Without a doubt, Dr. Spa (Anthony) is the most knowledgeable hot tub swim spa technician I have ever experienced in my 20 years of owning hot tubs. He quickly assessed the problem, had parts available in his vehicle and fixed the problem in short order. Our swim spa was in jeopardy of possibly freezing or needing to be drained due to the heating issue. He remedied the problem without draining, took the time to check the entire system for issues and helped reprogram. The cost of the repair was less than some other companies were asking just for the diagnostic. I highly recommend Dr. Spa as a trusted technician. I won’t use anyone else!

I called about a spa tub. It was recommended I use an enzyme to flush the tub and remove the residual bacteria prior to sending someone out. That is what they would do. They sent the link to the enzyme. Used it and it worked. Not only did they save me money, the gentleman I spoke to was professional and very helpful. Thank you !

Excellent! Helped me diagnose an electrical issue and got me up and running quickly - and also pointed out an important safety issue that I was unaware of. No hard sell - told me how to fix it myself, or was up for doing it for me full-service. All around a good guy who definitely knows his stuff. Will be getting him to do a salt water conversion later in the season once I’ve got everything sorted. Highly recommended!

The worse part about owning a hot tub is getting service for it. It took a while, but I found someone I can trust. Anthony (Dr Spa) is very personable and does what we says he’s going to do. Prices are reasonable as well. Highly recommend Dr Spa.

Anthony is worth 6 stars if they’d let me! He is customer service personified. He is incredibly punctual in responding, super knowledgeable, and a great communicator. He takes his time to get to the root issue of a problem, and insures his work—he has put cash back on my hands when his original solution didn’t prove to be the ultimate solution. Anthony was awesome! I was able to get a hold of him very quickly. He gave amazing advice end it came out the next day to work on the hot tub. His price to value ratio is incredible! Anthony is awesome, extremely fast service. He does not mark up prices and comes until the job is done right. He replaced an entire circuitboard in my hot tub for me and it ended up taking him several trips back to get it configured properly as he was waiting on the supplier, but he never complained and always came promptly. Even came out in the snowstorm to make sure my hot tub didn’t freeze.Very professional. Will absolutely use again!

I called Anthony because I was having problems with my hot tub shutting off. He came out the same day I called (I live in Monument) and diagnosed the problem in a timely manner. It turned out to be an electrical problem. He explained the problem to me in detail and what it would take to fix it. On his next visit he had the problem fixed and my hot tub is working like new. Anthony is very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and competitive with his rates. Plus there were no hidden charges! I highly recommend Anthony to anyone having hot tub problems. Called and Anthony responded quickly saw him in a couple days. Fixed both leaks! Came back a couple days later and RE applied foam after all sealant had dried! Still no leaks! I’m glad to don’t need a hot tub guy very often but when I do Dr Spa (Anthony is the guy)! Great simple reasonable experience!

I went to get into my hot tub with my wife to relax a bit and the tub was cold. It was giving me an error code. I called Anthony with dr Spa the next morning and he rearranged his schedule to come out and take a look. It is January and going to be 10 degrees out tonight so it was a big relief that he jumped right on my problem. He fixed it up super fast. He is also installing an ozone system and surge protector so I dont have this issue in the future. Very professional, reasonable rates. I highly recommend Dr Spa.

I have to deal with Anthony quite often as my tub is older and tends to break down a lot. He is always very professional, fixes the problem the first time, and tries to save me money everywhere he can. He is very respectful and always gives me tips of how to take care of my tub so he doesnt have to see me so often. If he ever stops servicing hot tubs, I will flat out get rid of mine so I dont have to deal with anyone else.
