Great salon! The employees are VERY friendly, there was no wait and lots of color options. I did not feel like they were rushing to get us out even though we were a late walk-in on a Tuesday night.Very clean facility and theres full bar!We definitely will be back, I think we found our new spot!

I have been coming here since they opened and when I say I’ve been everywhere in town, I’ve been everywhere and NOTHING beats Villa Salon on Barnes and Powers!!! I’ve lived here for 10 years and they’ve gone above and beyond ever single time! I hate to say but sometimes when you’re loyal to a place they get complacent and expect you to always show up. Tom is my pedicure guy and Rose is my nail girl. If my schedule changes or they are not there it’s nice knowing you’ll get the same outstanding care with anyone else there. They are clean, honest and actual smile. Every time I walk in I am greeted by people who actually like working there. They take their time and truly care about you as a client. The owner Tracy and manager Steven are always pleasant and present as well. I will never stray as long as they are open! Check them out! Every time I come here I am more disappointed. Some time passes and a friend convinces me to go back, so I do, and walk out angry every single time. This time it looks like a second grader could have done my pedicure better, let alone barely touched my callused heels, and literally cut my toenails to nubs. The man that did my pedicure couldn’t understand a word I said. When drying he pressed his finger on my big toe to spray it and smudged it. The list goes on. Save your time and money and go elsewhere.

They dont take credit cards and seemed a little put out that I wanted to pay with Venmo. The lady that helped me was very nice but didnt speak English very well and we had a hard time communicating. They are definitely trying to push for a higher priced service than what you request.I probably wont go back. Just not my kind of place.

At first I got a pedicure and it was fantastic & I loved every bit of it & then I decided to go ahead & get a manicure done... big mistake. I wish I would have left without because it was the most painful manicure ever. She cut me atleast 6 times with the drill & cuticle clippers. I mean the nails look great but I’m so scared of getting an infection now. I know the nail tech Bee saw all the blood from my fingers & she never said sorry or anything.

Absolutely love Villa Salon. Have been coming since they opened, and wont go anywhere else! Everyone is always so friendly and helpful, and my nails always look and feel great! Take the negative reviews with a grain of salt & try them for yourselves...you wont regret it!!

Came here with my mom and two sisters and got Deluxe pedicures for my birthday. We all had great service and our technicians were kind, skilled, and attentive. Would highly recommend this salon!

I’ve never had a “home salon” in Colorado Springs, and I’ve lived here most my life. The Barnes & Powers extension is relatively new to me still, so I decided to give Villa Salon a try based on my sister’s recommendation. I will absolutely be back! Holly did a deluxe pedicure and gel polish on me. She was SO detail-oriented and didn’t rush at all! Sometimes I feel rushed when I get my nails done, she took her time and made sure everything looked perfect. I’m going back on Sunday to get my nails done, and I’m hoping she can do those for me as well! I loved her! Everything was super clean and really efficient. Totally worth the price. I’m SO happy with my toes and my experience here!

Price seemed a little steep for a gel pedicure that i wasnt overly pleased with. very nice, very clean. much less rushed/more relaxed than other places. Prices high for quality. maybe the gal was just having an off day. Ill be fair and give them another chance.

Overall everyone was very nice and it is a very nice nail place! However, I got acrylic set done and I always get gel and it’s usually no extra cost but it was TWENTY extra dollars and they did not tell me that. I didn’t know until the end and it was very disappointing.*edit* I have been to 10+ salons in the springs and I’ve never been charged extra for gel on my acrylics.

This salon is wonderful. It’s not expensive, and they do a great job. When you go ask for Sophia. Sophia is AMAZING! My gel nails always last at least a month when I see her. She is personal and adds beautiful designs. I recommend this place to all my friends!

The pedicures were nice! Same pedicure you get anywhere but they did a good job! Getting a set of acrylics on the other hand, be prepared for a bunch of hidden charges they don’t tell you about. A $37 set of acrylics turned out to be $93. They charge for added length when they have to cut the acrylics anyway, which makes no sense, which was extra $5 and then $5 for the coffin shape, which they shape anyways?! A $25 dollar design and then an extra $20 for using gel on the design. Just be prepared before you get your nails done since they don’t disclose any extra charges until you pay your bill.

