Working with them now on closing a home. I feel that they could take more time to explain the process in advanced, but we are closing fairly fast on a home that we can be proud of and respect as we asked. Brian Slinkard was our agent, he listened to what we wanted and available. He explained and kept track of the process. We are first time buyers and it can be intimidating if not in the right hands.

Tried to put in an offer for a house with Mike Munson, who kept sending me to Natalie. Natalie ignored me and kept saying she would call me back and never did. I even called Mike to inform him and he brushed me off as well. Missed out on a great opportunity!

Although the accommodations were fine, the management was not. When we learned that we would move out a month earlier that the lease period, the agent was unwavering in charging the extra month. Further, although we thoroughly cleaned the apartment, they still had the gall to charge for the fees simply because they were in the lease. Unreasonable attitude left an overall bad taste with me.

I have been in Briargate renting from Nikole for a little over a year and have not been dissapointed or let down at all. Any problem I’ve encountered has been solved in little to no time. Nikole is so understanding and very personable. She will ensure you are satisfied and happy. The neighborhood is kept clean and it is a quiet place. All of the maintence men are friendly as well. Nikole has worked with me through so much and as a first time renter she has really been great and set the tone for what I will expect of any future tenants I may have!! Briargate should definitely be considered if you’re looking for a new place to call home!

Nikole Martin was awesome to work with at CMM Realty. I had a condo in Briargate I needed to sell so I contacted CMM. Nikole was very helpful in getting the condo listed for me and sold it very quickly. I never actually met Nikole in person but I consider her a friend now. If you need sometjing sold, Nikole is who you need to go to!
