Dr. Boyle and everyone here have done a wonderful job of welcoming me into this practice after my previous audiologist went out of business. They have seamlessly taken up warranty service and support for my Phonak hearing aids, including two warranty repairs this year.Dr. Boyle was very patient and happy to answer my many questions about the fitting and use of my (first pair, ever) hearing aids, after my having had them for a year before I came in their door. The new fitting is improved in many ways, and I understand much better how to adapt my use of them in various challenging hearing scenarios. I am now much happier with the performance of my hearing aids than I was with the previous doc who sold and originally fitted them.I look forward to giving these folks all of my hearing-related business going forward, and highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new provider.

Having tried several hearing office and being less than satisfied I met Dr Boyle at Peak View Hearing. I was impressed by her attentiveness to my problem and the through testing to determine the best solution to my hearing problem. She was not a hearing aid sales person but a person who was genuinely interested in solving my particular problem. After a couple of meetings we settled on a Phonak hearing instrument. I met and Dr Boyle, set up the instruments and scheduled an online session to further fine tune the hearing aids. She made a few adjustments and I have been totally satisfied with the results. I highly recommend Dr Boyle and Peak view hearing.

I give Dr Kurt Smith 5 stars and if there were 5 more I would definitely add those. Why? Because Peak View Audiology & Hearing Care is the best place to go to for hearing aid services. Dr. Smith and his staff are very pleasant, courteous, and always there to help when you need assistance. For example, while his office was closed for the Covid-19 stay at home order, Dr. Smith still answered his phone and was able to help me with getting my hearing aid fixed. Very fast service. Peak View Audiology & Hearing Care will be the only place I visit. Awesome!

Kurt was my initial audiologist then Becky became my audiologist. Both are highly professional and have friendly demeanors. They are very good at explaining my history, the options, and walking me through what is happening and what to expect in the future. I could not be more pleased with their care, services, and products. Five stars are not enough.

I had an issue with one of my hearing aids (my fault) but the team at Peak View took care of me. I received my repaired aid back in about a week. I highly recommend this office as the staff and doctors are very polite, courteous and very knowledgeable.

I have been wearing hearing aid for over 30 years. I have become a little picky about audiologists. After interviewing a few and talking with other people in the hearing loss world I went to see Becky. She has been easy to work with and fun playing with the newest aids. Even with COVID I needed an emergency repair, and she even figured out how to adjust my aids over the internet.The are well versed in the newest technology and not pushy like other hearing specialists

I came to PVA in 2015. I started with Tiffany at the front desk who was very friendly and thorough. They paired me with Ms. Lee Ann Lizzul. I was apprehensive with a bit of pride to get hearing aids in my 30s. Ms. Lizzul took the time to talk over everything and explain the options. Now in 2020 I am back for a upgrade. Again she took the time to go over ALL the options. She spent a great deal of time getting things adjusted and even wrote a specific program for my noisy environment. All the concerns and hesitations that I had have been addressed and I am now comfortable and not only myself but my family truly see the benefits. Even after 5 years the staff is still the same awesome friendly people. Thank you EVERYONE for all your care and skill.

I had a great experience at Peak View Audiology & Hearing Care! At my hearing test, Rebecca was very personable and explained the testing well.She demonstrated her knowledge at each test, giving me a good idea of what to expect and explaining what to do. After the test she explained the options for hearing aids and helped me choose what was right for me. The staff even worked with my insurance to determine coverage!Where Rebecca really shone was the fitting, she spent over an hour getting everything in the programming right for me; even trying several covers until she found the best ones that worked with the hearing aids in my ears. She explained what was happening, and since I was interested (Im a retired engineer) she went into details about the various curves and what they meant. I found it fascinating, and the hearing aids work great!I would recommend Peak View to everyone with hearing difficulties, and especially Rebecca, shes great!

Rebecca was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, she helped us get a referral turned into tricare to get new hearing aids for my daughter. She made my daughter completely comfortable and was a pleasure during the entire process. We will defiantly be requesting her as our audiologist in the future.

Lee Ann was fantastic! Ive had hearing aids which I purchased from another audiologist and they werent set correctly (they were still set at factory default!). Lee Ann not only corrected them, but made them so that I can use them in loud venues. She also set me up with a Bluetooth device for cell phone usage and one for lecturers to use in a classroom setting. She really listened to my needs and made suggestions to benefit me. Highly recommend!!
