We were stranded 3 hrs away, and we couldnt find anyone willing to come pick us up. The tow truck driver allowed us to ride back with him, and he even dropped us off at home after delivering our vehicle to the shop. This towing company did what they could to make the best experience while we were having a really bad day.

Highly recommended!! I towed my car twice and one week through them and every time they were on time, efficient and friendly. Words cant express how thankful I am. I will be reaching out again if I ever need a tow and will recommend them to others. THANK YOU!

Dispatch was rude and hung up on me while I was still talking. The driver did not communicate his late ETA which was well over an hour late. For what its worth customer service at this level is unacceptable. Do not use freedom towing and recovery unless its an absolute emergency and you have the entire day to wait.
