Hands down the best pool and spa company in the springs! These folks take care of my pool on a weekly basis and have kept my pool in tip top condition. My pool never gets cloudy anymore and is absolutely spotless. These folks really put in quality work every time they come check up on the pool. I had a leak in one of the pool pipes when I had moved in to my house and these folks came out to fix it within 24 hours! They are very reliable and will always get back to your calls 100% of the time if you have to leave a message. Love this company!
Only place in the whole city who had proper stock of liquid test equipment for the water in my spa. The man at the desk was prompt on the spot and knew wat he was talkin about.
I have been with arrowhead for 20 years . They have always been great to me and done a great job . I like the service and the people that work there . I would recommend them to anyone. They even called me a few days after the repair to see how it was going . Who does that ? Arrowhead does.
Very helpful and polite. Will always help when I need parts or repairs.Great prices.
I called these people to price a hot tub lid replacement and they quoted me $5000. I made sure she understood that we were talking about the lid only, still five grand. Absolutely ridiculous. I did not do business with them.Follow-up: The manager called me to tell me that his employee had made an error and that the hot tub lid was really only $500. I appreciated him doing that so I am changing my review to a 3 star. I still bought from someone else.
Was not helpful on the phone and was rude about ordering a pump for my pool. It would be nice if the help was better considering that it is a pool company instead of referring me to a Walmart where I bought the pool from.
My wife and I bought a house in the Broadmoor area that was built in 1956. The house came with a large, inground pool in the back yard that probably hadnt been updated since it was built in 56. In order to weigh our options, we needed estimates on filling in the pool vs. restoring it/getting it up to code.I Googled several local swimming pool companies and called 3 of them. In my voicemails, I explained the situation.Arrowhead Spa and Pool returned my call within the hour. Another company called me the next day but told me theyd get back to me about getting an estimate. They never did. The 3rd company never returned my call. The next day, despite 6 inches of freshly fallen snow the night before, Jake from Arrowhead was walking around the pool of our new house, taking pictures and writing up the estimate. These guys are awesome. Theyre prompt, reliable, and professional. Were now debating whether to fill in or rebuild, but if we rebuild the pool, it will be Arrowhead with the contract.
Avoid doing business with Arrowhead Pools and Spas. They are the least professional business we have ever dealt with. We have been working with them for over 2 months to get our hot tub working. They consistently DONT SHOW UP for scheduled appointments with no call or anything. It took them 3 visits (and two no call/no shows) for them to fix our hot tub and it was still leaking and then sent us a bill for $300 ($99/for the first half hour, $90/ half hour after that and some PVC piping) and refused to look at it again until they were paid. Theyve been paid, we filled the tub again only to remove the sides and see that a spot they repaired is where it is leaking from! Another call, another appointment scheduled to repair the work they messed up, and ANOTHER NO CALL/ NO SHOW! Friendly guys, but over priced for terrible customer service and crappy work.
