I was extremely satisfied with my service from EZ IN locksmiths!! I would most definitely use them again and recommend to friends and family. My daughter somehow had the fob part of her 2015 Subaru Legacy fall off the emergency key inside which was the part connected to keychain. She went to get into her car and noticed the doors weren’t unlocking like normal. She pulled out her keys and found only the silver key hanging on her keychain. We found that key is completely useless except to unlock the door (which sets of the alarm). We bought the car used and only had 1 key. Our 1st call was to Subaru who told us we’d have to have car towed to them and it would be approx $2500 to have 2 keys made. I called a few other locksmiths before EZ IN and EZ IN was most helpful, reasonable and professional. They had to order in the subaru fobs. Called me back as soon as they arrived and scheduled time to meet my daughter at her car later that afternoon. They where on time and called to let my daughter know they were there so she could meet him at car. Very nice, professional and quick! We couldn’t be happier with the service provided!

When I called today at 11 am today, I immediately got a real person. I was surprised he could be at my home in two hours for a non emergency (but very important). He arrived almost to the minute. He immediately went to work, replacement of my front door lock with an electronic lock. He programmed my preferred codes and triple checked to be sure, then explained them to me. Then my garage remotes needed to be programmed for a newer security code. He did the outside keypad, triple checked, then my two small remotes, then my car sun visor keypad. What a genius, friendly too. Amazing I told him the bill was too low (I really did, I expected more, from previous companies). He is based in Security Widefield area, the hard working employees. I never thought I could easily find someone that hit all 5 stars. I programmed his information for future use.

My daughter had her purse stolen at work and the only key for her BMW was in it. So i had been locked out of my car. I call this company and had my car keys replaced on August 10, 2020. Few weeks later my car alarm keep going off for no reason because the key fob isnt working properly. So i called the technician and told him what the problem was. It has been three days, since the technician told me that he will come to reprogram the key. He still hasnt showed up. Yesterday he said he would show up at 1pm. Still no techician and my car has been alarming nonstop. I thought they stated that they give one year warranty if you have a fault with your key after programming. I am just frustrated. If your not coming to reprogram the key. Just tell your customer that you wont be able to...instead of having them waiting around three days and you still dont show up.

6 minutes before the scheduled appointment I was informed that the appointment would not be honored and I should call to reschedule. Unacceptable.Regarding the owners response: If there is no answer to a phone call, it is customary to leave a voice mail. There were none. There was one text message. This text message from the technician said nothing about a flat tire and said nothing about another tech coming and he said to give him a call so it could be rescheduled. I have saved his message. There was no text message about sending another technician. Will have the lock installed by a more professional group.

I called because my key suddenly wouldn’t turn the ignition in my 2007 Honda Odyssey and they scheduled a time to repair the ignition and make a new key within hours! The repairman, Chad, was early, friendly, and it only took him a little over an hour to do the repair. They also guaranteed their work with a 1-year warranty!

UPDATE: The owner sent his employee out and made a key for the remaining lock. The employee was extremely rude and kept making snide, nasty remarks. After he was done, the employee then proceeded to hold my rv keys, car keys, and house key hostage (I was stranded in the middle of the storage lot) until I updated my review to a 5 star.After speaking with the Sheriffs department, I decided to not pursue pressing charges, even though everything is recorded on my go pro, it was not worth the hassle and stress.NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RECOMMENDING THEM.__________I wish it would let me give 0 stars.Completely unprofessional.I will never recommend them.This employee calls me a few minutes before the appointment time to say hes running super late and asks if he can meet later in the day. I already drove across town to the storage unit to meet him and was on time, I told him the max I could wait for him is one hr before I have to go to work (yeah an hr, pretty generous for me to wait). I did not have the time to drive back home just to drive back across town again. He decided to reschedule for the next day, 9am. 9am he calls asking if we are still on for 9am? Yeah I already drove across town and again are waiting on you. Why would you call at the exact appt time to ask that?So the employee was already running late, called and asked for the address. Do you not give your employees the address? Because I texted the address and name of the storage unit to you.He got the door unlocked and had a key that fit, but had no key to give us for the side storage compartment, even though I sent pictures of all 3 locks. So now we paid full price to get 3 locks unlocked and only got keys to 2 locks. And now we have to pay a different locksmith for a key for the side storage compartment. What a waste of money.Absolutely horrendous company.

WARNING: Apparently if you are able to drive 5 miles out of a parking lot your 3-month ignition warranty expires. What a joke. The guy told me 3 times the work was warrantied. I guess the extra $100 flatbed tow out of my pocket was a free bonus. Call someone else.

I called up EZ IN Locksmith from the Airport at 12:15am stating I forgot my house key at my extended familys house in another state. The representative that picked up the phone was direct, well spoken and gave me an honest estimate to bring someone out at such a late hour. Within minutes a Technician called me and said they were on the way. They arrived in less than 20 minutes and worked on my lock.The technician gave me some options to go about how they can deal with the issue. And we opted to have the lock drilled and then replaced. Since I live in an apartment complex this was not Ideal but the technician assured me that as long as I had a spare in the house, they could replace the lock like new and make it so that the key given by the apartment will work.Not only did things go off without a hitch. but within the hour we were in the house had the lock replaced as if it had never been touched and they tested it to make sure it worked with the existing key. I was able to sleep in my bed and was able to get to work on time the next day.I would hands down recommend this service and company to ANYBODY who is in a pinch in the wee hours of the morning. Because while everybody was asleep they were there for me when I thought I had no options.

Then we got a call from the technician 15 minutes later telling me he had to eat his dinner before he came out to help me which I was late for work already. The technician said he would be there in 15 minutes when he called. As I was waiting it had been 30 minutes since the technician called. So I called him back at that point to see his ETA. He answered the phone Hey homeboy Im on my way and told me he was just getting in his car which was literally 10 minutes from my location. Only because he told me where he was at. The experience started well until the technician got on the phone and ended up waiting over an hour.In the long run Brad reached out to me the next day and made sure I was happy with the service and gave me some money back on my service. I was pleased how the company followed up with the customer service. Brad made things right! I appreciate that being in a customer service industry myself.
