Everytime I go, I have a good experience. The staff are always friendly and know what theyre doing. I came today to mail about 6 packages and the employee who waited on me was friendly and super efficient. This is appreciated!! This location is always busy when I go, so Im assuming its probably always busy...thats the only downfall of this location.

I have had wonderful customer service at this UPS store. They have handled many many print jobs for me and shipped many things also. I have worked with Cam, Kyle and Sierra and they all provided excellent customer service. Kyle greets regular customers by name which morphs what would normally be a boring errand into a pleasant welcoming experience. Totally recommend this UPS store.

Incredible customer service! I never go anywhere else. They have helped me with difficult shipments and when Ive had multiple shipments they are very patient and do not rush me. Theyre so kind! Highly recommend this location!

Went to do a simple UPS drop off and the one lady working in there was notarizing, faxing and mailing a contract for a realtor while the line behind me continue to grow to 5 or 6 people. I get that they want to be everything to everybody but these kinds of services should not be done at a shipping store. Great way to lose customers.

My experience here has been AMAZING due to the clerk Kyle who always takes care of me. He is one of the most helpful and respectful clerks that I have come across. I always have big orders due to my job and he ensures that all the orders are handled with care and there has never been any errors. I cant say enough about how happy I am to be a customer here. Please give Kyle a big pat on the back because he keeps customers happy which helps business for The UPS Store!!

UPDATE: Kyle was very helpful, and resolved the issue.I dropped off a phone in a box to ship to ATT. They printed off the label, but never shipped the phone. Whether lost, or stolen by an employee, if you have something expensive to ship, dont use this store.

The associates at this location went above and beyond in their customer service. I was returning a package that is contracted as a free service from UPS, but this location is a franchise store and honored the UPS contract. They help me with a printed label and scanned my package as my proof of return to century link. Thank you UPS store at 6050 stetson hills.

My package had an incorrect address input when it was ordered. The customer service line is not working due to CoVid and the sender couldnt help either. Out of desperation I called the nearest UPS store. Cody went above and beyond to help my find my package, correct the address, and even facilitate me being able to pick it up today since its a time sensitive manner.

I got to the door right after close and the two gentleman helped me out and were kind when I asked about pricing options (some places make me feel cheap! but my bills aren’t going anywhere and I save where I can! Amiright?) Good people! UPS COULD have cheaper prices but hey, it was convenient and quick and the workers were kind so it was a win.

My fiancee was returning a package and the store was pretty busy at the time. The worker printed the label for return and grabbed the package and placed it aside to get with other customers. They did not place the label on the package and advised they would later on so they can tend to the other customers. They switched the labels with another package from another customer and my return never got processed with the company so now Im out $50. I then called the store, which seems to have switched owners about a week ago and the new owner (Kam) advise that they could not do anything for us because it happened with the other owner. They only advised to call the corporate number. I told them I would file a compliant with the BBB and all social media outlet and she didnt seem to care. I strongly advise anyone to take the time to head to another store and not deal with these folks.

I hate trying to work with the employees at this location. I’ve never met anyone friendly here, they aren’t properly set up to actually service your shipping needs (don’t have packaging materials or give you the opportunity to print out a label or notice that must be included in your package). On top of that, the staff are not helpful. It is obvious that no one that works here actually wants to be here while on the job. On top of that, they close early religiously. Today I went to ship out a small “flat Stanley” package for my nephew and they locked their doors 10 minutes early!!! I knocked, and tried to get there attention. A couple of them actually looked at me and made eye contact before going back to whatever they were doing.In a world where you have so many shipping and other options out there, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. There is a shipping center with fedex a block north and south of this location. Save yourself time and frustration and go there instead. I hate this location.

My daughter shipped me a package on July 3 and upon arrival one of the 2 items enclosed was broken in several pieces. I immediately file a claim. I sent pictures of everything thing they requested and she has yet to be reimbursed and it is now August 16. Very poor follow up. FedEx has my business or even the US Postal Service. Updated on August 21. Last week I was promised they would send me a file of SOMETHING to settle this claim. Still haven’t received. It’s obvious at this point they are happy to TAKE your money to ship something, but won’t pay up when they break something . ZERO STARS FOR THIS LOCATION!!!

Fabulous Customer Service from this Store! Ashley the manager, and Alysa went above and beyond to assist with a complicated flyer printing requirement and they both came through with flying colors! Will never be back! We walked in at 5:35 tonight to get something notarized. There were two people behind the counter who proceeded to tell us that they stop notarizing at 5:30. We asked since it was so close to that time if by chance they were still around so the could help us. The female working told us, that is me and I stop doing that at 5:30. What a waste of time. The website says they are open till 6:30 they should specify if all services arent available to that time. Terrible customer service.

