Always have a great experience with the guys at this location but today was the best experience. Kevin went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with one of their products (Nebo Torchy 1K Lumens). I had an issue with charging and low light output.I was a little out if the exchange period but because of my very hazardous career, he made sure I stayed safe on the job and went ahead and did the exchange.I will tell EVERYONE i know looking for any products they offer to come to that location. Thank you guys for keeping me safe on the job and I will see you soon for more products!

The guy working the night of March 10th did an excellent job of trying to find me a new battery for my ups before selling me a new one when there were no batteries available at that size anymore. Only 4 stars because couldnt they didnt carry the battery any longer.

Ive always have a good experience shopping at Batteries Plus Bulbs. They always have what I need in stock and the employees always know what they are talking about. If I need a battery or bulb, its the first place I go.

I have a 09 Mazda 5 that needed a car battery. Mazda dealer couldnt get to me until 6/24 and wanted $60 to install. Auto stores all refused to install because the computer note indicated battery replacement was too difficult to attempt. I ordered recommended battery on-line for 10% discount. Web site was easy to use and notified me they received my order and a few minutes later let me know it was ready to pick up. WOW! The staff at this location is incredible! The store manager encouraged the staff about going above and beyond for me. He didnt in anyway rush them knowing they were helping me with my car fob issue that the only money they would make off the time spent was the battery replacement. I can not even begin to thank Ryan at this location enough! He spent 45 minutes helping me fix my key fob taking it apart many times which was no easy task! I special ordered a specific halogen bulb with gu5.3 base 110 volt bulb. Got an email that order came in. Drove to pick up the order, was handed a LED bulb which caught my attention. Asked about LED and was told that the expert guy at that location had substituted the bulb. I studied the box and realized the substituted light was a 12 volt. I explained that would not work so the associate looked around the store to see if they had the bulb I wanted. I asked to speak to the manager, who was not yet in. I asked that the manager call me when he got in and he did, about 4 hours later. Was told the bulb I ordered could not be sold in Colorado (seems like a programming issue that could be fixed and should be fixed?). Was told the expert staff member must have made a mistake substituting a non 12 volt bulb. Disappointed, dont plan to shop Batteries Plus Bulbs online or in person again.

There was no warning that there would be the possibility of the iPhone being disabled after the repair. When the store was contacted back the rep hung up in my face because he couldnt get his excuse of not offering a warning to a customer who has never done this before. Instead of listening he was talking over me and attempting to assert his opinion and reasoning behind the lack of basic warnings that should be given out to a customer when ever repairs are done....all possible outcomes.

This place is great! I rely on them for all my specialty battery needs. They have only ever failed me once--and that was in finding in their inventory these large lithium batteries for red-lensed night-hunting lights. But this technology is obsolete anyway, and I moved on to more reliable and up-to-date equipment. The staff are always knowledge, helpful and professional--well beyond the standards of normal retail.

Purchased a lawn equipment battery from here. Took it in to use the 6 month warranty and they wouldnt honor it because it was outside on the equipment. Well where else is the battery gonna be? On a shelf in my house not ever used? Whats the purpose of a warranty on a lawn equipment battery if you cant even use the warranty? Its a for lawn equipment. Lawn equipment is outside.

Shopped here for a variety of battery needs. Always received great customer service. I do have an online issue though: purchased a car battery for my daughter online, paid by credit card. To clarify, I am 2.5 hours away from her. Saw pickup requirements and called store to verify she would be able to pick it up. Was told she did not need my credit card. Turns out you DO need the credit card at pickup if you would like your core charge returned and this was not mentioned. Why can you take my credit card online but not refund my core charge online? A receipt does not help if there are no stores within 2 hours of me.

DOES NOT HONOR WARRANTIES!!!! Bought a Lawn and Garden battery for outdoor equipment had the battery for 5 months out of the 6 month warranty when I went in to return it they did not honor their warranty and the reason was it was used outside in the cold ........ I run a business and have bought several batteries here I will not be coming back. Also I see I am not the only customer that has had problems with your warranties you might want to take a look at how you run your business your reviews are not that great.

