This was my first time there. It looked as though the cleaning service hadn’t shown up in days. The nail tech was very unfriendly. She also coughed over and over while doing my nails so I thought she just might be sick or at least not feeling well. In addition to her lack of conversation, she messed up my nails, bad. I was there for a fill and when I pointed out my nails were too thick and they were all different sizes, she said she’d fix them but only made matters worse. After loosing control of her electric tool and burning my finger, I asked if she was ok and she got up and walked away. The other tech came to take over and clearly didn’t want to hear that I just wanted her to finish up so I could go elsewhere to get them polished. She literally snorted at me when I said this was my first time there and would not be back. When I told her how upset I was because I am leaving for vacation tomorrow, she said, “ok, just go then”. I had to come home and fix them myself. Worst experience at a nail salon in over 3 decades

Jenny is the absolute best! Her nails are always perfection and I always get so many compliments. It took me many salons and I finally found one with an amazing nail tech that I will forever go to.

I came to hot nails 07/27/21 with no appointment and was greeted by co-owner Thi. I showed and explained what all I needed and she gave me a very reasonable price for a full acrylic set of nails pink and white and a basic pedicure with gel. Loan took care of my Pedi and she was very sweet and gentle she made sure she took her time and did a better job then other locations I went to (AMAZING Service) While getting my nails done by Thi she did take her time and was kind and gentle I loved Jennie she was free of appointments so she mingled with some of us customers which made it pleasant and friendly. I really enjoyed the atmosphere during my visit and Im super pleased with the work. Ill be visiting going forward to visit these great ladies. I LOVE MY NAILS!!!!

My girlfriends new favorite nail salon! Great price, great quality nails, and friendly staff! Jenny is our new favorite nail tech!We were able to walk in after we had an appointment at “Personal Touch nail salon” by the Walmart, and nobody was there when we arrived.Sadly, my girlfriend noticed the gel polish had started to chip by that evening on a couple, probably not fully cured under the UV, but they were happy to fix them for us the following day when we came back, for free, and very quickly too!We’re very happy with this salon and will definitely be returning, and would recommend them to anyone!**My only real complaint is that the location is a bit hard to find because it’s tucked in a little parking lot off of Academy. Best way to get to them is by driving through the parking lot where it connects to American Dr, between Academy Blvd and VanTeylingen Dr!

I have been coming to Hot Nails for well over 20 years. The staff are amazing and accommodating. Very clean and professional atmosphere. I am so appalled at some of these comments stating that the cleanliness was of dissatisfactory. I 100% disagree. In the years I have been coming here, their business has always been very well maintained and kept up. I will continue to do my business here for many more years. If you want quality work, I highly recommend them.

I absolutely love Hot Nails everybody is so nice. Jenny is the best nail tech Ive ever had and shes so kind and she always gives you what you ask for. All the ladies are great. The customer service is fantastic. I absolutely recommend you stop in and get your nails done .

My best friend and I have gone here twice and gotten acrylics done and I’m not going to post a picture because it’s embarrassing but they don’t even clean your cuticles up. They leave all the dead skin around. I paid $65 for nails and my hands didn’t even look pretty :/

Went for a manicure. Had 3 broken nails. She glued the break. Ripped off my cuticles and put a silver base under the cranberry colored gel polish requested. Claimed it was going to help the look. Well, my cuticles were on fire for a week, the three broken nails broke again in a week; and the silver bled around the edges as the polish lifted. I wouldve returned, but this was just before I went out of town. Embarrassed for them!! For $37, Im done. Will never go back!! Feel ripped off and disrespected!!

I cant even believe that this shop has a 4.2 star on Google they honestly need a absolutely no stars rating dont go here people..This place has very poor cleanliness very poor service and quality. I went in to get gel nails done on my natural nails between 2:45 and 3:15 on Wednesday July 14th 2021, by that evening I already had nails peeling I paid $35. I called to let them know the only thing they wanted to do was for me to go back into their very unclean salon and have them rework on my nails which I do not trust them !!! I would advise for everyone do not go there, do not trust them!!!! Hot nails in Colorado springs off academy is not a good salon I asked to be refunded they were not budging on any amount they only wanted me to go back in.

My daughters and I come in every 3 weeks. Love everyone who works here! They remember what each one of us likes and are super friendly! Would recommend to everyone

I called them to complain about how disrespectful they was and they called me back and he said that we’re disrespectful and we were just sitting there relaxing while we were getting our feet done we said thank you after everything if I was y’all I would not go they don’t deserve your money you can go to a way better place than them. Got a pedicure, lady squirted water all over me, which dont get me wrong were all human but she didnt even give me a towel to dry off with. Water was cold and I left with dead skin on my feet after aging extra for sea salt scrub. Pretty disappointing after coming here for all the great reviews.

Will NEVER go back here. All the good reviews must be a mistake. I sat for 2 1/2 hours for the WORST nails I have ever gotten on my fingers, then to be charger $57! And a lady told me I wont charge you for taking the nails off like! Are you kidding? Theyre chunky, nail polish EVERYWHERE! Acrylic EVERYWHERE! I wish this place on NOBODY!