I desperately needed to get 2 packages off to sprint, before I left home I googled this particular store and it said they were open till 5.I arrived at the store about 435 and saw that the cage inside was partially closed so I yanked on the door and it was locked. As I am walking back to my car a gentleman came to the door and opened it. I begged him to please take my packages I didnt need to pay just needed a receipt, and OMG he allowed me to come in. THANK YOU there are nice people in this world!

For a couple of months now every time I go in for a drop off I’m not greeted anymore and everyone seems to not want to be there especially the tall blonde kid. What happened UPS store? Went in yesterday with a big foam mattress that I needed to send back to amazon, but I was having trouble putting it back in the box that it came with, they were extra kind and help me by putting it back in the box. 👎👎 Worst place ever! Most unpleasant person working there. I know it’s the holiday season and am sure she’s overworked, overwhelmed and tired, but that’s no excuse for treating people poorly. Lucky for me that there are plenty of other places to send my packages from as I will never return to this place. UPS should be ashamed to have their name attached to such horrible service! On the bright side, the lady at the UPS store at 4164 Austin Bluffs, was very helpful and pleasant.

This was my second trip here. Friendly and quick customer service, and reasonable prices. My first trip, the worker could not tell me much about in - state delivery times, but the other customers in line seemed to know, so it all worked out.

I came in to just ship a package and in a hurry, the clerk, serviced 2 other people while Keeping me waiting, I was first in line. I also don’t appreciate seeing his pants fall below his buttocks and seeing his blue underwear. I will not be visiting this store again, this place has no concept of customer service nor professionalism.

My parcel was lost and I had to call a corporate UPS location to begin an investigation which is still pending.This has seriously ruined my time table for purchasing building materials to repair my hail damaged house. Im very unhappy. My parcel contained a check that was going to my mortgage company so they could disperse funds so I can make repairs to my home.I just got off the phone with Ashley there at the UPS store and she informed me that if I brought in the second check to send that they wouldnt even cover the cost of shipping it the second time despite the inconvenience this has caused me.That is horrible horrible customer service if you ask me. Ashley herself wasnt bad at all but the local company policy stinks like rotting garbage.This is a locally-owned and operated UPS Store, they should be able to take better care of their customers than this. Unsatisfactory.Moral of the story here is to make sure you ship your goods via another carrier. If you care about your stuff or your time, Id go elsewhere.To be clear, the 1-star rating isnt for the lost package. Im not so unrealistic as to think that nobody loses packages ever. Things go wrong, stuff gets lost from time to time, I get that. The 1-star is for how this locally owned store treats you after your package is lost.I truly WISH I had something positive to say here but my package disappeared into thin air and theyre unwilling to cover the cost of shipping a replacement. They told me Id have to wait about 5-8 days for the possibility of a refund instead of just resolving this immediately.How can you treat a customer like this and expect them to come back? Am I really that off base and out of line to think that they should possibly give me a little consideration in this matter?

I returned to this store today and was once again reminded why I use UPS over FedEx or USPS. Words cannot describe Alyshas care and concern when it comes to each customers needs. Ashley and Alysha worked diligently for myself and four other customers and I was no easy task. They both exhibited extreme courtesy, patience, and the ability to improvise with my shipping request. Make sure you give this location a chance, you will not be disappointed. It is the #1 choice for me personally and as a small business owner!

USE FEDEX!I stress to everyone shipping me items to use FedEx - UPS has stolen a total of 12 packages from our apartment in the last 2 years. Reported to police but UPS wont give out employee info, so nobody is held accountable. Multiple drivers have stolen - blatantly stolen - my packages. After they knock at the door and I dont answer, they sign something and take the package back but its checked in as delivered.UPS - if youre listening, send me an email address. I have this all on video (peephole camera).