Tom gives a great pedicure. I made an appt with him the day before my appt. Yet, was accused of not asking for him. Plus I hate that they YELL at you from half way across the salon when you walk in, instead of approaching the reception desk in a professional manner, to discuss your needs. I teach classes in this industry (Im a hair stylist of 40+ years) to help us learn these little professional tips, to make everyone feel more comfortable. Small things make a huge difference! Its a beautiful clean salon. Just need to knock off some rough edges!

They normally do a good job, but I went to get my dip removed which they charged me $10 for though I’ve never been charged before. On one hand there is still dip she didn’t fully remove and picked it off of one nail which was rather uncomfortable. On the other hand she filed them so much I now have a small hole in one of my nails which was VERY uncomfortable. She was nice enough about the whole thing but I was so dissatisfied with my entire experience I don’t plan on coming back. Like I said, they’re normally good, but today was quite the exception.

Great job for the most part! Everyone is super friendly and did a really good job. I got a pedicure and manicure. My toes are adorable and I love them, but on my manicure the girl never even shaped my finger nails, which is not cool. They are very clean and professional so Ill give them another shot. Bonus that they have a bar to truly relax if you want to indulge.

I got a full set of dip nails and the nail tech was super nice but very obviously new. And while he tried really hard to match the picture I brought in, the quality was so unbelievably horrible. Chucks of dip under my nails, the sides we jagged from not being filed. One side being higher up than the other and super flimsy, I broke one just pulling a plastic bag out of a holder. I used to love coming here but it had been awhile since being back. I did contact them about the horrible job but was worried about getting the nail tech that did them in trouble. They told me to come back in but I couldn’t come the very next day as my husband and I only have one car and he was going to using it that day, so I wasn’t able to come in at all I guess. Not that I really wanted to, after reading so many reviews about the owner belittling and intimidating customers because they weren’t happy with the service. I’m bummed about now needing to find a new nail place. I did really used to love it..... It’s hit or miss when you go here now. 🤷🏻‍♀️ And I just don’t think people should have anxiety about speaking up if something isn’t done right after paying so much for services.

The person whom worked on my feet was fabulous! She was kind & courteous, she gave my feet the attention they so needed, however it been less than a week and my nail polish has already chipped and the massage chair was broken. We also ordered drinks however it took forever ever for the drinks to arrive and no one ever asked if i wanted a refill. Too many small issues that added up to an underwhelming experience. I may give them another chance if the small issues I experienced are corrected then perhaps I may return.

Started friendly and eventually went down hill. My nails are uneven, she did nothing for my rough looking cuticles, and didnt even get get the top coat completely covered.

The price they charged my niece for her set of acrylic nails today is astronomical. They weren’t even worth $30, literally. She was charged $120 they get zero stars! I had to put one star to write down a review. I never liked this place my gut told me to stay away. Intuition never fails.

I like how big they are so you can always sit with your friends.They dont accept card payments, only cash and venmo which is stupid and inconvenient.The quality is sub-par and rushed. They are over priced. They have a full bar which is cool but odd, I dont want a drink in the middle of the day and my hands are too busy while getting a manicure to drink anything.The last time I got a manicure they kept switching out the technician, by the time I was done 3 different people had worked on my nails and no one told me why... I got a basic manicure, nothing fancy or crazy.

Ive been to Villa a few times. I usually have no issues with my experience there until I went the other day. I went in to get my dip removed from getting it done there a few weeks before. The front desk lady (did not catch her name but she was a young brunette) found out I was only doing a removal and nothing else and got pretty rude with me afterward and even ignored me. She walked away and went off to talk to other employees instead of helping me. The lady who removed my dip was fantastic and super sweet, I wish I caught her name so I could say how well she did! I went to pay up front and the same girl I encountered the first time was up at the front desk texting. She didnt say a word to me or even look up at me, but luckily I already knew how to Venmo for the services. The customer service aspect with this front desk lady was so not there. I dont think Ill be coming back because of her attitude.

