Ask for companies policy before you buy… buyer beware, as soon as the transaction is completed you own it even if it has a factor defect and you try to return it 2 hours after buying it and never used, just started it.

I took my 5075E in to the shop to get some work done to it. They said it was all covered under warranty. Then 3 weeks after I got the tractor back they gave me a bill of $860.00 do to they say the work was not warranted. If I could give them less than one Star I would

We just moved to CO Springs and want to buy a riding mower, John Deere.I passed this company leaving Peterson AFB and thought the place looked nice, which it does.After seeing Lowe’s sells the John Deere brand I compared the pricing of the units in front of Lowe’s with signs and the same on Potestio’s site.I thought it would be nice to buy local but....I visited today and stood in the showroom for a few minutes and understand bathroom breaks, maybe checking on inventory, meeting with boss. Went outside to look at the riders, came back in and waited a few more minutes, still no one.There was a gentleman in an office and the parts counter person saw me. Neither one made a gesture to let me know they will be able to help shortly.I am sure it isn’t always this way but the entire staff at the store should be a part of making every potential customer feel as though someone may be available soon.I can get this level of service at Lowe’s..

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the service we have received from Potestio Brothers in Colorado Springs. As first-time tractor buyers, we had a lot of questions and our sales person, Joe Conner, was extremely patient and helpful. Instead of just trying to up sell us on equipment we may not require, he asked us questions and actually listened to our answers in order to help us select the right tools to meet our needs. Joe treated us extremely well and made the whole purchasing process very easy and painless.The dealership itself is well laid out with lots of inventory. Whenever I’ve stopped by for maintenance supplies or accessories, the parts department had what I needed in stock and was available to answer any questions.If you are in the market for any John Deere product, I highly recommend you stop by and check them out. And if you do, tell Joe “hi” for us.

Called the parts department aspoke with Eric who is rude doesnt really care if you dont say you need parts for John Deere parts all he said if it isnt John Deere I cant help you and that was it. Steve who was some what helpful was a day late on getting me a quote I had to call back then he was rude. I wont be dealing with them no more Ill get part somewhere else

Excellent service, information, and help. Came in to get pricing on parts and accessories. Got exactly what I needed, and had quick follow up on an open question (before I got home). Anyone who has tried to find individual parts through the JD website knows how painful it can be alongside a fair amount of confusion. These folks worked to make sure I got the information that I needed and ordered a new blade for my compact tractor. Ive been to the Parker location as well, and these guys were more approachable and willing to help. Will be back for all my JD needs.

Stopped by to look at tractors. These guys are not just rude, but physically aggressive when you start to leave. Dangerous people, stay away. Its worth the time to go to a different Deere dealership.

Dont even bother. You bring the part you need and they tell need model number or the info on data plate. Its and older brush hog with no data plate. All I need was a tire for it. Very rude

I really dont like leaving such negative comments, but residents around Colorado Springs should be forewarned.Potestio Brothers in Colorado Springs provides very poor customer service.On three separate visits, delineated by months of time.Once; I was trying to purchase a mower - seems all the sales people were out, and parts was unable to accommodate.Next; I tried to get a shear bolt; getting assistance took too long considering the staff were joking around behind the counter.Finally; getting a hydraulic hose repaired resulted in the tech actually referring me to Parker to pick up the parts for them... I left the hoses, they were supposed to call when the hoses were ready - no call, the tech indicated the line was busy. In the 21st century, most people have cell phones, and cell phones either ring, or go to voice mail. No busy signals. Yes, I confirmed the number on file was correct.No, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Ive been here several times over the years for parts for my Kioti 35hp tractor and implements. They are very knowledgeable with many types of tractors and implements so give them a call even if you dont have John Deere. The shop is very clean and so is the yard. Nice selection of used implements in the yard. They are order most parts for your PTO attachments and I highly recommend you give them a try.

I stopped by to look over an old mower that they had in stock. I actually came there originally to find out more about Vantec equipment. I saw the old mower and decided I might be able to fix it up. I got a sales person named Jay to help me out. He was nice enough. In the end the mower would not start and I told them I would make an offer. It was low offer but they said they would call me that afternoon and let me know. I left and did not get a call back. I called and left a message requesting to get a call back. At the end of the next day I called in and talked to another sales person who told me that they talked about me and they were going to call me. 4 days has gone by and no call back. In the mean time I asked around and was told this is par for the course. I was told to go to Pueblo for JDeere service or parts. I am disappointed.

