills but other than that everything is going well and ive been here since October.
Ive lived here previously and they were very good, this time around Ive had a window unit in my apartment for a year and for a time they ignored my request to have it fixed. They came two days ago and fixed it took the window unit back and today I wake up sweating to 83 degrees in my apartment Im very frustrated.
Im been living here four years. Im always greeted by the great leasing team. I love living here.
I could only stand to live here for 8 months. Apartments have not been upgraded ever! If upgrade is new carpets, then ok. But cabinets were poor quality and werent sanded down from where they replaced new fixtures. We suspected maintenance man of stealing jewelry out apartments. Neighbor across the hall had a ring stole.MOVE HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!!!
There are beautiful apartments down the street please look elsewhere before you sign the lease cuz once you are locked in management does not even care if you have any complaints . Apartment units looks like ghost house and they got all kinda bugs that they never even do anything about ......
If I could give it less than 1 star, I would. Roaches. Water damage. Maintenance is slack af, they made me wait 4 days before fixing my a.c., which broke again the next day. To top it all off, they changed my locks the day before my lease was up. I arrived with my uhaul after work & evening classes to find that my key didnt work. I tried to call maintenance to tell then they can either let me in or fix the door in the morning...the number wasnt in service
Kids as young as 8 outside smoking, loud music all hours of the night, people fighting outside, the pool isnt open but listed as an amenity for three years now and I have been told four times it will open this summer. the staff never answers the phone, kids run wild around here and steal packages, mail. Etc. My sister lives here with no issues so its just the kids in my building.(hence the two stars since her experience has been good) Im constantly asked for money and food every time I come home. My air goes out every four or five days. My power trips if I run the air. Tv. And stove at the same time and I have to go down and turn the breaker back on. Theyve replaced the breaker but its not great. My dishwasher floods and maintenance leaves me notes on how to load it and that seems rude. Im quite aware how to use a dishwasher. My carpet has been flooded twice by the AC unit and my couch has been soaked both times. One of the units has bed bugs but they havent made the other residents aware. Im terrified they will spread so Im constantly on high alert to make sure they dont get in my unit . The maintenance staff is nice at least and Robyn in the office has been great. But these kids yelling MF and sneaking onto my porch and begging me for things.. nope! Ive never lived in an apartment complex that didnt do resident appreciation things and thats a switch. As I type this, there is a kid throwing slime at my neighbors windows. How do I know its slime? Because they slimed my windows the same night they broke a bunch of bottles outside my bedroom window. A big lesson in you get what you pay for.
I am so dissatisfied with Peachtree. In a years time, I have woken up to someones toilet backed up into my tub a total of 11 times.I have been to the office numerous times reporting that when it rains outside, it also rains inside of my Apartment as well due to structural issues. I have reported this issue since the second week of moving in, so Everytime it has rain in the last 11 months, my apartment has flooded.Ive asked to be move to a vacant apartment numerous times and I was told they couldnt.I am currently paying someone to house all of my living room furniture because Im afraid of getting it damaged.I have mildew on my walls and the frame of my sliding door is falling apart from this issue.I have been in the office numerous times and management has been to my apartment and nothing has yet to be done.Im only posting this here because I have asked for corporate number as well and to no avail. So since I see you responding to post, I decided to leave mine.In addition to, water backing up in my sink and the issue of waterbugs constantly in apartment.I have had to live in my room and without company or guest due to the embarrassment of my living conditions.
I currently live here the apartments are a decent size and is fair for the price you pay. The only issue is security issues. The maintenance response is lacking to say the least
Staff been helpful since the day I moved in its peaceful every stay to them self
Do y’all have surveillance?
Had some issues however after talking with management we were able to solve all the issues! Thanks!!
Dont move here! We told the property manager about a leak from the ceiling in the master bathroom in September 2015 that wouldnt allow us use of the bathroom. She said that she would send maintenance over to see what was going on, well now its January 2016 and still havent seen one person from maintenance. Weve refused to pay almost $700 a month for rent to breathe in nasty black mold and now the ceiling looks like its about to cave in any day now. But that didnt stop Latrice from banging on the door like shes the cops asking when were moving out! We have a two year old and Im pregnant and trying not to breathe the nasty smell in. We will happily move out and turn the keys back in because the apartment is not worth what theyre charging for it!
Moved here March 2015. Absolutely HATE IT. Maintenance is horrible and never return your calls in a timely manner. Weve been having issues with our AC unit since we moved here and NOTHING HAS CHANGED. I am an asthmatic so it is not a good thing for me to ever get overheated, and there are times I have had to leave our apartment where we pay rent on time every month to find a more suitable environment. These past couple weeks has been unseasonably warm for December and there are times I have to run the AC, but once again, its not working and we have to suffer. I brought up the same issue to the office manager back in October and she basically dismissed our complaint by saying she doesnt even burn her AC this time of year, but will have someone take a look. My husband and I are beyond ready for the lease to be up, but I am still willing to take the issue to small claims court for this current environment being hazardous to my health.