I made an appointment over the phone for myself and my daughter. I got a dip and a pedi, my daughter for acrylics and a pedicure. They did an amazing job and were very friendly. I go to pay and I pull out my credit card and they tell me they don’t take cards. I had no idea and they told me I should have been told when I made the appointment..I wasn’t. I had no cash on me or even my bank card. The owner (I assume) got really angry when I told him I didn’t know but I could run home for some cash and bank card. He told me he was going to over ride the system to take ky credit card. He was visibly angry and went over to this poor girl April (I know her name because he kept yelling it) he was very angry. I asked a couple employees if that was because of me but they acted like they didn’t hear me. Then, finally. One of them said yes because everyone was told to tell people no credit cards. They did an amazing job on my nails but I walked out of there feeling embarrassed and like I did something wrong. Will not return because of that and of the lack of professionalism displayed. This poor girl April was also doing someone’s nails at the time. I paid 235 to hear an embarrassing temper tantrum plus tip

Very nice place took my wife here for a couples pedicure. We sat in the back, had a few drinks served to us while 2 awesome people did thier work. Everyone was very polite and fun. Had a great time. First time as a guy for me doing this and it was worth it. Very large massaging chairs, a full bar to have almost any drink while youre there

Nakeia is absolutely amazing!! She did an awesome dip manicure on my nails! I had dip before that came off after a day so I was skeptical but it’s day 4 and not even a slight sign of lifting!! They’re longer than I’ve ever had but I love them and they look amazing! First night got a ton of compliments from my SILs! Thank you!!!

The 2 who worked on my nails were wonderful. Not much for talking, but they were focused on the job at hand (and foot). Still very friendly and comfortable to be around. The place was very clean and efficient. I will definitely be returning.

I just got a $60 pedicure and it’s horrible, my nails are uneven and the gel polish looks like it was done by a 4 year old. I showed her a picture with a very simple design and didn’t get anything close to what I wanted. So disappointed

I am pretty disappointed in this place. The lady that did my gel nails did not make sure she got the tops of the nail so they started chipping after just a week. Now it’s been two weeks and the gel nail polish is starting to peel off. I will not go back here or recommend to friends. Not very friendly either she only ever asked me about the polish and shape of nails. Not to mention I was cut multiple times through the manicure. Wish I took a picture. Definitely won’t go back and definitely wasn’t worth the money.

Wouldnt recommend this place, the owner seems to be a narcissist, openly yelled at his workers in front of everybody and even blamed clients. I witnessed One client asking why it was taking so long for her to receive services and he said other clients changed their mind and delayed everything. Next I received a $72 spa treatment and the gentleman dug into the side of my nail on my toe and cut me, that made a internal bleed and swell. I called and spoke to the owner he was not apologetic and simply said things happen then proceeded to offer health insurance information and for I to go to a doctor to have it checked out. I made the appointment for tomorrow just in case I require antibiotics, I still cant get over the fact that instead of being sympathetic he just said what do u want me to do? Well, considering I spent $500 here in one day with my whole family for Mothers day to have my children witness this sort of behavior and have my mother rushed in services that was promised to us prior to sitting down. I assume I will simply spend my money elsewhere in a family friendly setting because a man like this doesnt deserve my money especially to over crowd his salon and not take accountability as the owner and put the blame on others and openly humiliate clients and workers is disrespectful and unprofessional by any standards.

