Excellent Service and very Polite!!! One of the 2 muffler bolts disappeared off of our Craftsman lawnmower and needed a new one. Joey was helping me and offered to order it, when the exact one wasnt in stock. I was looking for some alternative ways to solve so I could fix today. Joey said that they may have a used one in the back. Upon a detailed search he found the exact match of the muffler bolt I was needing. Joey wanted to give me the bolt for free. I said absolutely not... I wanted to pay the full retail of $4 for it. He said he couldnt charge me that much for it. LOL... long story short, they solved my problem quickly and decisively. I really appreciate this company. They also do excellent repairs to lawnmowers, per past experience. I would strongly recommend this company... Especially Joey :)

I calledI called Craigs Power Equipment June22nd, 2021.Joey answered the phone and I asked if they had Mower blades for my mower. He took my number and said he would call me back and I never did get a call back. This happened last year with the same person and I spoke to CRAIG last year. Today I spoke to Craig again on the phone and told him of the situations. He had a careless attitude and asked what I wanted. I told him I wanted him to fix the issue he hadnt fixed from last year. He offered no applogy and became argumentative. I asked if he would like me to take my business elsewhere and he hung up the phone.

Just an annual Toro - Briggs & Stratton lawn mower complete tune-up and service, and it was also exceptional customer service. The store is customer friendly, covid compliant, clean and sanitary as well. I was most impressed by their knowledge and friendliness, both upon checking in and when I picked up my lawn mower just 2 days later. 5 Thumbs Up to the folks who assisted me: the owner Craig, Griffin, and Joey who went out of their way to make sure I was satisfied. And I certainly was. Their service was recommended by the landscape - irrigation folks that I use. They were right on too!

I had several (3) chainsaw chains that needed sharpening. Ive taken chains to other places in the past and normally its a 3 or 4 day turnaround time no matter what time of the year. Craigs finished them in less than 4 hours. I couldnt believe it. Very polite and professional individuals to work with.

I walked in with what I assumed was the smallest engine chain ever. I went to 4 places before coming to Craig’s. I walked in hoping it was my last stopped. And surprising enough, it was my last stop. Lol.I needed a new chain for a motor scooter I got my daughter for her birthday. Original chain was broke. And non repairable. The guys here were amazing. They took time out of their busy work day to get me a chain they had in the shop out back. And then they also walked me thru on how to re link the chain to fit the scooter. 10/10. On all levels. These workers are very helpful. And very knowledgeable.Again, thank you guys for the amazing help, and the extra knowledge. With what’s going on in the world today, it’s hard to see eye to eye with most people. And these guys were amazingly helpful. You learn something new every day. And I’ll leave my review at that. Great service! My Toro lawnmower stopped working. I emailed to inquire if they could take a look at it to see if it could be repaired. Received a rapid response to bring it in and they would take a look at it. Theyre a Toro dealer, so very knowledgeable about the product and had the parts in stock. They promised a turn around of about 7-10 days - which they exceeded by fixing it and following up with me within 4 business days. The prices were reasonable. My lawnmower is running better than it has in years! If that were not enough to convince you to take your business here...do yourself a favor and meet the employees. Theyre friendly, personable, knowledgeable and helpful. Great attitudes, they really enjoy their jobs, talking with customers and want to help. Joey, Alec and tech Will were all very nice. I also chatted with a couple more employees, unfortunately I didnt get their names. They treat customers as people they want to know and build long term relationships with, not just a number or another transaction. And bonus - they helped me unload and load the lawnmower in/out of my vehicle so I didnt have to lift that heavy, awkward beast by myself. Thank you to everyone at Craigs Power Equipment!

Living off-grid has never been a piece of cake. But when my generator took a dump, Craigs came through for me in a big way. Not only were they willing to help me find a solution, even if they didnt have the parts in stock, but they sold me a used generator at a reasonable price. Alec was professional, prompt, and EFFICIENT. I was treated with respect, and I cant tell you how rare that is as a woman looking for anything engine related. Bypass walmart, home depot, or anyone else. If its small engine related this is your store.

After going to one of their competitors for my small tractor repairs and having lots of problems, I found Craigs Power Equipment through a friend. They have done a great on all my repairs and within the time quoted. Yesterday I purchased an Echo trimmer and wanted a different head and Bryan did a good job giving me what I needed. They are all very helpful including their mechanics.

They did a great job fixing my lawn mower. I had been warned that they were busy and as a result it would take a few weeks to get everything fixed, however they fixed my mower much sooner than I had anticipated. In the store they went over everything beforehand so there were no unexpected charges, and I knew exactly what to expect. Top notch customer service, even when waiting to be assisted they made sure to let me know that they would be right with me.

I recently bought a Mahindra 2538 Tractor/Backhoe package from Craigs Power Equipment. They have some of the best customer service I have experienced to date. They were very respectful and knowledgeable on the equipment. They worked out a great deal for me and delivered the tractor the next day to my residence. For the tractor, I have accomplished more in a week than I could have a year with my back. I easily removed dead tree trunks with the backhoe, and the tractor has been integral thus far in drainage maintenance out in the prairie. Thomas was extremely great working with. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a solid piece of equipment!

Craigs is without a doubt the very best small engine shop I have ever found. Every single time I take ANYTHING in to have repaired, they do fantastic work. It is a real luxury to know when I go to pull the cord that my tool is going to work, because the guys fixed it right, and then told me clearly how to maintain it. Love this shop. Yesterday I took my pressure washer in to them. They said it would take a week. Three hours later Thomas calls and says it is ready. Unbelievable. This is the ONLY shop I will take my blowers, mowers, trimmers, and pressure washers to. I only wish they gave marriage counseling, financial advice, and sold cars.