Potestio Brothers is the absolute worst John Deere dealership I ever dealt with. Had my tractor for 2+ months and its still not fixed. When I call, all I get are excuses. I am sure that if I were a multiple tractor buyer, they would have me up and running in a week or two. I tried to find an individual tractor mechanic before using Potestio Brothers but seems there arent any around or any I could find. I guess Potestio Brothers know they are the only game in town and just dont care. Ive always liked JD equipment but when I need more, I certainly will go elsewhere just because of this awful experience. Its August so maybe I will get it back before the first snow.

Went to purchase a JD1025R with a loader and brush hog last month at Potestio Brothers in Colorado Springs. Spoke to Joe twice that week about it. Joe seems like a nice guy, and he gave me the written quote the second time I was in and told me it would be about 2-3 weeks to get the tractor to me. As I was leaving, a used 1025 came in that was exactly like what I was looking for with only 25 hours on it. He and Jay (the rep that took it in - and also seems like a nice guy) said they would call me with a price, but he never did. I was probably going to go with the new one, but I still wanted to hear the price of the used one. I called Joe a couple of times, but he still could not get a price to me for the used one. He never called me back with the price like he said he would, and when I drove by that next Monday, the used 1025 was gone.I had heard some not so good reviews about Potestio Brothers, but thought I would still give them a try since they were right around the corner from me, and that I had had good luck with them for parts for my JD rider and push mowers in the past. Like I said, Joe was nice enough, but I felt like I was treated with indifference. Coming from a sales manager background, I taught my reps to always respect the customer and to ALWAYS ask for the sale. That never happened at PBE. Honestly, if Im going to shell out $18K for a piece of equipment, I would like a little love and appreciation in return.I ended up calling 4Rivers JD Dealer out of Pueblo West that same Monday. I never even had to go down there. I called the territory sales rep, Kyle, on Monday. He had the quote to me first thing Tuesday morning like he said, which somehow ended up being a few hundred cheaper than PBE, and we agreed on everything that day. He dropped off the tractor with free delivery and a full tank (and even a couple of 4River JD hats) on Friday. (Again, PBE told me it would be 2-3 weeks to get the tractor to me that was on their lot.) I couldnt be happier! Kyle did a great job of answering all my questions in a timely manner, and I felt I had received the love and appreciation I didnt get at PBE.Sorry PBE, but I did try to buy from you first.

Horrible customer service. You get a run around. Tractor had problems from the start, kept wanting us to pay for new parts. Called officer and he did NOTHING but want more $$$. Customer service manager when learned we were having problems basically said oh well and his boss didnt care either. If you want to throw away your money this is the place to go.

I looked online and it says they close at 6pm monday through friday I went in at 5:30 to get a spark plug and a primer bulb and they were closed. Then I went in at 3pm on saturday the next day and they are closed and the sign says 8-4. Also when I spoke with the gentleman in the parts department it sounded like I was inconveniencing him asking him if they had parts for my blower. This is a terrible place of buisness I would stick with buying parts off eBay or another dealer.

Bought a saw from here a few years back. Even spent money on the Stihl brand synthetic oil, in order to double the warranty. Fast forward. Saw wont start, warranty expired, and Stihl screwed up the exhaust assembly. Other small engine mechanics say it could definitely have caused the damage. PB wont admit it, and even said I am not a big enough customer to back with Stihl. If you are a residential user, they apparently dont want your business. They will never get mine again.

Bought a 6x4 gator from them, they told us it was diesel. The First time I put gas(diesel) in it, it ran for about 5 mins and died putting out white smoke. I called the sales guy we bought it from to confirm it was diesel he said it was but after he went and asked his manager they said its gas. Now I have a possibly blown motor and they wont do anything about it. Would not suggest!!!!!!!!!!!

Horrible place. They fire people so fast everytime I go in there its someone new who has NO clue what there doing. Customer service is horrible there. I was told by TJ my tractor was ready for pick up and when I got there it was still in pieces and then when I got it home it still didnt work properly. I will never go back and waste my time and money at that place again.