I have been wanting to go to this place for forever! I had heard everyone ranting and raving about how wonderful this place is and I finally booked an appointment 3/3/19. I wanted a full set and was just going to do acrylic but Steven asked me if I had heard about dip w/ nail extensions. I had seen pictures and videos on Instagram about it and figured I’d try it out.Seated instantly which was super wonderful. Their customer service the first day I came in was wonderful. The receptionist offered me a drink. Everyone was genuinely having a wonderful time in the salon. Steven was wonderful and did my nails. But while he was doing them, he kept focusing on the front door and the reception area. Which I understand not wanting long waits or anything, but I felt like he should have been a little more focused on doing my nails. I paid, I left, I “loved” them!Not even 4 days later, the middle finger on my right hand pops off. Also, the finger to the right of that started to lift right at the edge of my cuticle. I went in on 3/10/19 to fix the middle finger and told them there that the right ring finger was starting to come off and I would like it fixed, too. It was busy, which I understand. Steven, who did my nails previously, was already with a client. I would have waited till he was done but he asked another worker there, I think her name was Jenny, to fix it.She was very rude, didn’t listen to what I wanted and didn’t really seem to care about making sure that my middle finger had the same shape as the rest. My nail shape, originally, I asked for coffin. The middle finger looks very square to me. Didn’t fix my right ring finger, she completely ignored that. And when I asked her to shape my middle finger better, she scoffed and “narrowed” it. I didn’t get charged for it, which was super nice! But I don’t really think I’ll be coming back here. I spent $50+ tip to have nails that don’t really make me feel beautiful.The first two pictures are of my right hand. My thumb is obviously a skating ramp and they aren’t really shaped to flatter my fingers really. 10/10 don’t recommend

Do NOT go here. The people that work here and the girl who sets up appointments are so RUDE. Literally I waited for them to have a conversation with there co workers before she could help me and they all saw me standing there for a good couple of minutes. Joking and laughing about whatever. Not to mention NO ONE was in this salon LOL I can see why. Also they charge WAY to much like $20 more dollars for just gel polish? go to LUX NAILS. They are much better and better prices. Never would recommend to anyone. Service sucks and as you can see from others they aren’t very good at nails.

My sister and I spent $187 on services at this salon. They ruined my sisters nails, she called and they said they would make it right. When we went back they changed their tune and said they would re-do her nails but she would have to pay and all they could offer was a $10 discount. Rip off. Shoddy work, and poor customer service. 10/10 wouldnt recommend them!

I came in last Thursday and got a pedicure with a friend. Bee started to do my nails and was rushing from the start. My feet definitely didn’t soak long enough. I still had callus on my feet. When she put the hot towel on my legs she left me there for so long that the towels got so cold I almost took them off myself. When trimming my cuticles she was so rough and cut too much nail off and now my big toe is infected and in pain. At the end is when I was told that it was only cash or Venmo. When I said I would pay with Venmo, she walked away again without telling me what the Venmo name was in order to pay. When she came back I asked her who to pay it to and she snapped at me saying to use the atm to get cash to pay.My friend had a much better experience than I did with Sophia.

They never explained to me that this was a cash only place when I made my appointment. Not until after my services were done I was told. What businesses doesnt except cards anymore! I had to pay an ATM fee just so I can pay for my service. Are they trying to avoid higher taxes at the end of the year??? And at the same time the lady was coughing almost the whole time while doing my pedi. Thank God she was wearing a mask! Plus my pedi looks horrible!

If I could give zero stars...I would. Took my granddaughter to Villa Salon for a mani-pedi with French tips today (4/25/21) in preparation for her prom 5/1. Ive NEVER seen such an unprofessional job and I have almost 20 years wearing nails myself and plenty of French manicures. We were there for three hours trying to get them done correctly! A PICTURE IS WORTH A THOUSAND WORDS! SEE FOR YOURSELF! WILL NEVER GO BACK AND WILL NEVER RECOMMEND!

Always regret cheating on this place. Always leave with perfect nails and perfect brows.

I have been to this location several times. Each time I never quite know if it will be good or bad. I had Mai yesterday and at first she was nice. But then while my hands were soaking she began to cut her own nails in front of me getting her clippings on the towel she was using for me!!!! Yuck!!!! And then used the nail clippers on me! I was so confused! She knicked me twice and I was bleeding and she never said sorry.. just told me my hands were way too dry. Didnt try to stop the bleeding. Then made me pay beforehand when I would have just used Venmo and then waited for a tip. How am I supposed to tip you before you even finish?! They stare at you until you write a tip and make you feel guilty into giving them one when youre not happy with them!

