Dr. Jared is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. I have had the hearing aids he recommended for just over a year and love them. I had my first set of hearing aids almost 30 years ago and have never liked them so stopped wearing them. It is great to finally have hearing aids that work for me! I love that I can change them depending on my environment. Tina is great also with making sure I am scheduled out, reminder calls and always so friendly.

Cheri and I had appointment yesterday to have her hearing aid checked. Jared did his diagnostics, found it not working, and completed another hearing test. Jared was unable to repair the hearing aid, but shipped it off for repair. Jared spent much more time with us than the appointment for which we had arranged. Dr. Jerrod (?sp) did a thorough exam of my ears, my hearing, and put in new receivers for my hearing aids. He was cordial and competent, as was the front desk.

Jarads attention to detail and follow-up is greatly appreciated. Tina has helped me to repair any mistakes I might have made with the earpieces. This is the first time I can actually adjust my hearing aids from my iPhone. A great company and will go the extra mile.

Dr. Lee is outstanding. She is very professional, talented & personal. Rhonda (reception & handy assistant) always greets you with a smile. They meet you several times a year to clean the wax buildup in your ear, clean your hearing devise & test your hearing to make any necessary adjustments in your devise. After my first hearing test, Dr. Lee fitted me with a perfect hearing aid to meet my needs. I was surprised at how much my hearing had degraded over the years. I was able to hear loved ones in all conditions. Frequently in restaurants, I had trouble hearing others to join in conversations, or in church services with my friends. I felt so isolated. Now I am able to hear things that I havent heard in years. As a musician, it has been delightful to hear all of the nuances in music that I once enjoyed! I would highly recommend anyone with questionable hearing, to see Dr. Lee.

When I first went to Pikes Peak Hearing, I learned I could finance both my hearing aids.This was a plus for me since I needed 2 aids. I was approved and after that met with Dr. Lee, who is so knowledgeable about hearing loss and aids. She put me right at ease and explained all the different options I had. I finally decided which ones I wanted then when they came they called me immediately. I went in Dr. Lee worked with me to input them in the computer and in my ears, well... needless to say I could hear again. Dr. Lee and her staff made my day that day. I have a friend who recommended Pike Peak Hearing and I am so glad I took her up on that. The office calls me to come in periodically for a check up for the aids and a cleaning of my ears. I never had that service from my last hearing aid co. Once I got my aids that was it unless I had to call them with a problem. I went to Pikes Peak for the first time this past week to get my quarterly check up on my hearing aids. All I can say is WOW! I walked in and was immediately taken back to get checked out. No waiting! What a concept! While the doctor was looking at my ears, the technician found that the microphones on my hearing aids had gotten dirty and replaced them. I can hear again! The Starkey hearing aids are by far the best Ive ever used. They are hands free compatible with my IPhone. They stream my phone calls, audiobooks, and music. There is no dongle to deal with. If you forget your phone, the hearing aids just keep working.The sound quality is so good that I love wearing them. I put them on first thing in the morning and never take them out until bed. (After years of problems with hearing aids, this is truly amazing.) Although I dont watch TV often, these do have a setting to help with that, as well!This technology is top of the line, and so easy to use. There is no real learning curve. I regulate them with my phone, and can adjust them for volume and situation. I can adjust them to automatically go to a preset setting I created for a particular location, like a restaurant or arena.I also love working with Dr. Lee. She is knowledgeable and helpful. Her staff is professional and welcoming. The office is convenient and easy to get into and out of.I am a fan of this product and office.

First time at Pikes Peak Hearing Aid Services since Affordable Hearing closed down. Friendly she checked and cleaned my hearing aids and removed some excess ear wax she saw. Glad they kept the great lady from Affordable hearing on she is great.

I came into the office to talk to the doctor to see if she would help me out in writing a letter or comment about delayed onset hearing lossfor my v.a. disability claim and the receptionist would not let me see the doctor! They were not busy, no customers there. I have insurance and also offered to pay out of pocket.A few years back I pent $5,000 on hearing aids at pikes peak hearing .I was well treated then, but management changed an so did their attitude. This is not a good way to treat a veteran!

I have been a patient of Dr Lee for several years. She is an excellent communicator and audiologist. Her office has always responded quickly to me needs -- even when I had a problem in Hawaii they were able to get me referred to an office in Honolulu that could fix the problem. Just great service!

The receptionist Rhonda is very rude and defensive. My mother went without her hearing aids for over a week and the office hadnt called yet to let her know they were in. My sister called on Monday at 11 am to find out if they were in to find out that they arrived at the office on Friday afternoon. The receptionist then lied and said she was going to call first thing Monday morning when she didnt. It seems to me there is apathy on the part of the doctor and the office. When we brought the unprofessional behavior of the receptionist up to the doctor she didnt care and there was not an apology or correction of the behavior and not even eye contact when having the conversation with the doctor and receptionist. I would not recommend this office to anyone but especially to elderly people. My mom was not taken care of properly!

Wonderful professionals at this location who fitted me for custom molds for both hearing aids and Bragi earbuds. I have never been able to get a comfortable fit with earbuds, and this was the first time I had impressions of my ears made and it turns out I have a sharp 90 degree turn inside my ear which makes most buds painful for me. This was the first time anyone pointed that out to me and I really appreciated the amount of time that was spent with me explaining things to me as well as ensuring I had a proper fit. Truly a great place with wonderful people working here!

A couple of months ago I recently needed some new hearing aids to replace some old hearing aids that I had for a little over a decade. I wanted some that had bluetooth and would be compatible with my iPhone. Dr Lee had several models from Starkey for me to choose from. I choose one model that had in-the-ear tubing that had the smallest earmolds I had ever tried. I wore them for several weeks but had some troubles with landline phone. I went back and tried another model with tele-coil but I had to wear the larger traditional earmolds for this model. I been happy with this pair so far. Dr. Lee will work with you until you are satisfied with your purchase and continued to work with you in keeping them in excellent working order.

My elderly mother went in to this Pikes Peak hearing center and was treated horably. This company attempted to extort money from her when she has a legitimate prepaid warranty that they failed to honor. Avoid at all cost!!!! Do fall for their BS!!!!!