I was out shopping jump boxes. Their sale price was bout the same as everybody elses regular price. Must say though the fella working the counter did seem very knowledgeable about their flashlights.

Dont buy a car battery here. I bought two and both failed before warranty expired. Take an act of God to get your replacement. Even though the dealer tested it as having a dead cell thats not good enough. They havere test it again. Total BS. So they fully charged the battery and said it was fine. I know it will be dead tommorow. Do you have testing equipment equal to a dealership I dont think so. Dont want to honor the warranty fine Ill take the loss and go buy from someone who has something other than a voltage meter to test a battery. I will also post this complaint an Facebook. I have a lot of friends all over the US so it is not only this store that will lose costumers.

Good luck getting anything fixed with the employees they have left. The stores AND company in Colorado Springs is about to go through a big decline due to the irratic behavior of the GM. I wouldnt take your phones or ANY expensive items there if you want them to keep working .Go to a reputable phone repair shop unles you want a low cost replacement from Ebay.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR IPHONE FOR REPAIR, I went for a simple battery change because thats what I thought was wrong to my phone. I called and spoke the so called Manager Mike who by the way is not qualified to an associate much less management. Very rude and unprofessional. I took my phone to Apple to 2 different technicians and both identified that who ever opened phone did not know what they were doing. The broke the 3 of the prongs that hold the battery in, they scratched certain parts of the phone inside. It turns out my phone was not broken due to battery, it had different issues due problems with the Iphone. However when I called to let Batteries Plus of the sub standard work performed, he was so defensive thinking I wanted a new phone out of them., which I did not want due to phone having other issues. But my biggest disappointment with Batteries plus was Mike (mgr) and the quality of of work they performed on the Iphone. So be wise and never take an IPHONE to them. His comment was APPLE DOES not know what they are doing and there are billions of dollars in lawsuits against them. Which I will let his General Manager know, which he refused to give me his name or number. He straight out told me no I am not giving it to you. SO my experience with Batteries PLUS needless to say was horrible. I will never do business with any of the their stores. FACEBOOK< TWITTER AND ANY other social media will know, and I will contact the local news for consumer fraud.

I took my 2 key fobs in to get new batteries installed. I was asked if I wanted the lifetime battery for 18.00 each. I declined because the old batteries lasted at least 2 years. They installed batteries in both the fobs, the guy was in the back for about 20 minutes. When I left, I was driving and the fob fell apart. I called and was told, it was broke when you brought it in, Ummmm, no because I had never changed the battery and one of the fobs was new. Then when I checked the 2nd fob, it was broken too. Obviously the guy did not know how to open the fob, so he just broke the tab. They would not do anything to help me and then both batteries died within 3 months of putting them in. I think they have a way to put a quick charge in the old battery and replace it. That must be why it took 20 minutes to do a 3 minute job. I am done with this place!!!

Had a battery for my dive computer. Very pleased.

I purchased an atv battery last year and it worked fine over the summer. However this year when we pulled it out the battery was stone dead. We attempted to charge it with a maintainer which didnt work, so we went back to the store. The associate we spoke with tested it and said the voltage was low, but that they would charge it for us for free since we bought the battery there.That was nice, but we didnt hear back for a couple days so we called and were told that the battery was overcharged and now the battery was fried. However, he said there was only a 6 month warranty so they werent responsible for damaging the battery. We said that we werent told the warranty was expired and they took the battery to charge without any kind of warning, but we were still returned a broken battery. All we got was an associate that told us we bought a bad brand, even though thats what was suggested to us to purchase in the first place.

I have been buying camera batteries at the Janitel store for years..I returned a battery within the year warranty and they double talked and would not replace it. The manager Mike was insolent, arrogant and couldnt be more rude. Chewing gum and saying there was nothing he could do. I recommend buying batteries on line. Went there to get a screen replacement on an iPad mini the service was good aside from being overcharged I paid no mind to being overcharged 40 dollars for the service then a few days later they called accusing us of not paying im not sure if you came in and got the ipad and just didnt say anything called back annoyed got attitude from the tech and the manager even though it was their fault they charged us for the wrong iPad........great customer service smh