Well, after reading some of the previous reviews, I can see why this UPS store #4871 has negative ratings. My husband and I went to this store on December 6, 2018 to get a document notarized. I was there at 5:20 pm and was told by Porche Parnell that she stop notarizing documents at 4:30 pm and normally 4:00 pm. That’s crazy since the store doesn’t close until 6:30 pm and it wasn’t like they had a line of customers out the door. I told her that my husband and I were told last week that the cut off was 5:30, but she told me that different employees set their own cut off time. What kind of chicken operation is that??! I called my husband who was just pulling in the parking lot from an hour drive there, and he wasn’t too happy either. I asked her where was that posted and she stated that it doesn’t have to be posted and she set her own time. While speaking with my husband, apparently Porche didn’t like what I was saying to him and became angry; then she tried to put me out of the store. I said, oh you just going to put me out of your store…what if I have a mailbox here? She said she’s going to close my mailbox. What…thank goodness I don’t have a box there!! I asked her for the customer service number so I can file a complaint. When my husband came in the store, he had to beg her for 10 minutes to get his document notarized and she was loving every minute of it. She finally said yes, but when he asked me for my ID card, she stated…”Oh no, she can’t get anything notarized here”. My husband said, ma’am she has to sign the document. Porche was arrogant, rude, immature and unprofessional. After we left, I called the customer service complaint number and the rep needed the address to the store so I went back in the store to ask for a business card and Porche tried to kick me out again. During the incident, she threatened to call the police not once, but twice. For what…inquiring? I was not irate or raising my voice. Apparently, she was lying because I waited in my car for the police because I had a few things to tell them myself, but they didn’t show. If customer service is not the focus of this store, then they are no value to the customer and should be shut down, especially since I discovered there is a UPS store 2 miles down the road that notarize until closing. If I could give the store “0” stars, I would. Word of warning, read the reviews before you attempt to go to this store at 6050 Stetson Hills Blvd in Colorado Springs, CO and enter at your own risk. If they can’t treat customers with respect then they don’t deserve to have any!

I have to give KUDOS to this team. Its always busy when I stop in, and today was no exception. I waited in line to send a fax, and the gals were working quickly and efficiently with everyone.When it was my turn, a woman came in the front door and passed everyone waiting in line to set up a mailbox. Porche took my fax to send and ran my charge, and asked if I wanted to wait or come back. I said I would wait, and the woman who passed everyone threw her package on the counter and said, EXCUSE ME. I MADE AN APPOINTMENT.Porche has the patience of a saint. I watched her being harassed by this tyrant of a woman for no reason at all. The UPS Store employees were trying to take care of everyone, making sure the paperwork was completed in full, and the mailbox woman questioned EVERYTHING. At one point Porche asked her to fill out the contract with her name, business name, address, and so on; and the woman said, CANT YOU READ? All of my information is on my license! Why do I have to fill this out when its right there for you to read? Porche explained that the person requesting the mailbox needs to fill out the paperwork that corresponds to it so they have checks and balances.It was all I could do to bite my tongue, but the employees kept their cool, and Porche even kept a smile though it. If thats not customer service when someone is being a belligerent bully, I dont know what is.So 5-Stars! Good work! Thumbs up! If it had been me on the other side of the counter, I may have ended up on the news...

This particular UPS store location is responsible for the loss of an item that was shipped even with insurance. The store employees didnt seem to care when my package was literally torn open during the transit process and rifled through. Basically they do the bare minimum in order to satisfy their requirement. After dealing with UPS headquarters and getting nowhere based on a claim that was denied for no reason given - I tried to contact someone at corporate UPS and just ended up wasting my time. I will NEVER ship with any UPS facility again. I spoke to several employees including the store owner at this location, and all they do is point fingers at headquarters - who in turn point them back at the store. I guess if you really have the time to spend on cases like this, the best thing to do would be to file a lawsuit. But they all count on the customer not having the time or patience to dispute things over the long term.Consumer beware, go elsewhere for your shipping needs, I have never had issues with other shipping carriers.

I ordered something off of Amazon for $25 about a week ago. Unfortunately I have to return the item, so I asked my wife to pick up a box on her way home so I could ship it back. She decided to visit your store and bought a box. Upon returning to her car she realized she just got charged $10 for a cardboard box. Too embarrassed to go back, she came home and told me the story. My wife and I immediately went back to the store and asked your colleague Alysha to return the box, but she said she couldnt accept it because it had left the store. Later I went to Walmart and bought a box for 72 cents. So not only did you overcharge my wife by a factor of 15, on top of that youre not allowing us to return this overpriced item. I also want to note that Alysha was very rude in the process. Your store is praying on the unawareness of their customers and you are basically stealing money from us. The return shipping fee was already $6, if I add $10 for a piece of cardboard that means out of my $25 Im only getting $9 back.EDIT: The manager responded and told me to call the store, but was not there to answer my call. Then she continued to argue with me on Facebook about this issue.Dont get me wrong, I realize I was in the wrong because we purchased the item initially. But the fact that management starts an argument over Facebook tells me this store is run with complete incompetence and I have decided to stop perusing the issue with her directly. I will be taking this up with higher management and my family and I will use a different UPS store going forward. No way to treat your customers!

Several packages were delivered to this location and were either sent back or charged a fee for storage since they fail to call to let me know the packages were delivered. They are hostile, rude, and foul mouthed. This is an independently owned location. Not corporate. I WILL NOT use them for any reason.

ALWAYS a line of 4-6 people, usually only one employee working and when theres two employees, one of the computers is usually down. 15 minutes of standing in line just to get a receipt for dropping off a package....again....Update: 15 minutes of standing in line to drop off 1 tiny package, AGAIN!!!!!