The prices are fair and they do great work, in some cases right then in the back of my truck. Ive been to Craigs 3 times. They are professional, friendly and my go to guys for my tools. The first time they checked out an old chain saw that I didnt think was running right. They analyzed it, said it was fine and didnt charge me. I felt guilty not paying for their time. Next I was trying to find what turned out to be a $3 bolt and spring for my Honda mower. They ordered it for me and I was back in business. Recently they tuned up my mower and winterized it. They found a moisture issue. It is running perfectly now. I will be customer for life and highly recommend Craigs Power Equipment.

Ah, true customer service still exists! After calling around to a number of places to ask about fixing my lawnmower that my son had decided to use to run over a tree stump, all of them told me it would be three weeks before they could even look at it. When I called Craigs, I talked to Griffen, who suggested that I bring it over immediately so that he could diagnose it and either give me an idea of my wait time or tell me that I should just go get a new lawn mower. Griffen was there to help me as soon as I arrived. Fortunately, he diagnosed the problem as just a bent blade and told me he could replace it immediately. He changed the blade, tested it, and did not even bill me for the labor. Ten minutes and $25 and I was on my way, smiling from ear to ear, with a fully functional lawn mower. The entire staff was friendly and courteous, and it was clear that old fashioned customer service was at the heart of the whole operation. I would highly recommend taking outdoor equipment that needs to be repaired to Craigs.

I am a homeowner and have been to Craigs a few times since I bought a Red Max string trimmer from them in 2009. They have always been very knowledgeable and helpful as well as reasonable on their repair prices. If you have a question about how to do something such as me having difficulty getting my string trimmer started they are very willing to show you how to get it to cooperate when the directions dont seem to help. I had them tune up my string trimmer and chainsaw and they only do what is needed and are very honest. I can only wonder why some people have gone to them only once and given them a bad rating.

Stopped by for an issue I was having with my generator/inverter. While I was opening a repair ticket and explaining the symptons with one of their folks behind the desk, a nice young lady grabbed my generator and took it into the back room. She asked if Id tipped it on its side, which I admitted that I had in order to add oil. In about a minute she came back and asked me to speak with their technician. He noted that I had over-filled the oil and that was likely the problem. After draining the excess oil, he started it on the 1st pull and it purred like a kitten. I wasnt charged for the quick diagnosis and I will tell everyone I know about my experience and refer them to Craigs. Nice job, folks!!

Great customer service and employees definitely know everything there is to know about their products. Entrance is a little tricky and youll have to slow down to find it. Parking is on the south side of property or you can park for free on the adjacent roads.

When I called and spoke with an employee I described my mechanical problem about my lawn mower and leaf vacuum. I was told the probability of the problems in detail and without any pressure that I should bring them in for a lookover. When I took them in I was told it would be less than a week to repair them. I was called the next day telling me all was repaired and the price was lower than the original quote. From my experience with the staff was that they are professional, honest and sincere and friendly. The workmanship was great. I plan on keeping their phone number and it will be the first place I will contact if and whenever I am in need of their services.A very satisfied customer.

Great customer service. Had two chainsaws that were inop and he got one of them going for me before I left so I could finish up some trees in my yard. He even came out and showed me a few maintenance tips even though they were backed up on repairs. Their prices are very similar to Lowes on the chainsaws. I buy a lot of stuff from Lowes but would rather deal locally on my power equipment for the service and support. Wish Id known about these guys when I bought the first time. The lady in charge behind the counter was really helpful too.

I walked in and stepped up to the counter. Lady? Saw me coming and waiting at the counter. There was no Hi, Ill be right with you or any kind of acknowledgement. Almost like she was hiding. Seemed that she would be approach me at her earliest convenience after that. Took nearly 3-4 minutes. Once I asked about the prices, I knew I was never coming back, EVER.

I purchased two parts for my chainsaw from Craigs.One was not the correct part and without it I could not put the chainsaw back together. Instead of debating about the part number being correct (likely superseded), Craigs simply sent me the correct part.Granted it was a low dollar part, but to me, Craigs treated me as well as local retailer.

I threw the chain on my Husqvarna 445 chainsaw and in the course of trying to re-attach the chain found that the sprocket cover/chain guard would not fit properly onto the main body of the saw. Though this problem was well documented on the web I was unable to re-attach the cover. I emailed Craigs to determine whether they dealt with this type of problem and was told Yes and to bring the saw in. My biggest dread was that the saw would be in the shop for an extended time - perhaps weeks. Such was not the case. I gave them the saw and within an hour it was returned to me fixed and ready to go. I am very satisfied the the service received and will not hesitate to do business with them again should the need arise.

Heres something folks need to know: Went in there because I had difficulty getting my Husqvarna chainsaw to start. Thought I was doing everything correctly. One of the employees, a young man named Thomas, took one look at it, asked me if he could start it in the parking lot, and got it going. 5 minutes. Didnt charge me a penny (I still bought some fuel from him-felt that good about the experience, aside from me being embarrassed at flooding the damn thing!). You dont see that type of approach with many businesses, in contemporary times. Everybody seems to be looking for the Almighty Dollar. Highly recommend you give this place a try if you run into small engine problems, etc.
