This place ROCKS!!! I bought a Ford F350 recently, and unfortunately it had the notorious DEATH WOBBLE these trucks sometimes have. After calling Steve and explaining the problem, he was very knowledgeable and assured me that he was very familiar with these trucks and how to conquer this problem. Steve went above and beyond my expectations and not only fixed the problem, but made it to where it’s even better than the flawed factory design. The entire experience of having the work done was fast, easy, straightforward, and quite frankly some of the best customer service I’ve seen in a long time from ANYWHERE. If you have any alignment or suspension needs, THIS IS THE PLACE, HANDS DOWN! You can definitely tell this shop takes pride in their work, which is a difficult thing to find these days!

The one thing I can sayabout Mikes Frame & Alignment is they are honest. We needed an opinion about repair on the front end of a 2010 Chevy Malibu. They know when to say no on repair. Steve gave us the truth and saved us a lot of headache. Thank you Steve.

I brought my truck to Mikes and asked for a ballpark figure. The ballpark figure was $800 but resulting total bill from Mikes was $1500.We had several discussions which resulted in me saying I guess I misunderstood you because I discerned a reversal from what had been stated before. Generally, not a good sign.He couldnt find the part, so I had to order the part myself and bring it to him, I wanted my truck back. That part was $625 including tax. It took me a non-professional literally about 5 minutes worth of google search to find it. So the total bill for me the customer was $2125. Thats 2.5xs the original ballpark figure. I call that a serious, miscommunication .The icing on the cake was driving it home it pulled to the right. Think Im going to go back to Mikes ?

Had my truck aligned by 2 other shops a total of three times and they couldnt get it right. My truck has a lift and was referred to Mikes by Predator off road.. First off lets start off by arriving to Mikes 30 min before my scheduled appointment and they got me right in... then they only took 45min to comple3 the alignment.. Took it for a test drive and straight as an arrow. IF YOU WANT GREAT SERVICE 👍 GO TO Mikes hands down they can fix it!

My mother went here last week for an alignment when she got the car back not only was the alignment not done the ball joint was broken she asked them if they would drive the car that’s when they got disrespectful and said he won’t drive it but still charged her 🤬I love my mother and don’t appreciate the attitude I want to talk to the owner face to face just because she’s a little black lady to you doesn’t mean she not my queen to me

Aligned my car and had to do an engine cradle shift to get the VW Jetta fixed. Car drives fine now but it would have been nice to get a before and after printout.

They did an amazing job on my lifted Silverado. After 3 shops couldnt do the alignment. Mikes pretty much saved my brand new tires.

We trusted this shop with our grandsons 99 Jeep that had sone damage to the front radiator/bumper support. It took us over 5 weeks and 3 phone calls to get our vehicle into their shop and they did an absolute horrific repair job. Their work looked like some 15 year old kid did it. Absolutely no craftsmanship in this repair. When our grandson picked up the vehicle he questioned the bent edges around the part they were supposed to straighten out. They told him he would have to do that part himself as they only pulled the smashed area out. They just wanted to get his vehicle out of their shop and do larger jobs. We do not have the tools or expertise required to complete the repair. Whatever you do, do not patronized this shop. We used them because they had a good online rating. They ripped off our grandson who is struggling with Autism and had very little money to fix his Jeep. There was absolutely no excuse to return the vehicle in the pitiful condition it was in. BEWARE OF THIS SHOP!

Update: per my sons 93 YJ getting hit in the corner, again Steve did a just enough pull to get it back on the road as I requested. It was $800 and the jeep is back on the road. If you request a just enough service, dont criticize and say it wasnt enough. We need shops who are willing to do that - like they used to way back. Both jeeps are still on my driveway because Steve was willing to do this.This shop did exactly what I needed. My wife rear-ended an F350 with her 97 jeep TJ. You could see the frame damage. The original body shop and Mikes both said it would be around $5k to get the jeep to factory specs, which would total it. I said since it is on 33 soft tires, how much to get it to run down the road? Steve estimated $600. They executed the pull and were able to stick to the $600 estimate. I think my wife has now put about 15k miles on the jeep. Steve warned that the tires might not wear quite evenly with the $600 pull, yet they are actually wearing evenly. This shop helped me out by doing exactly what I needed - selling me just the level of service I needed. As a result, my wife is still driving the jeep that she loves. She came down with me so she could thank them. Now somebody just hit the corner of my sons 93 YJ on 35s. We replaced the spring but the frame is not true. I will be going back to request how much to get this one back on the road. If this time, the tires dont wear evenly, I wont care. Its a great jeep that needs to be on the road.

Once i found Mikes frame when I was driving parts I refused to even entertain another shop when it came to my cars needs. I always trusted Steves word and knew that when Jeff was behind the wrench my vehicle was in good hands... I still recommend them even to strangers lol.

Took my very lowered car there and Steve went out of his way to get it on his rack not once but twice! 1st time to tell me what was wrong...free of charge! And 2nd time to actually align it. Car drives nice and straight now. Only people I take all my vehicles to for alignment service!

They wouldnt do the work, he said only three cars he has ever refused to do and ours was one of them. Then we still had to pay for the estimate. I over heard him telling the girl in front of us that she didnt have to pay for her estimate. Didnt seem right to me. Luckily we got the job done and done well!!