WHERE DO I START!! ? OH DONT MOVE HERE AT ALL. YOURE WASTING YOUR TIME.My husband and I moved in 10/28/2016, the biggest issue is that I only had air once since I moved in (let me elaborate) On 10/29/2016 I gave Peachtree place a list of things that was broke in my apartment, including my air, mind you Christmas was 80 degrees outside last year, sooooooo for 1/12months i had air, they did not fix my air until late June and that was because I filed a complaint through the city of Columbia. Their communication sucks every time I talk to someone, rather the manager, asst manager or front desk person everyone keeps saying they apologize and was unaware, but yet they love to add late fees on and have the nerve to call you to ask you when you will pay them. My building is NASTY it smells. I just called AGAIN this morning to fix my air they keep opening up all these work orders and yet no one comes, whatever the issue is, it requires them to go on the roof to fix and guess what they been on the roof twice, be up there for half of a day just to come back down to tell me they will be back tomorrow, I have called the front office and asked for the District manager number and guess what they dont know it. Im with child and my living room is 83 degrees all day then when the temp drops at night its only 80 which is still hot!!! They never leave a work order, the maintenance men are LAZY otherwise my air would be fixed. this is OUTRAGEOUS and every chance I get I tell people NOT TO LIVE HERE. Plus the police is always out here for either my neighbors fighting or car break ins............... TERRIBLE even the upgraded apartments arent even worth it. They bought this place $26,000 in debt and they are more interested in building a new rent office rather than keep the maintenance up out there.UPDATE: 08/21/2018I have been gone from this place for a year now, since I have been gone, I have scheduled meetings with the office manager Jose Guzman to do my last walk through and guess what all those three days I showed up he wasnt there nor was I contacted to be advise of the inconvenience. They tried to charge me rent, well scratch that they HAVE charged me rent for the month of NOVEMBER and Im trying to figure out how was that possible when my lease was up on the 27th and I was gone by the 26th, the 27th I was sleeping in my MUCH BETTER place. Secondly I turned my keys in on the 30th of October. They wouldve been turned in the 27th but they had the office door locked AS ALWAYS and it wasnt lunch time and the person who worked that day wasnt there, we went by three times that day. Also I called the district managers office, they put in a call request which shows up as a maintenance request, well they closed it out as if someone called me back and they didnt. Then I called them AGAIN, they did it twice. So pretty much what Im trying to say is DONT STAY OUT HERE, and youll have all kinds of fees even if your rent is paid up after moving out on your credit. These people are terrible and the company is even WORST. I dont care if you about homeless try to find a better place then this!!
If it were possible, I would leave no stars. This place is TERRIBLE! This is the most disgusting places that I have EVER lived and crime driven places. There were shootings in the Inn near the apartment complex and several vehicle break-ins. There is a stench that lingers in the rooms and closests. The appliances break all the time. You can hear EVERY noise that the upstairs neighbors make. One time the upstairs dirty bath water was pouring from my bathroom vent into my bathroom. It was disgusting. My husband and I went to visit his grandmother in the hospital and we were gone for only 3 days. When we got back, the carpet in his closet was soaking wet with mold in multiple places. It was like someone had dumped a huge bucket of water in there. Please, do yourself (and the people or pets that live with you) a favor and take your business elsewhere. As soon as our lease is up, we are going somewhere else.
When i 1st moved in here my rent was $575 4 a 1 1/2 & now im payin 664 plus they add water sewer & trash fees on the 664. Ive been here bout 3yrs now but im ready 2 move cuz its gettin 2 b 2 expensive 4 the amount tht im payin 4 the size place also the pipe lines here are crazy there always backed up. I had a question for the person by the name marianne colon you said tht your boyfriends least is up n September but yall wont be there till then so will yall break your least or will yall leave still owing b4 yall move. Im new 2 ths i really want 2 move b4 my lease is up because so far im findin better deals out there but idk wht i can do as far as the lease goes if i break it & still have a balance owed. Simply if anybody knows if i can move 2 another place with a balance owed since i would break my least.
If I could put no stars I would.management is very disrespectful and down right nasty!!! Cant wait till my lease over !
CANNOT WAIT UNTIL MY LEASE IS UP!I just moved into my apartment and its horrible, my roof squeaks every time my upstairs neighbor moves. Leasing office keeps saying that they are transferring me but no one has done anything yet. And bugs! Bugs everywhere...go somewhere else, its not worth the money.
I LOVE OUT THERE BACK IN 2010 & IM TRYING TO MOVE BACK OVER THERE. I WISH THEY WILL GET DIFFRENT MANAGEMENT & UPGRADE THE AREA. MI OTHER QUESTION IS WHY IT COST SO MUCH FOR ONE BEDROOM. FOR ONE BEDROOM SHOULD BE ONLY 350 OR 375 AND 2 BEDROOM SHOULD BE ONLY 500 OR 550 EACH MONTH. I JST WISH THEY CAN LOWER THERE PRICE FOR OTHER PPL CAN AFFORD AND LIVING THERE PRICELESS. THANKS!!!
Just moved in with my wife and we Love it.
This place is the worst ever. I currently live here but making plans to move ASAP. All they want is to get rent money. The floors and walls are thin as paper. I can hear the neighbors talking next door, I can hear the neighbors upstairs walking through out their apartment. I can hear when the upstairs neighbors take a piss in the bathroom and hear every time they flush their toilet.
I love how Quiet it is around here....
This is the Worst place ever. Dont Move here. The people lie about whatever just to get you in.. Im so glad I didnt.
I just had a chat with one of the employees there she was so stupid and idiot to deal with professional people. She receives wrongly the message.Thats why you wont have better clients unless she is fired.
Very easy to work with, even on a time crunch!
DO NOT MOVE HERE, THEY ARE SLACK!! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!! I REPEAT, YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!
Llll
The staff is rude the ceiling fan fell out from roof twice and then when I moved out they tried to charge me for things that was broke that I never even used they put it on my credit Ive even went and paid it its still on my credit I would not recommend this place to anyone
Good
