I very much like this shop! Very clean. They follow all the Covid requirements to the T. The best part is their personalities and the quality of their work. Henry and Johnny are exceptional. I highly recommend them. And I am finicky 🙂

They were able to fit me in between their appointments for the day, and they were amazing. I am completely satisfied with the results, I definitely will be going back to them for all of time lol I also had my daughter get a manicure and they were so great with her! This is not our first time getting manicures and pedicures at this place and it definitely will not be our last.

This is probably one of the best nail places in town. Johnny is very personable and does an absolutely amazing job. When i went in today the previous nails i had done were not done properly... however he took his time to make sure i wouldn’t be dissatisfied with the nails he was doing for me. Took extra time to make them look outstanding!! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants good quality service and fun experience!

Great job

After a stressful morning, I dropped into Elite Nails. They accommodated me quickly. Everything was clean & felt safe as well. I had a nice conversation with the kind gentlemen who took great care on the gel I was getting as well as the awesome lotion application to my arms/hands after they were done. It was exactly what I needed to turn my day around!

Best nails in the springs!! Ive been going to Johnny and Tammy for several years, never once broke a nail. Their products are quality and they are talented mail techs!

They were so friendly and did a GREAT job. I will be going back for sure! The prices are good, the salon is clean, and the techs were all so nice.

Today I went to this salon after scheduling an appointment, I arrived on time with my six year old daughter. I had on my mask and she did not have a mask on, as per state mandate anyone under ten is not required to wear one, upon walking in, not to many customers were there, the owner a “man” saw us and rudely told us to wash our hands, I complied. Being a small business owner myself, I understand in this great country, we have the right to refuse service to anyone! However, this story is one of abuse of that power! Okay, so we washed our hands and waited to be seen, I was finally seen 20 minutes after my appointment, I was having my shellac nail polish removed ( which requires each finger to be wrapped in tinfoil) once each finger was wrapped in foil the owner says to me “ I require your daughter to wear a mask in my shop) I said “ sure you can give her one” he then said “ I do not provide masks” in return I said “well sir, what would you like me to do!?” Any how some words were exchanged with another patron, and the owner then decided to give my six year old a mask. Ok, fine I can deal with all of that! However, in the middle of my manicure my child sitting next to me, because with corona I have no other solutions, one of the employees needs to pass, and says to my six year old “move” I then said “the word is excuse me” I took ten dollars out of my bag put it on the table exchanged some words and left. This is an abuse of power, it was publicly humiliating, and this man is an egotistical, Misogynist, creep! Every time I’ve ever been there he has shown abusive behaviors to his patrons and his employees! I went there today because it is close to home and during these times, it was convenient! I beg and urge any woman or man to never use this salon and completely stay away from this horrid horrid “man”. This mask mandate should not allow people to abuse their power, also, this man is clearly a woman hater, and in my personal opinion, entered this Field of work to abuse women.

Loved both times I got my nails done here. Its clean and everyone is really friendly!

Great place

I scheduled an appointment for 4:00. Three people showed at the same time. Me and two other women who were together. They took the two other women right away and left me sitting there. I waited and waited. About 4:20 I could see that all of the nail techs were taking their time and there was no way that any one of them had any intention of attending to me any time soon. No apology, no nothing, from the owner. About 4:30, I had had enough and got up and left. Apparently, they have no respect for other peoples time.

Awesome service and nicest guy who always does my nails, always makes sure i get good quality nails and makes sure they look classy. 10/10 best place in the springs

My mother and i would go every so often when we wanted a specific color that they do beautifully for our manicure. usually the service was okay and the folks were skilled and nice. This last visit we had was a train wreck. my mom checked the bottle before we sat down and saw that it had a good drip and such to it, and all was well. we both had our pedicures done and my mom wanted the specific polish put on her toes. the man that was working on her told her that there wasn’t enough polish (IT WAS PLENTY the bottle had a significant weight to it). my mom said that it was enough but he kept insisting on choosing a different color. well what’s the point of getting another color you hate when you could go somewhere else to get it done?at this point i was getting my mani done so i told the lovely lady that i wasn’t getting any color and she said “okay that’s fine.” beautiful! but the dude wasn’t having it. after my mom told him we were going to go somewhere else (in a nice tone mind you. she was being as polite as possible) he started to give her sass and saying “yeah you go somewhere else.” after we had paid, he was nowhere to be seen.i understand if you’re having a hard day, but come ON dude you have to be more respectful to your customers. the interaction was absolutely ridiculous and we’re not going to be coming back until that guy learns from his actions and tone.

LOL its says Lewis but this is his wife! I love going to Elite Nails. Everyone is so nice and Johnny does an amazing job on nails. They have a ton of choices for color both gel and regular and they are pretty quick too. If your looking for a good place to go this would be a great choice. Thanks ELITE NAILS.

I miss Johnny!! Cant wait to move back to Colorado so he can do my nails again! Hes the best! Ive been to other salons and my nails would lift. No issues with that here! Ive been going there for almost 10 years!

The guy who did my nails did a terrible job blending the white and pink ombré together and left my nails thick. Also he didn’t even file them correctly so they are uneven. I was honestly very disappointed with how my nails turned out and I won’t be returning again.