I get my nails done by Jenny she is amazing have gone to her for 4 month now and I have never had a problem. I also go here for my pedicures I get whoever is available and have not been disappointed. Thank you guys, you do an amazing job. Highly recommend.

I went into this store and asked for them to take my acrylic set off as well as the polish off of my toes. There was a little wait so I told the lady no worries i’ll be back in 30 minutes. I came back a little over 30 minuets and they came to soak my nails. The lady went to do another lady nails (which was fine) but let my nails soak for so long the acrylic that was coming off in the nail polish remover was now attaching to my skin. I started removing my nails and was surprised I actually finished without someone at least checking on me. The manager came and began to file my nails once again, I asked her not to because my nails were already thin and to just buff them and she kept filing them until I pulled my hand away. I went to go wash my hands and when I dried them, I saw all of this acrylic on my hand, it looks like my skin was shedding. I shook my head, dipped a napkin in the polish remover, took my toe polish off and just paid $10 for the service. I went to my car and told myself I couldn’t leave without saying something so I went back in to speak to the manager. I told the manager politely that I felt as if this was a poor experience for me while showing my hands and she responded in a loud tone explaining how the events happened. I responded back in a loud tone saying “if you want better a better service you have to treat your customers better” and she responded with an “i’m sorry ok.” Never had this type of nail experience, I use to go to this nail salon because of the previous owner it was a great nail place. I just think it unprofessional now and definitely downgraded.

The person who answered phone just said hello and was not friendly nor motivated to book us an appt yet we went anyway the nail techs swapped a couple times on my sister which was frustrating because they had different ways of doing things. I had a good experience with Lauren and will go back to book with her only.

I used to come here all the time and Lee never let me down. Well, apparently she retired and let her niece or cousin take over and she does a horrible job. My Pedi was pretty great but my full set literally pops off like press ons. I dont suggest dealing with them if youre a regular customer whos been there before because they are very disappointing now.

I LOVE this place... I was running late it was literally 15 minutes till they close when I came rushing through the doors and asked for a pedicure. They said yes and even though it took till after close Tom helped me and did an amazing job! Thank you for your patience and phenomenal customer service!

It was pretty good, but she cut my toe and made me bleed a little, and now I have a blister on one of my toes too. My Mom and sister had a good experience but I do not suggest the pedicures. Oh and the person that was giving me the treatment paused in the middle and held dirty money, and paper, and pens, and then can back with the same gloves she had on and kept giving me the pedi which was gross. It was alright

I’ve been going here for years for pedicures and an occasional manicure, sometimes by appointment and sometimes walk in, and they always do a great job. Friendly staff, bright and clean interior, and the salon doesn’t have a strong acrylic nail odor like some places do. I recommend calling ahead before walking in because they are often busy — it’s obviously a place loved by many!

Since the salons have reopened I assumed it was by appointment only. So yesterday I called to make an appointment for today. Arrive at my appointment time to only have to wait because they had barely started services on walk ins. With social distancing being a thing I don’t understand why salons would take walk-ins and have you waiting and adding more people to a space. I’ve been waiting over 10 minutes and will most likely walk out and find a salon or individual that actually cares about its patrons and employee health. Being on time is being respectful and I don’t want to have to sit in your shop with my mask on longer than I should have to.

My gel polish over my acrylics started peeling after 1 day. My daughter and I scheduled appointments for pedicures at the same time and they completely finished hers before even starting mine.

LOVE this place. I’ve tried tons of nail salons since being new to the springs and I always come back. They always do exactly what I need! My boyfriend gets his eyebrows done as well and loves them every time. 100% would recommend!!

2 of us attended, watching another two ladies. Out of 4 of us, we were fooled in believing what we wanted they could doThey get halfway through and announce they Cant do what was initially asked and force you to pick something else.To add insult to injury the quality and workmanship isnt great and both sets of nails arent looking there best 6 days later.More disappointed with the lack of integrity. 0 stars if I could

I am in town with my husband for a conference and needed to get my nails done. I walked in and they were great. I got taken care of right away and did a pretty great job. Don’t be afraid to try you won’t be disappointed.

I went with my best friends daughter, they got things going right away, and the out come we could not be more happy with, Ive had my nails done for a week and no lifting or breaks. They are truly the best nails Ive ever had. I will be going back and telling all my friends about them. Hot nails is the best,I wanted to post an updated picture. After 3 weeks not one broke and they still looked amazing. I added a picture to show the grow out and so you can see how good they still looked. Love my nails.

Ive even been bringing my daughter to get her nails painted since she was very little. Even after my surgeries they always accommodate me. I Highly Recommend This Place. They do Beautiful work!!

I have been coming to hot nails for over 2 years and I wouldnt go to anyone else. They have one of the largest selections I have seen for Dip nails. They make sure you are satisfied before leaving. They are very polite and clean. Always my recommendation.

Julie gave me a pedicure today and it was one of the BEST Ive ever had! She was gentle and patient and made me feel well-taken care of. I love this place, and Ill definitely be back!

