This review is for Cece- store associate working in customer service! Tried to fill out the online survey for her, but didnt have a receipt number to do so. Please let Cece know we greatly appreciate her taking the time to find our receipt in the system from a purchase made in cash yesterday with no receipt given. Cece is awesome and deserves to be recognized for excellent customer service!!! She went above and beyond to help us. Thank you so much!

Do not make online appliance purchases! On two occasions this store gave away my purchased dishwasher and my installation was delayed. The store does not answer their phone no matter what you select in the phone tree.I have driven to this store 4 times. The appliance sales people make me wait at least 30+ minutes to talk with them each time and then push me off to an Internet Sales rep at customer service who turn around and push me back to appliances. A 10% refund on my purchase no longer satisfies the frustration I feel with my experience.

Clean store and relatively well stocked. The staff was not very friendly or knowledgeable. I got what I needed though.

The employee (gentleman) in the paint department this morning was friendly and cheerful! (greeted me) Which I can definitely appreciate these days! As I left the self check the attendant said have a nice day which is good customer service!!! Good to see.

I am a general contractor and typically after we finish a job all the leftover items go into buckets and then get sorted later. I just took some of those items into Lowe’s that they found in their system, but their system declined to give me a refund. I’m not exactly sure what happened but the clerk did say something about “not allowed after 90 days.” I am one of the good guys and I’m getting penalized. Lowes has always had poor customer service and I don’t shop there often. I will make every effort to avoid them as much as possible. They need to take lessons on their returns from Home Depot.

Great selection and prices for all things home. They did a great job on our floors! They got in there and installed our new carpet in no time and now our house looks amazing!! We love shopping in there because they don’t have the mask police patrolling, to all the people crying about the muzzles, order on line and hide in your houses. Karen!!

The service and support at Lowe’s is very poor and they have me that they are disorganized and will intentionally lie to their customers.In my case, we purchased a refrigerator, installation and removal of the old refrigerator. We were given a date and time frame for the work. They fully missed the date and NEVER picked up the phone to explain nor got back to us when we left a message to get any status.This is not the way a business treats their customers. Under no circumstances would I recommend them.

Good luck calling this store and having ANYONE from any department answer a phone. Not entirely sure how this is a problem, considering that every department has mobile phones that associates carry on their persons.Additionally, good luck with online orders and picking up. The inventory they show online is always off, and it’s a toss-up as to whether or not they can actually fulfill the order. In the event that they can’t fulfill something, it’s iffy as to whether or not someone competent will actually work with you to replace that item.Associates here are always quick to tell a customer “no, we can’t do that,” instead of figuring out what they can do for you. It’s ridiculous, especially when you have a big purchase and/or a big project that you’re working on.

Guy in plumbing was great. Guy in paint started to wait on me, but stopped to ask two different customers if they needed help as he walked down the isle to put an item back on shelf. After waiting 10 min while he waited on someone else, I just left the store.

I like it. Always seems less crowded than other hardware stores. Its nice not running into a bunch of people

We came to return some flowers that died quick and Theresa in the Return section was able to help us and was very helpful. Nice clean location with everything in good condition and locations.

This is a great place to find just about anything you need for home improvement. Easy in and easy out.

I am horrified by my experience with appliance purchase and install from this Lowes. Purchase took nearly an hour, the section was understaffed and the amount of paperwork was like buying a car. Then for install, the install company has come out twice. The dishwasher was not working after the first install. The install company came a second time and determined the dishwasher was faulty and Lowes needed to send us a replacement. That was a week ago and Lowes has not contacted us nor the install company about a replacement. It has been 3 weeks since we purchased this dishwasher and we are STILL without a dishwasher. The lack of communication and urgency from Lowes has been very frustrating and unprofessional. I do NOT recommend buying an appliance from this store.

Ryan or either Rylan he has a Mohawk and works in the a/c department was great i thought i was going to have to pay a man to put a screen on the window and install my a/c but Mr.Mohawk walked me threw everything and he was great please give him a raise ! And i also had to come back a second time because the ac came damaged but he was great and helped me for a second time with no hassle even put the a/c accessories on right there in store !!!

Made a big deck material order online today and things got messed up badly.... but... I called the N Nevada store and Grace and Dallas did a great job of straightening things out for timely delivery! Yeah... on Sunday tooo! Bonus for those two. Very pleasant and started and ended well. They understand service. Promotion time!

Thats right I was at Lowes and not Home Depot. Today it was blue and not orange. They both are similar and have some differences. Its pretty much about convenience.

Overall clean and organized inside, much better customer flow than the Home Depot closer to me.You can find some Monrovia and Proven Winners plants here, as well as a few Dr. Earth fertilizers (though not the Root Zone fertilizer in store, unfortunately).

Waited on line for ten minutes to be checked out. Got checked out and then waited for another ten minutes while the cashier paged for Code 50 to the front to get the item in the cage. After hearing her page for the fourth time without success, I stopped a gentleman who said he would have to find a manager. He found a manager. They looked and determined they didn’t even have the product in the store. And I wonder why I don’t but everything from Amazon!