Wow! We are from out of town, my boyfriend and I decided to get his first pedicure. So typical as always, we get on Google and find a place near our location. We found Elite Nails and and we were so lucky we did. MOST AMAZING EXPERIENCE for his first pedicure, great customer service, phenomenal service and price affordable. I love this place! After the many exceptional experiences I have had over the years here I am due for a review. I have lived in the Springs my whole life and been to many salons. Their work at Elite Nails is beyond compare to any other nail place in the Springs! This is no exaggeration. They clearly take time and care to make sure that you are happy with their work. It is always obvious when you go into a nail salon if they take integrity in what they do. They are very talented. Every person who walks in is happily greeted and made to feel special. This is the only nail place I ever recommend to anyone who wants exquisite nail service in the Springs. There is just no place that can compare. I can show them a picture of what I want and they will exceed my expectations everytime. The staff is so wonderful and friendly. This is what getting your nails done is supposed to be like. Nail salons take note!

I love this place! I have gone to other salons in the past and experienced my acrylics chipping and breaking. I will not being going anywhere else but Elite. Tammy, Johnny and the rest of the staff are so nice and welcoming and always do a wonderful job. I got my eyebrows done recently and they look amazing. Highly recommend for nail care and eyebrow waxing.

I went to Elite for the first time today by a friends recommendation and couldnt be happier! They were friendly and inviting when my friend and I entered. Johnny is awesome! He was very friendly and was very focused and detail oriented. He did a tremendous job and I absolutely love how my nails turned out. I will definitely be back!

This place is awesome. Johnny is very nice and actually listens to you and what you want. This was the first time I left a nail salon without my fingers being in agonizing pain. I plan on becoming a regular customer!

I made an appointment for 415 but the women working advised the owner makes appointments and doesnt tell them or leave the book. Based on this it was no surprise they were not where near ready for me once my apt time came. It was a waste of my time.

Great experience. Customer service was warm and friendly. Nail technician was efficient, polite, and skilled. Owners were cheerful and the shop was clean and bright. I will be back!

They are very welcoming and nice. The prices are reasonable and the massaging chairs are nice.

Love this place! Tammy was very inviting and personable. She remembered everyones name and asked me if I liked what she was doing EVERYTIME she did something. I really appreciated that. They were very busy but were efficient and still have everyone their full attention. I will be back!

Finally I found a nail tech who isnt expensive and LISTENS TO ME and does a phenomenal job. I tell everyone about Johnny - he is amazing and you should know this :)

Friendly staff, clean salon, and they always do the best work. They have a lot of selection for colors or gel and regular polish. Some of my shellac manicure chipped the day I got it done. I went back in and they fixed it without charging me!

Nail tech cut my cuticle so badly that it wouldn’t stop bleeding and I couldn’t put my foot back into the water. Still charged full price, no apology

My experience was horrible the guy who did my nails was extremely rude, and was digging his nail into my fingers while he was doing them. Not only that but, he said that I was making it hard for him when my finger would tense up, I cant help when it happens. And when I itched my nose he said keep youre hands clean I am very displeased of my visit.

Couldnt say enough about this place!! My wedding is this Saturday and I went to get my nails done at another salon, but they did such a horrible job. I found Elite Nails and talked to Tammy. Such a sweetheart, she was able to pencil me in and when I got there Johnny was super helpful and helped me choose the perfect colors for our big day. Henry redid both my pedicure and manicure and was AMAZING! So thankful I found Elite Nails. They turned a potential bridal breakdown to a great experience and break from the wedding chaos. WORST experience ever. I booked an appt for 12:30. Had to wait for almost 30min and the lady was SO BEYOND RUDE. Not to mention all the pedicure chairs are crap. NEVER go here. Dont waste your money

I would say that they are about average at this place. The guy who owns the place is super nice. Its clean. Everyone was very pleasant. The problem was the nail tech working on me. Id rate her a 2/5. She was nice, but there was a bit of a language barrier. She also does this flicking motion when she cuts your cuticles which actually terrified me because I was scared shed flick too hard and cut me... Which she did, but only once lol. So nails. I wanted red and glitter for Christmas. I showed her a picture. She said ok. As she was painting my nails, she put one thin layer of glitter on the tips. I had envisioned a bit more... So I asked for another layer of glitter. She literally smiled and said No! It look nice and continued with a top coat. It was almost comical. Again cus of the language barrier, I didnt know how to respond... I mean, I asked for something and she straight up said no... What do you say to that? I think she wanted to go home cus it was now 7pm (sign says they close at 730pm), but I was a bit annoyed since Im paying for this service. She also flooded my toenail with the gel. I had to pick off a giant chunk of clear top coat that was stuck to my skin. I really wanted to love this place. Their prices are fair and the owner was so nice! But I cant justify paying for work like this.

It was a very clean nail salon and they know what they are doing. Althought I thought they were pricey. I paid more than I was told it was going to be and when I ask about I was refered to their price board which still didnt make sense to me.

The staff is always very friendly and do an amazing job with both Manicures and Pedicures. The location is not super convenient but I will always come here anyway.
