Fabulous experience as always. The people there are extremely friendly and helpful. I have used their services close to 20 times over the past couple months and it is wonderful each time. I have a small business where I ship large boxes every few days. They always are extremely helpful and know the best way to transport items. They sometimes put extra padding or tape on the box to ensure it makes it there safely. They told me it’s not a problem. That is the “Plus” in their name and they do it because they want it to arrive the way it was sent. I recently got a few reviews from my business and they actually complimented the packaging and shipping. That made me laugh because I think they were more impressed with the box than what was inside. Thanks for the assist. Best prices in town too. I’ve compared and it is always several dollars cheaper through them. Can’t say enough about how great they are. Check ‘em out for anything you need to ship.

Friendly, professional, and quick fax service! I needed to send an important fax and am thankful that they were open during the Covid-19 pandemic. Not only was pricing fair (even included my fax cover page at no charge) but best of all, I wasn’t charged for a printed confirmation page!‘Pack & Ship Plus’ is conveniently located in the shopping plaza on the SOUTH-WEST corner of Austin Bluffs and Academy. Easy in/out access via a traffic light on Austin Bluffs (just west of Academy).They have a nice selection of professional-level machines and technology. They are definitely setup to accommodate more than your basic printing and copying needs. On a side note, I was impressed at how clean and organized the store was.YES: I will be a return customerYES: I recommend this business to others

Guy perceds to answer the phone while he was just about to scan my card so I could leave.... He proceeded to talk on the phone for 15 minutes about fedex delays instead of finishing with me... I spent another 10 minutes waiting for his 25 minute conversation about fedex delays to be done when couldve told the guy to just call fedex... Who puts callers before customers in person???

I don’t have to ship things super often, but when I do, this is the only place I will go. The service is super friendly and it’s quick. They are honest and will give you the lowest price option and not try to talk you into a higher option. I highly recommend.

Friendly fast service! Whatever my need is for printing or shipping, Noelle has a solution! She is such a great connection to have if you are starting or own a small business. I’ve been happy with the quality of all the printing jobs she’s done for me and last year she helped me get passport photos updated and get my application mailed properly; really took the stress out of the process.

On multiple occasions I’ve had to send sensitive equipment for calibration and I’ve never had a doubt that my stuff will arrive to it’s destination 100% intact. I also use their mail box service and regardless of how you use them the customer service is outstanding! Highly recommended!

I had a returned item to send back. I brought the item in with some special instructions and it literally took Noelle and her staff 3 minutes to get me setup and on my way. My experience with Pack & Ship Plus was exactly as the name conveys: Plus! I did not have to stand in a standard waiting area, or stare idly while waiting for someone to notice I was there. It was a comfortable and homey atmosphere ~ Like I was in a very nice little shop having a friend pack and ship my precious gifts. There was even a sitting area, had I chosen to simply sit and rest for a moment. I would highly recommend this wonderful place. They know what they are doing, too ~ and wont overcharge you just to make a buck on you. Go! Go! The stop is well worth your time.

I have had the pleasure of using Pack & Ship Plus over the past few months, and I want to emphasize, pleasure! At ETech Recyclers, we often ship computers and other electronics to customers around the globe, and Noelle is always so helpful. She has been available at any given time to answer my questions, and when Im in a hurry I can just drop off my package, she bills my account and I receive my tracking information by email. Ive used many other companies before, and over them all I highly recommend Pack & Ship Plus for many reasons, but mainly for the good old fashioned customer service I receive from them, which is hard to find these days.

I go here for almost all of my shipping needs. The staff is wonderful and they have remembered my name since the second time in. Great service and wonderful convenience. I do quite a bit of shipping and I love that I never have to wait in a long line here. I will continue shipping here.

This is a great place for Ebay drop offs. Very easy to use. They handle USPS, UPS, FedEx, and do custom packaging. I have tried many drop off points for my shipments and this is the best I have found.

OMG!!!!! witch told me not to renew my contract, i got too much mail!!!!!, she was a spoiled Col Spgs kid, parents paid her college, & she had to pay them back by WORKING...god forbid, she couldnt keep help nor Clients!!& SHE HELD MY MAIL!!! trying to GET XTRA MONTHS OF $$$$ for my box!! thats called Blackmail!, she Witched off all the time about how she hated her job!! pooor Mail Natzi!.She gave me WRONG ADRESS for my box, so i spent months hunting my mail!I also had no door code, for a few days, their HOURS ARE WRONG!!she fought, charged me xtra, & lastly KEPT MAIL PACKS THAT WERE PAID FOR!$!$!$ so the sending companies- had a lo$$.Lord God rebuke her.