I don’t understand why people can’t give an accurate wait time? They told me 30 min and 30 min later they say another 30 min to an hour. They said I could come back I am not able to bc I’m busy the rest of the day. This ruined my day and now I’ll probably have to wait another week to get my nails done.

There is only one chick that knows what shes doing, the rest of the ladies seem lost. My nails were thick, square, and bubbled up. The pedicure was nice but my lady forgot to scrub my feet and dug her thumb nails into my shin bone with her massage technique.I will try here again but only if I get that 1 chick that is actually amazing.

I had them do dip and now I have chicklets on my fingers!! She put so much glue on it was rediculous when I asked for her to file them down they told me that’s how they have to be! WTH. I will never go back I will drive from Fountain to Glamour nails all the way on the other side of town

I got a full set and it was great! Very reasonable pricing and they also have a large amount of colors to chose from. The staff was very helpful and kind. The ambiance of the salon was quite nice. Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

Started coming here last year when I moved to Colorado Springs. Hard to find a great nail tech to do dipping powder! T has been doing my nails since I landed here and I couldnt be happier! They always look great, dont chip or break......love love love this place!

I absolutely love this new shop. I was so relaxed during my pedicure. I enjoy the fact the spa is staffed with 15 or possibly more associates working. I had individual attention from the person that gave me mine. I dozed off from the relaxing foot massage. The best!!!

The owner is amazing. My friend and I received pedicures from him, and he was extremely friendly and open. He told us about his amazing daughters that he is so proud of, and shared a bit of his journey to America from Vietnam with us. Excellent quality service, comparable to high end salons, and the price is a STEAL. Highly recommended

Our first visit to Hot Nails was absolutely wonderful! They got us in right away without an appointment and was super sweet! My daughter wanted a pineapple on her toe nail and although they didn’t say it they seemed like they didn’t know how to, Not only did they attempt to do it, they did it wonderfully. Clean, very friendly, and eager to please! Thank you for making our time very pleasant!

I got a full gel acrylic set of medium nails. I payed $65 for them. $15 for a design with it. I asked for a coffin shape and you can’t hardly tell they they are so. The lady that did mine used way too much acrylic as my nails are over the top in thickness.

I was in Colorado Springs visiting a friend when I randomly decided to stop here to get a nail fill and pedicure. The people here were absolutely awesome! Tony did an absolutely fantastic job on my nails. Another lady did my toes but I never caught her name. It was also reasonably priced too. I will definitely be coming back to this salon next time I am in town!

I was treated like a queen and when I asked questions about the products and services, I received knowledgeable information from the staff. I never felt obligated to purchase more than what I wanted. So I will recommend this place to all of my Friends. This place has just become my favorite and my only option when it comes to pampering myself.

Ive been having my eyebrows waxed at nail salons for 13 years. Ive had people do better jobs than others, Ive had better customer service from some places than others. No big deal, as long as my eyebrows look okay. I went to this place today and the woman was on the phone when she started waxing me, which was super awkward. Then when she was done and I got to my car I noticed that my eyebrows were burning. Upon further inspection, it looks like small patches of my skin have been ripped out. Ive never had anything like this happen to me before. Ive been to some sketchy salons and they still did a better job than this place. Absolutely avoid this place if you want to get a wax, that chick has no idea what shes doing.

We use to have a family days getting our nails done here.The shape of my nails were uneven and the acrylic was very bulky/bubbly. On top of all this some of my nail are broken in 3 days after . My boyfriend dislikes my nails .Horrible place

Had acrylics done elsewhere and they made them so much more natural looking when I stopped at HOT Nails today to get them filled. Techs were meticulous and took their time, and were so gentle. Very friendly place with great prices and customer service!!! I’ll be a loyal customer from now on!!!

I was crunched for time but Lee fit me in right away and had me in & out in perfect time. She was quick and you would think the quality would suffer at the pace she goes but it does not! My nails look fantastic! Best theyve ever looked. Definitely earned a repeat customer.

I went to get a simple nail fill yesterday (pink and white French tip). At first they looked ok. They didn’t file the old nail down enough before putting on the new gel so you could see the old nail. I overlooked it because I was in a hurry. I woke up this morning and my nails are yellow and green at the base where the tech didn’t file the old nail down enough. Now I have to go get them taken off to get the fungus to go away. Waste of money and totally disgusted/disappointed.

Tony did an incredible job making sure my feet were perfectly cleaned and toenails looked exactly how I liked them. Huge plus, did reflexology and trigger points on me feet which have never gone to a place that have done this!! Will definitely be my go to place from now on!

I highly recommend this nail salon! I went in without an appointment for a pedicure and choose the classic. It includes the usual as well as salt scrub and paraffin. The leg rub was amazing and my feet are so soft now. Tony is the best! The service was great and I think the prices are good as well. Try it!

I had a really nice girl that did my feet, but they’re still covered in callus’s, so bad that they’re snagging on my blankets 🤢. Tried to contact the owners just to get screamed at and told to come back. I work 60 hours a week and have two kids, I was lucky to get out of the house for an hour I DO NOT have time to come back. Don’t waste your time here! They do terrible work and they’re rude!!!
