They were fast and nice but they threw in some extra non quoted like $50 charge at the end

Progressive Insurance contacted towing with Knob Hill to pick up my motorcycle. When they did not call me I called them and talked with their dispatch. They said they could not pick up my motorcycle until Friday, I told them I required the motorcycle to be picked up today... they were not able to meet my requirement.... they required 3 days to pick up my motorcycle. I told them I would call Progressive Insurance and have a different towing company pick up my motorcycle today. I called Progressive, they apologized and said for me to use any towing service and I would be reimbursed... Peterson Performance is on their way.

Fabulous, Came and picked my car up on a Saturday and I had the car done by noon. The Subaru people said it was a dead battery as did the tow truck gentleman.

No trouble at all. They Picked up my car a couple of hours ahead of the projected time. The delivery was smooth. The driver was courteous. He called on both pickup and delivery. My car was placed neatly in my driveway. There were no hidden fees. The dispatch lady was awesome too. Hopefully I wont need them again but if I do, theyre getting my business.

Friendly driver. They came out on time. Its your typical expensive experience plus got stuck with a $200 bill from the dealership to reinstall the driveshaft they disconnected to tow. Honestly this is not an experience u wanna go through but knobhill was available and effecient with their service. They need to get after hours access to Transwest Truck and RV like the other tow company .. was left out on the street till the next day..

I called early on a Sunday morning to have my car towed from Pueblo back to Colorado Springs after a break down. Very professional, affordable, and fast service.

They always do a good job at the best price. Have used them 5 times at least, and I swear they show up early and communicate well.

Very unprofessional service. My vehicle was towed in Colorado Springs to the repair shop. When I picked up my vehicle from the shop, I noticed that the dirty hubcaps were placed on the passenger seat, staining my beige fabric seats. I also noticed that there was something protruding from the front bumper of the vehicle. When I called, I spoke with Garth, who stated he was the manager. Since I live in Denver, he said there’s nothing he can do to remediate these issues caused by his employees. Their poor service and lack of care only worsened an already less than desirable situation. Now I have to deal with taking the car to the shop for someone to remove the tow hook and take the vehicle in for a detailing, at my own expense and to incur on more of my valuable time. BEWARE.

What a great experience! My truck broke down on I-25 and I attempted to use USAA for roadside assistance. Long story short, they were no help. Told me I needed to try myself.So I called KHT Monday evening at 11pm and they had my truck picked up in ~20 minutes. Bret was the truck operator and coordinator of the drop. He was amazing! Prompt, specific, and FAST!Thanks Bret and KHT Towing!

This bs company needs to get their information correct. They impounded my friends vehicle. Another friend spoke with mandy there who said she would put a 4 month hold on it. When I called they said someone would call me back to work out the price. I never got a call but when I called they cleaned out the car and its been auctioned. They told me there were no notes or contact info which is a lie. My other friend called right after me verifying the notes and was told since I called up there myself they took the hold off the vehicle. That is completely unprofessional. Who cares if multiple people called. This company is a bunch of liars and snakes. I would never recommend them to a single person.

The driver I got was Dustin. He made it there in a very timely manner and was very polite and great to deal with. Got me loaded and out of there in no time. The dispatcher I believe her name was Sheila was also very polite and courteous. I would highly recommend this company!

When my truck broke down in 28 degree weather, Dustin came out, swiftly got my pickup on the flatbed, and got her home for me, even going to the difficulty of dropping her into a parking space in my apartment compex lot.Dustin was skilled, courteous, and friendly. He also made sure three separate times that I had someone coming to get me in from the cold. On top of that, I was given an ETA of 45 minutes, and he was there in just under twenty!

Awful customer service, I was misinformed and then basically called a liar by the same employee, then just totally treated rudely by others. It was unfortunate that I was in an accident no fault of my own then made to have to deal with such jerks and liars.

When you are on your first day of a one week motorhome trip with your 2 younger brothers (from 3 different states), you dont want it to start out by having your diesel motorhome suddenly die as youre climbing Monarch Pass in Colorado! But if something like that happens to you, hopefully you will get service from Garth and Ryan from Knob Hill Towing! They did a fantastic job of getting this 38ft RV safely off Monarch Pass - but most importantly their customer service was constantly outstanding! Carefully hooking up is an incredibly difficult and these 2 were pros! Treated my RV like it was their own! Cant thank them enough!