On 8/29 me and 4 of my friends came to get our nails done and one was getting a pedicure.. we made the appointment ahead of time and there was no problem.. when we get there the front desk person is Sooooo rude to us and acted like it was bother to have us there saying shes not sure if they have enough people for us. Again.. we booked this appointment ahead of time.. the attitude that we got from the receptionist made us all not even want to be there anymore but we were already there so we went on. I paid with my debit card and as soon as I did she comes back and tells us no that we have to pay in cash.. I want to point out there are no signs of this and they are not telling anyone of the white customers that came in after us that they must only use cash. The way she spoke to us the whole time we were there was so unprofessional. Our first time here because we heard such great reviews and I promise we will never come back. If you cant handle large groups then you should say that. I have never felt more unwelcomed at a business before. You should teach the person representing your company on how to do it professionally.. and if it is truly all cash it should be that way for everyone that enters not just certain individuals maybe also take the sign down at the register that says all forms of payment acceptable. Wish I could give this 0 stars. But since my tech was great Ill give it the 1.

Thank you Villa!Went in for a company perk yesterday. my pedicure was amazing! My gel manicure of simple matte black is horrendous. Bulky globs of gel all over my nails and it took the nail tech 90 minutes to do this. She noticed the issues but chose to ignore them and myself. When I told holly the tech that I was leaving she literally grabbed my hands through the plexiglass and held me there to put on the cuticle oil. Angry and fed up I left, now I’ll have to go have them fixed. Such a beautiful salon and the nail tech that did my pedicure was absolutely great. I will not be back

By far the best nail salon experience Ive had so far in the 9 years of having my nails done every 3 weeks. Tracy had so much attention to detail, Ive never had someone care about my nails that much. I am a very picky person when it comes to how my nails are done and most often have to go home and fix them myself but she met every expectation to a tee without me saying a single word. The fact that they have a bar in house is amazing! I will be definitely having a cocktail or glass of wine on my next visit. The staff was very friendly and the building had a very open layout. I would give this place a 10 star if I could.

A couple of days ago I recieved a dip and a pedicure. I had an amazing pedicure from Josh! He was awesome! At that time I had an issue with my dip though. The owner reached out to me right away and promised they would fix it. Today I returned and had a great experience. The staff was apologetic and genuinely wanted to fix the issue I had with my dip. Jayson fixed it and did an amazing job. Best customer service Ive ever received from the whole staff! Thank you. Will be returning!

This place IS a little girls|womans dream place to go. Relaxation, music, TV, a bar, PLUS youre getting your nails done to look even better than you already do, THIS is the place to go to if you want all that.

The person who did my nails her name was mai. She was so rude. She made it obvious she was talking bad about me in another language to her coworker. Her coworker also seemed annoyed that she was making these remarks in front of me. It was very rude she also rushed with doing my nails. They looked sloppy and I don’t care for them. My cuticles ended up getting filed down too much while she was watching mulan. This was my first time there and she left a terrible impression. I will no longer be returning there. If you go there ask for lily she did my cousins nails and they look great she took 15-20 minutes longer with her nails and they look great.

I’ve been looking for a nail salon since I moved here in October. This is definitely going to be my go to! They were able to get me in 10 minutes before my appointment time.I showed John a picture of what I wanted, and he did an amazing job! I asked for the pink and white ombré and it turned out so well!

I want to like them because of how beautiful the place is. I went for my first experience to get an eyebrow wax (didnt do nails) and Im not really sure what exactly she waxed? I went home and used that my eyebrows were already stinging from the wax and plucked them myself.Also she blew on the wax before putting it on my face. Im not overly terrified of covid but respect those who are and I definitely dont think blowing on the wax was the best way to cool down the wax given our pandamic.Everyone was friendly and I wouldnt be opposed to trying their nail service- which is why I gave it 3/5 stars.