This store in particular is great! Rarely are they “out of stock” They have wonderful customer service, the layout is easy to navigate, best of all if i were ti find a lower price somewhere they will typically match that price! Also always neat clean and organized

While waiting to return an item,the employee manager of the return department continued to argue with the customer over her not ringing up the return and proceeded to tell the customer to get the hell out of the store and flipped him the bird.What happened to the customer is always correct. I genuinely like Lowes. I just wish they would enforce the current mask policy. I see customers and employees without masks or wearing them as chin-diapers. I shop here a few times a week because it is close to my work and Im always needing small things for projects. Customer service is usually really, really good. If they actually enforced mask wearing Id easily be a 5 star reviewer.On the plus side, if you forgot your mask they wont stop you.

We purchased 3 appliances.Carson was very friendly and helpful.He did have a little trouble getting it in the computer correctly. We were asked to come back so it could be adjusted.All in all, it was a good experience.

Ive spent over two hours trying to get someone, anyone, on the phone. Pro Desk, what I actually need, doesnt pick up and Ive let it ring for 15 minutes. Customer Service never picks up. Tried Lumber, electrical, and finally called curbside pickup. They pickup and leave the phone off the hook but never answer. What on earth is going on over there?

DO NOT CALL THIS STORE! I have been waiting to talk to someone for over an hour now (still waiting for someone to answer). Apparently only this lowes doesnt answer the phone, the N. Academy lowes and the new center lowes answered the phone quickly and was very helpful. If the phone doesnt get answered I can only imagine how bad the customer service is at the store.

I do get stuck going to Home Depot for Milwaukee tools. Besides that Lowes provides a way better shopping experience, thier staff is attentive and helpful. We just got this mini fridge today. Loving it

I recently purchased a Whirlpool dishwasher based on the recommendation of Julie, who works in the major appliance department.Julie was very knowledgeable, demonstrated outstanding customer service skills, and made the purchase flawless. She deserves high praise for her efforts and work ethic. Lowes could use 5 more just like her. Attagirl, Julie on North Nevada Avenue!!!

Shop anywhere else - avoid these people. The experience of picking up a special order on the evening of 6/9/21 left me fuming. Management at this store was offensive and unprofessional. Lowes does not sell anything that is not available elsewhere for the same price or a better quality.

Today my son & I came in to buy plywood to make torched wood floors. We got the most excellent, friendly, helpful customer service from employees Abigail, Carl & Matt! Much better than we were given at Home Depot over on Academy! You 3 employees listened to what our project was and helped us find exactly what were looking for!If I could give these 3 employees and this Lowes store 10 stars I would!THANK YOU!

Great place to find most all your fixerupper needs. However if you need help you will have to go hunt someone down. I was there for about 30 minutes, passed about a dozen employees, not one asked if they could help me find what I was looking for. The cashier was hilarious.

Question: Do only employees have the Lowes t shirts? My reason for asking is I was threatened by someone in the parking lot wearing one. He nearly backed into my car, then a few minutes later blocked my car and threatened me. Needless to say I filed a report w/ police (since its on private property, not much could be done) & will look to shop elsewhere.If its case that non-employees can buy these t-shirts, Ill edit this post as this may not accurately reflect on Lowes employees.

The Lowes on Nevada North, the customer service was not exactly the best including I had to load up a huge thing of insulation that was as big as me if not bigger by myself and and no one offered help for unloading either. the cashier that checked me out and help me because I left my wallet in the car was extremely helpful and nice.

Absolutely horrible customer service! Was preparedto spend at least $300 on couple patio chairs today. There is no one to help. I asked one lady twicefor help and she barked at me both times about how busy she is helping others with no attempt to listen or call someone else to help. I understand stores can be busy and understaffed but there is no excuse for rude employees. Sorry, you lost my business Lowes.

Ample parking plenty of hardware & tools but little actual help although one employee saw me standing and trying to find something and help me but the majority of the staff was all in circle jerks laughing and pretty much not working, other than that store is pretty good

Just read the story of the African American man who was fired over 37 cents. I believe this to be true as Ive worked for lowes. Go to home depot, way cheaper and better service even though lowes makes their employees walk around asking customers questions for 4, hours (power hour)

I was really upset when I went to pick up my dishwasher. I was waiting for a very long time. Then I spoke with the store manager. He made things right and assisted in a purchase of an extended warranty. I have to give five stars to the store because of the manager although the staff and customer service drop the ball.

This is a nice Lowes in a very nice location. If you cant find something there its a little difficult to locate a worker compared to other Lowes Ive been in.

I definitely prefer home depot, I was at lowes to pick up supplies for a tile job. I had an employee tell me a product purchased the day before was never on their shelves. I told the employee weird I have a receipt for said item. Anyhow he told me it wasnt possible.

We got some great flowers for the yard.

Theyre the best. Granted it was 6 pm so not too busy. Got the help we needed to find the exact thing we wanted. Need flexible tubing to redirect a drain from the AC. It was dripping down an outside wall and leaving a stain.