Tim was awesome! My truck broke down near Cotopaxi. They were able to get to me in about two hours. The ball joint and lower arm failed on my truck so it was basically like a blow out going 65mph. He carefully loaded and unloaded the truck to prevent more damage. I had to have them tow it again to a shop that could work on it before the weekend and requested him . The auto shop said they were impressed with how careful he was unloading my truck. Great experience to an otherwise horrible day. Appreciate it

Lady I talked to over the phone was super rude. Waited over an hour for the tow truck called them and was told it would be another hour wait.

The driver (Brett, I believe) was absolutely professional and this was the best experience I’ve had while having vehicles towed.

My car was completely dead in my driveway next to a narrow alley. A tight fit for the tow truck that needed to drag it out to a place where it could be pulled up onto the truck. Tomas did a superb job of getting it out with no damage to my vehicle or fencing. Thank you, job well done! Andréa

Very professional, and took very great care of my vehicle. When getting my car out from their lot, was quick and simple, but still kept sure that everything was properly documented to ensure that the vehicle was going to the right owner, and back on the road legally. I would have given 5☆s but their prices were extreme. The first day my vehicle was put in, I called that same day for the total amount of fees to release it, and it was just under $400 with $30 being tacked on each additional day.

I work for a FedEx contractor and had an issue with a negligent tire repair. We almost lost a set wheels from under the rear of one of our trucks. This could have cost my company and customers their Christmas gifts, let alone the possible loss of someones life. After speaking with the owner and the driver they offered to bring the truck back to my terminal so I could unload my customers packages. This allowed me to save quite a bit of time and resources to continue service for my customers. My driver Mr. Ryan drove well over 100 miles to come to my rescue. His professionalism and concern for safety showed with his attention to detail while preparing the tow. Every connection had been checked secured and checked again. Also his time sacrificed with his family to come make sure I could make it home to mine and continue on with this Christmas season really shows that there are people and companies out there that care. Getting a car towed is never fun, but these guys made everything so easy and straightforward. They were very quick to respond, and their driver Dillon was so professional and friendly, making the processes as easy as possible. Highly recommend these guys, and especially their driver Dillon. Next time (hopefully not soon) I need a tow, I’ll be calling these guys.

Im so very thankful today for the three men who came to my rescue on gold camp today. My Denali was in a ditch almost flipped. Not only did the get my car out with NO damage at all they were the most friendly helpful and caring men. They came as fast as they could and I was more than pleased with my payment after having TWO trucks having to help me get outta there. The most scary day for me turned into a happy day with just a crazy story to tell. Thank you so much Ryan Chris and not Justin lol! Im extremely disappointed in this company. They knew what needed to be towed but brought the wrong truck. During tow my property was damaged by the driver. Then the driver dropped my trailer in the road & left it because he brought the wrong towing vehicle, again. We paid for all the time, including him changing trucks. The owner wont repair any damage they caused or refund any monies paid. The job wasnt complete. Ive tried to communicate with the owner, he knows Im disabled, his exact words to me were then have your lawyer contact me. I feel taken advantage of.

If I was rating based on towing alone, I would give them 5 stars. They were available on a Saturday afternoon and arrived very quickly after responding to our initial call. The driver was friendly and towed the car right away.We stored the car at their lot over the weekend and we mentioned this during the initial call when we asked for the tow. They told us it would be no problem and gave us the cost/day which we agreed to pay.On Monday I went to show/sell my vehicle and the gentleman I spoke with there was very rude. He asked me why my car was on his lot and made me feel uncomfortable and like I was imposing on them. I was well aware of the storage fees and prepared to pay them. His attitude towards me made it seem like I was trying to get away with keeping my car there without paying them. I would not recommend them for storing your vehicle.

He got us back on the road, running smooth, and en route home in practically no time thanks to his generosity. If his boss is reading this, that man deserves a raise. Seriously, he didnt have to help us out how he did, he could have just towed us needlessly and billed us for a ton of money, but he did the right thing and ensured that we will never ever look elsewhere for towing and road assistance.

BEST OF THE BEST!I was in a recent car accident and was t-boned on my drivers side at high speed.The at fault driver who hit me then decided to drive away and leave my family and I injured at the scene. Came within 2 hours to pick up my car

Tow truck driver was very nice, however they were not honest when giving me an estimate of price . They said it would be 80$-100$ total . When he asked me for payment the total was well over, more like almost 150$ . They are lucky we had the money at the time ! If I wouldve known about the pricing, had they not been dishonest I would have gone through a different company !