Absolutely love this place! Maybe its the Mimosas while I get pampered or maybe its the incredible pedicure massages by Tom. Both help. If you want dip Logan and Bee are my favorite. They both listen and correct to your personal preferences. And Tom is by far my favorite pedicure. Check this place out for a great pampering

Seriously 92.00 for a pedicure to have my toenails cut so short I hate them so much and I’m so disappointed I usually go to villa but for that value and the price I think I’ll just go somewhere more affordable. I asked the man the second I saw that they were to short if I could change the color and he declined me as well. I didn’t want to get to upset with him publicly but now I wish I had. Short stubby toes for 6 weeks I suppose. If your someone new coming in save your time and money.

I had Lee today and he gave me the BEST leg massage of my life. No exaggeration, no joke. It was unbelievable. I will come back for the massage alone.The location is absolutely 5 stars, top notch. Just called to make an appointment and the lady has my on hold while she helped other guests... I clearly heard her take walk ins. They are requiring a $40 deposit to mar appointment s. When I asked if I could just do a walk in she stated they aren’t taking any and was extremely rude. I do not recommend trying to go here.

Great. Although every once in a while your girlfriend gets done a good 10 minutes before you and you both ordered the same service and started at the same time :( (trish) I have had 2 of the Male techs and both were finominal.

This is literally the best nail salon I’ve found I also just moved here no one got my nails done the way I’ve asked. They are very reasonable priced and very nice. Highly recommend. Every time I go my nails last 3 weeks and more than likely last longer I just like to get them changed.

I had such a great time here! I heard about them from a friend and she recommended trying their dip powder. I walked in without an appointment and they seemed fairly busy but they still seated me immediately saying they’d have someone right with me. I picked out my color from a wide variety of options and a very nice woman helped me and did my nails beautifully with the shape I requested from a picture. She answered all my random questions about the process of doing the dip powder and comparing it to acrylics. It’s a beautiful place with gorgeous marble counter tops, plenty of pedicure chairs, and kind, helpful staff. I will absolutely be going back!

I brought my kids here and they were absolutely amazing with all of us. Smiled and talk with us and did a wonderful job. Very pleasant! We will be back !!!

First time going to this place and I had a lady named Sarah that was more than helpful to pick out the exact colors I wanted. LOVE my nails!

If I could leave less than one star I would. Extremely poor customer service from the moment I walked through the door. I would not recommend this nail salon for a number of reasons. When I arrived I told the receptionist I had an appointment for myself and a friend that was scheduled by mistake on the wrong day, we had rescheduled it for that day with our preferred nail tech and were very happy that she was able to still get us in. The owner cut off the receptionist mid sentence and said You can just go sit over there. I understand that mistakes happen and we were not upset about the mix up but we rescheduled our appointments & came in expecting to have an enjoyable time together. My nail tech greeted me in a kind and welcoming manner, seated me at a nail station where my friend and I could sit together and quickly went to get my color choices. She was wonderful, very apologetic about the mix up with the scheduled appointments. The owner came over after my nail tech seated me and I had settled in at that spot, already had received my drink and he said I couldnt sit there and needed to move to a different seat in which case would mean my friend and I would not get to sit together. My friend had just walked in and was also getting settled in at her spot beside me so we were very confused why we couldnt sit together when we had already taken our seats and were side by side. He made us get up move to the front waiting area. We wanted to again just mention that we had scheduled appointments and there was a mix up but we thought everything was all figured out with the nail tech. The owners unprofessionalism was alarming. He proceeded to make a scene in front of other clients and staff. The owner literally said If you dont like the way I run my business you can leave. We ended up leaving, and on our way out one worker even came out to try to apologize for his rudeness and he flung open the door and started yelling at her as well. I feel sorry for the staff that has to work for someone like that, let alone would not recommend going there for any services.

They were amazing had great quality they took their time and my feet have never looked better definitely will be coming back. 🙂🙂

I absolutely love T! She has been mine and my familys nail tech for about a year now and she is absolutely fabulous! Her attention to detail and artistic abilities are amazing. We followed her here from another salon. I recommend her to all my friends! She makes you feel like youve known each other for ever and listens to everything you want. If you want quality go see my girl T!