Lucas in the cabinet department was amazing. He stayed 2 hours after his shift to help me get what I needed. I was very impressed with the customer service delivered by him! His service was 5 star. Thank you Lucas!

I almost lost all respect for Lowes in general because of this store. My husband and I were went there with the intention of buying cabinets. We are doing a complete kitchen remodel so appliances, countertops and flooring wouldve also been on the radar. We got there at 8:30am after driving over an hour and a half to get there. Upon entry and a little wondering around we were told by Elly that the kitchen guy doesnt get in until 10. We were asked if we had an appt and I said no. I was told over the phone I didnt need an appt. She said it was ok, took my name and number so he could call me when he arrived. We decided to stay in the store and do some other shopping. Far drive to leave now. At 10 I was waiting in the cabinet section when the guy (Toby-?) showed up, late. He was not happy to see my standing there and was rude and short answered. He told me he had an appt at 10:30 and couldnt help me. Then literally ignored me while I called my husband to tell him after an hour and a half drive and an hour and a half wait that we were SOL!!! And no one seemed to care. I called the Fountain store, spoke with Matt (whom was AWESOME and waiting for us when we arrived), and we left the contractor cart sitting where we stood, and walked out the front door. Lowes on Nevada was uncomfortable, rude, no one asked if we needed help, and didnt seem to care that they lost a customer willing to spend $30k for kitchen and bath room stuff. I put in our full cabinet order with Matt in Fountain and will be back there to finish what we need when the time comes. I would NOT go to this store. Its bad example of what Lowes is all about.

Dont order anything online and expect it to work out. They called us once to come pick up an item only to drive an hour and find that it wasnt there. No help. no offer of any sort to make it right. only spent 50 minutes there waiting while they looked for it.Then I made the mistake of ordering a washer and dryer a year later and have had no luck getting through to them to correct an error about the delivery. They are IMPOSSIBLE. It wouldnt be so bad if they made these mistakes here and there... but they cant be reached on the phone and dont respond to emails, and if your are lucky enough to ever get someone to take a call, theyre rude. What ever happened to customer service?

Moved here from Missouri and started doing irrigation and we come here all the time for our irrigation needs.

Ordered a $700 item. It was apparently lost in transit. I had to called to find this information out two weeks after it was expected to be delivered. They reordered the item making delivery a month after it was expected. They were not willing to work with me at all on waving a delivery fee or anything. They caused delays on my whole project because of their incompetence. There is no accountability for their receiving departments or customer support.

I hate leaving negative reviews. Ill leave it at 2 stars until my next visit. All I can think is they are short staffed. 30 minutes after asking for two items on the top shelf we got the items. Asking for help on another item, on the top shelf, another 30 minutes until I ended up getting it myself with their rolling ladders. Went to check out and had issues there as well. We had a rough day - maybe next time it will go better.

Classically, awful customer service. I hate writing bad reviews but this place deserves it. Delivered a range but not the parts for installation. Three days later after several phone calls Lowes dumped us and told us that we would have to find the parts ourselves and find someone to install it. Then Lowes third party installed rescheduled us without notice, then cancelled on us without notice. An absolute joke. I would not suggest buying anything from Lowes. Try Home Depot first.

This is a rare low for Lowes. I had to wait half an hour for a curbside pick-up that I already received a notification that it was ready. When I called the store as I was waiting outside, the representative told me that they were busy getting there others orders.

Absolutely terrible customer service, purchased a product within 90 days. Could not return it for store credit. Other products are available for return, but Joe the store manager told me that it was a high theft item and therefore they cannot do without a receipt. Have probably over 45 receipts from the kitchen remodel. But they will not allow the return of a simple saw blade that was never used, never opened. The return policy is by far the worst in the industry. Go to Home Depot, never any issues

Looking for chest freezer in appliances. No display units on the floor. Associate told me if I was not buying they werent going to get one out. She then went back to talking to another employee. Guess what, bought my freezer elsewhere. Management needs to start firing these rude employees!

Daniel helped me out last night finding exactly what I needed to finish tiling my bathroom. He provided prompt and excellent service as well as quick thinking solutions in a freindly manner

So i thought I was getting a good deal when I purchased a refrigerator, that had been repaired. I asked the sales associate if it worked and they stated yes that it did. So I purchased it and drove it home. When I unloaded it and placed in the garage, I followed the manufacturer instruct I ons on turning it on and waited for 24 hours. The next day when I checked the inside temperature in the freezer was 80 degrees. Fortunately I had purchased an extended protection plan. So I scheduled a repair appointment. When the repairman arrived he informed me that the system had a bad compressor, condenser and that the copper lines had kinks in them. So i would have to wait for replacement parts to get it fixed. So i waited 3 weeks for new parts and to get it repaired. The problem now is the fridge runs but wont get lower that 60 degrees after 48 hours running. So i am forced to call for another service to fix this problem. My issue with the store is the fact that the repairman said the initial repair made to the fridge appeared to have been done by some unqualified repairman and that the store should of never sold this fridge in the first place. I thought I was getting a good deal for my garage and instead I got the shaft. Buyer beware. Dont take the salesperson word.
