After calling numerous companies and receiving crazy high estimates, I am EXTREMELY thankful to have come across this company. They fit me in the same day I called. 97 degrees in a SC summer with no AC is no joke! Their estimate was a THIRD of the cost compared to the competitors out there. My A/C went out in the middle of the night; I spent a bunch of time looking online for local HVAC companies to call in the morning. I chose SC Heating and Air based on reviews. I called at 8am and Sam Cassell answered immediately, and was at my house RIGHT ON TIME at 10:30 the SAME DAY. He took no time diagnosing the issue (bad capacitor), quickly made the repair, and provided a very reasonable estimate for replacing my unit (I asked for the estimate; he didnt try to up-sell me or take advantage of the situation). He was friendly, professional, and helpful. He answered all of my questions, and was very personable. I have used other local HVAC companies in the past with mixed results, but no more. I plan to use SC Heating and Air in the future to replace my outdated unit, and to maintain the eventual replacement. Listen, I know you are looking at the other companies who have the catchy jingles and spiffy TV commercials, but SC Heating and Air is truly who you want. USE THIS COMPANY.

I am very happy and thank for Sc Heating And Air,Three different Heating and Air told me different stores, I have to spend $ 5200-1800 dollar be worked many hours late night, he only charge me $350, not only that he was making sure everything work right, I am highly recommended him.

Got a mini split system installed today that is working great so far! They do good work I recommend them to anyone after my experience with them.

I’m not normally one to right reviews, but my experience with SC heating and air was so positive that I need to share.I have had issues with one of my units. My first call was to another large (well-reviewed) company in the area. However, my experience with them was not pleasant. They had a pushy attitude and told me my only option was to buy a new unit.Upon more research, I can across SC Heating and Air. Sam was so plesant and came out the same day (was also willing to come after hours). He walked me through several economic options and educated me on the issues and my options. Ended up using Sam, and during his visit he found another minor issue, and included that in my price.I’m happy that I now have my guy! I encourage all in the area to give him a call!
