Great winterization service, best price I found in town as well. No “consulting” fee. Just pay for services rendered to a knowledgeable staff member. I’ll be hiring them in the spring as well for turn-on services.

Their work is outstanding and the best price in town. I know, we got many bids and they were the most reasonable by far. The project has far exceeded our expectations. The owner, Dave and our project Manager, Mark were professional and kept us up to date on the progress of the project. There were no hidden costs or fees and they worked hard and efficiently to make sure it was done on time. Highly recommend to anyone needing landscaping and will definitely be using again.

Mark did an ok job with the repair, but did not completely re-assemble the manifold. He stated that he would guarantee his workmanship so I called and spoke with him about it. He never responded, which does not give a great deal of confidence in his guarantee. I will not do business with this company again.

Mark built up a 5-valve manifold for the irrigation. After glueing the PVC couplers on, he was in a rush to test within 15 minutes. From past experience, I know you must wait at least 4 hours for the glue to dry or the water will dissolve and push the couplings apart. I mentioned to him this. Guess what....the couplings partially came apart and there were leaking joints the next day. Mark came out, looked at the leaks and said he would think about how to solve the problem without tearing apart the whole coupler. He never got back with me, never returned phone calls or text messages. Guess he didnt want to spend additional time on it that would have cut into his profit he made from me. I find this a lack of integrity and cost me $571 for a leaky irrigation manifold. Now it will cost me either my time to redo the job or additional $$ to pay someone else.In addition, we just had our first freeze. The back flow valve they put in blew. I discovered they did not put in the poppet; only the bonnet. What sloppy, unprofessional work by Mark and his helper. Never go with this company again. I seem to know more than they do when it comes to plumbing & irrigation. In fact, they required to have plumber licenses when working with backflows devices and dont.

Excellent service. Mark came out and blew out our sprinklers before it froze. He also repaired a broken pipe for an excellent price. I decided to write this review because after doing the work quickly, and for a great price, he showed me how to winterize my system, in the event that there is a snap freeze and there isnt time to have them come out and blow the system out.You really dont see service like that anymore. Its rare. Excellent job guys!! I have a high bar for excellence and they exceeded it.

Mark is the Sprinkler Master employee I dealt with. We paid him a lot of money and he had to come back 3 times but told me he was going to put a metal manifold on the pvc lines but the next time he came out he said that is all there are and I must of misunderstood what he said. He had blown the lines out before winter and a valve below the.bell valve froze and cracked and he also told me those valves were on back order and no telling how long it would be before they would be in. I went to Home Depot and thy had dozens of them. Mr Mark is not trustworthy. I wouldn’t recommend their services to no one!!!

Todd and his crew did a great job on my backyard sprinkler system. Walked me through the process of all the zones, and what time of the season to start it up and shut it down for the year. I highly recommend Sprinkler Master to anyone.

Todd from Sprinkler Master is punctual, honest, and direct. Hes been doing our winter blow outs, spring turn ons, and repairs for many years. We checked him at the Better Business Bureau where he has an A+ rating and only legitimate complaints can be raised. Hes probably the busiest sprinkler business in town, so ensure you call him early. We always do to make sure we get an appointment. Hes the only one we trust in Colorado Springs.

Ive used Sprinkler Master for many years now, and they have provided excellent, on-time service every year for winterization, turn on, and repairs. They originally installed my system. They are reliable, dependable, and honest.

If I could give less than one star I WOULD! We spent about $15k with them between 2004 and 2006. Recently called them and the guy that mostly answers the phone (Todd) sounds like he could care less whether he talks to you or not. Scheduling is horrible (no evenings or weekends). I wasnt able to get to the door when they did come in the middle of the day (and they were late). I called them back about 15 min later to apologize because I was on the phone with a client and couldnt get to the door in time to talk to them (I have a home office). He wouldnt accept my apology and said he wasnt going to send someone back out. WHY WOULD I WANT TO DO BUSINESS WITH SUCH PATHETIC CUSTOMER SERVICE? I can only imagine how their work is now ugh. Most of the landscapers in this town are greedy rip-off artists, only in it for the money and could care less about their customers. Its shameful!!!

If youre looking for a good honest sprinkler company, Sprinkler Master is the one for you. Todd is very knowledgeable and has years of experience to back it up. Todd assessed my situation and presented me with several options. He could have just told me to replace everything in my control box (which I decided to do anyway) but he didn’t. He told me what he thought was wrong and let me decide what to fix. Ive used them twice now to repair some of the poor work that was done by the previous homeowners and I couldn’t be happier. The Sprinkler Master crew is quick, reliable, dependable and most important very affordable. Give them a try, you won’t be sorry!
