Outstanding and friendly staff, very fast and professional for fingerprinting. I appreciated how they left mask wearing up to the customer and supported personal decision making. They did ask unvaccinated to please wear masks, but they were considerate of all views across the board. I like this place.

I get ALL of my packages rerouted to the Mail Center. Ive not once had a bad experience there. Ive even shipped packages and the ladies who both work there provide beyond exceptional customer service. They make me feel welcomed each time and never had any issues w packages. Overall I would highly recommend this place for shipping and receiving mail.

They are always willing to go the extra mile. I was waiting for a check which should have arrived 10 days ago. Both Heather & Amber checked for me each day for 3 days to see if it was in. Both were always pleasant and accommodating. It is not close to where I live, but they are worth the drive!

The Owner Ryan Martin is a real sketchy dude. Calls up competitors just to get their pricing, and wasting their time on the phone. Then leaves negative reviews as if he is a customer meanwhile hes just a snooping competitor. Ask for pricing no problem. But, to harass your competitors constantly just to trash their name is uncalled for. There is enough business out there. I wonder what other sketchy things this guy is doing at his own place.

I signed up through Groupon with a 3-Month special that was reasonably priced. It was my first time getting a mail box, but the registration process at the facility was easy and straightforward. The facility is very clean as well.I ran into an issue while traveling out of state and Heather was a huge help. She was very kind, understanding, and proactive. I love the folks at the Mail Center!! They are always super friendly and helpful!!! I stop in several times a week and we have a chat while I collect my mail and packages. If I have any special needs, they are always quick to accommodate ~ whether its giving me a call when a package comes in that Im looking for, or helping me out to my vehicle with large/lots of boxes. I required careful packaging of an expensive original work of art to be shipped to another state. Brian was clear, conscientious, knowledgeable and knew just what documentation was required for insurance purposes to ship this valuable item to me. I would highly recommend this company to ship your items. They were fast and reliable and followed through on all the details to make this flawless. All was done via telephone and email.

UPS delivered our package here since no one was home to sign. I went in on Monday morning to pick up the package, and explained the situation. The UPS site said the package was delivered to “The Mail Center” at 12:40 pm on Saturday. When I explained this to the gentleman at the front, he promptly said “we closed at 2:00 pm on Saturday, so we won’t have it yet”. Given the lack of logic with that statement (they closed 1 hour and 20 minutes after the package was delivered), I asked for an explanation. The gentleman was very rude/blunt and didn’t explain, just said it’s not here yet. When I said that doesn’t make much sense to me, he again, rudely, said he would double check. Well, he didn’t see it again so I was about to leave. Then, the female co-worker (much nicer lady) got the tracking number from me and started actually digging into the situation. Well, turns out my package WAS there on the shelf, and the guy was just being lazy and rude to a customer in need. That guy needs to learn customer service, as he witnessed the entire ordeal and never once apologized to me when he realized he was wrong. Poor customer service from him (taller, older white guy), but the lady was very nice and helpful. Glad I was persistent, otherwise I would’ve had to make a second trip up there because the employee can’t do his job!

The people here are so great!! I send care packages to my family often and I have them pack everything for me. Even the cookies that I sent we delivered perfectly - not one was broken! They know what they are doing and can be trusted to send anything at the most affordable cost.

I dont know why I ever went to the Post Office prior to discovering this gem. Very friendly and patient staff. I will absolutely be going here in the future. Thank you for a pleasant experience.

Lisa is very friendly and takes very good care of us. She even calls me when she knows an important package has arrived. She helps with packing the items I ship and tells me how to save money when shipping. It is great to have a place that offers so many services and makes my life easier. I highly recommend the Mail Center for personal and small business mail and shipping services.

Consistently great customer service. I drive out of my way just to ship my packages here because theyve been so reliable.

The only reason I used this place to mail is because i needed some documents notorized and I am now regreting even dealing with this place. The man who works there wasnt very friendly and made me feel like my documents werent ever going to get mailed and from the looks of it, he probably just threw my stuff in the trash because USPS never recieved anything with my tracking number. Save yourself the headache and go elsewhere !

First and only time using this place. The staff was very nice. But it has been over a month that I sent a prepaid package and it was never recieved costing me over $100. Pretty bad first impression and I wont be sending anything else through them.

We are full-time RV years and have used them for the last two years. We also used them the last time we were out on the road for a couple of years. They are always pleasant, efficient and just really good people to deal with.

Aka ANYTIME MAILBOX - MAIL FORWARDINGHorrible. PO Box Zone or Virtual Post Mail is a much better choice, and lower cost, and also allows users a physical box address (not a po box).I dont understand how such deeply incompetent people are allowed to work at this location.Sept of 2017, my rental box rcvd a check, i completed a forwarding request, after 8 days, i drove all the way from abq to hand pick up my check.Ive also had stolen easter cards that had cash in them.April May 2018 i wasnt notified of my vehicle registration.Thankfully i renewed my reg online. And surprise surprise, on my last forwarding i rcvd... there was the postcard from my home state for my registration, ALONG WITH over 20 pieces of mail that I checked for recycling, all the way back to 8 months prior. How did that happen?Currently, missing an item that tracking shows as delivered.Its obvious there is a thief at this location and someone that is very incompetent. The same person.... could be.

So much better than the post office. Another excellent case for the private sector :)