I had to have a last-minute shellac and pedicure for a wedding celebration. I will honestly say the hospitality was what you would expect at a nail salon as a walk in, nothing EXTRA like all the positive reviews state. One of My cuticles was clipped to Short and bled. 24 hours later, the shellac material is already starting to lift on 2 of my nails. The staff was polite & courteous but the quality was not worth the $60 I spent. I wouldnt go back.

Have had dip nails with extensions done a couple times here, each time with someone different. Every experience was great. They were able to get me in the same day I called. Their receptionist is very helpful and friendly. They shaped my nails perfectly both times and they easily lasted a month. Each nail tech made me feel comfortable and listened to what I wanted. Very gentle and caused virtually no damage to my natural nail. The salon is very clean and neat. Havent had a bad experience with any of the staff and the quality and price is great! My go to salon!

I went to this salon this afternoon and had Von give me a manicure using the dip powder. He did a terrific job and he was very entertaining too. I laughed so hard it made my visit truly a girls afternoon out that was so fun. Hes an excellent nail tech too. I would highly recommend Villa Salon to anyone wanting a manicure or pedicure, and I would highly recommend requesting Von for some entertainment while hes working on you. As a side note, he is also single ladies!

I’ve been here twice and both times have liked my nails. However I would highly recommend scheduling a time during the week. I scheduled an appointment on a Saturday afternoon and waited 35 minutes for them to start. Other than that staff is friendly and they do a good job!

I spent $60 for a pedicure that i could’ve got done better and cheaper else where!Thank god i had a gift card that covered $40 of itI paid for the second highest pedicure and she didn’t use the Thing you use to scrape dry skin off instead she used a sponge which didn’t do anything. My feet are already dry. She was nice but she could’ve done better for the price i paid and the tip she got

The cash only policy is a bit strange. I wish the massage was more robust.

Took my Mother-In-Law for her Birthday, great atmosphere, my Mother-In-Law enjoyed her pedicure and manicure. I wish my pedicure was better. I felt a little rushed even though it was not busy. I know my toenails needed more attention when it came to my cuticles. The patron to my left was well in to her pedicure before I was seated and I was done before her.(same pedicure-deluxe) Not cheap but expected more attention to detail? I guess it depends on who you get? Friendly staff, T did a wonderful job on my dipped nails and was very friendly. I will try them again, just hope that my pedicure doesnt feel as rushed and bored to the next employee I get. Great glass of wine, and again, great atmosphere..clean, beautiful, but hope that I get a better pedicure next time so that I want to come back, because I loved my manicure! All in all, neat place with friendly staff!

Such a beautiful salon with the most knowledgeable staff. Warm welcome and gracious farewell. Enjoyable from start to finish. T did an amazing job on my nails. Such a sweet young lady. Look forward to our visits every time! Highly recommend this salon! The best in the springs thus far!

Every time I go there the woman rush me threw and are so rough on me. Most of them don’t know English . They want the next client quickly. I go up on Austin Bluff by the Safeway now. It’s family owned and ran. They really are nice and gentle and are happy to see me.

Very disappointed with the quality of work that was provided during my nail service. I came in for a full set with dipping powder to go on top. It’s a very basic service but exactly what I wanted for my Christmas vacation. The service took 2 hours, which was far longer than I’ve ever had this service take. The false nail tip was not adhered to my nail all the way and was lifted upward making the shape once the dip was on, very odd. The tech also kept trying to fix dip mistakes which is not something you can do with dip. You’re suppose to apply it thin and even stokes of the base gel polish then dip, then repeat again, you can’t spot treat. The nails looked awful weren’t applied right from start to finish and by day 7 they were literally popping off. I’m so upset that even after I pointed out that they looked awful and weren’t applied right, the lady still forced me to pay and never tried to fix them. I do not recommend this place for this service.

Went and seen Tee for my nails today. So excited. Nails turned out perfect. Shes the best! Whole crew was wonderful. Great atmosphere. Great vibes. Cant wait to come back!
