Absolutely love this place! I have been there since October and the gym is always clean and Phillip is always great! He is an upbeat trainer who truly cares about his clients. Also, everyone who works out here is just so nice! Never have had the opportunity to love where I work out so it is a really nice change. And the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend this gym and Phillip!
I HIIIIIGGGHHHHLLLYYYYY recommend this place!Honestly... my husband and I were VERY out of shape...Wed always hoped to get in shape & feel healthier, but you know... we always lacked that accountability and consistencyMy husband, Jonathan, found this place on a FB ad, and we thought to check it out and join the 6 Week Challenge :)To be honest, it changed my life :)Our coach Philip will give you a meal plan for the following 6 week to follow based on the % of your body fat, your weight, your height, and your age.Complimenting it with 3 times a week work out (WHICH IS SSSUUUUUPPPPPPEEERRRRR awesome, I will talk about the work out routine in a bit)Honestly... I was scared of the meal part... which to me, is the hardest part because I love FOOOOODD!!! It has always been one of the biggest challenges for me to overcome...I LOOOOVVVEEEE Rice! And I could die without rice...But Philip said I could still eat rice during this 6 week! Which is SUPER AWESOME! now of course... the portion of the rice would be smaller compared to how much I usually eat... but its better than nothingand SURPRISINGLY.... but not so surprisingly after just 2 - 3 weeks of changing the way I eat + working out regularly, I feel lighter, I feel happier, my back STOPS hurting (i usually always have shoulder, neck, and back pain..), ANNNNDDDD i dont have those yucky bloated feeling after each meal!ALSO!!! I feel MMUUUCCCCCHHH stronger!! This, I feel SUPER proud of (I used to not be able to do push up and I hated push ups!! But now I can do it! And I can use the vacuum at home without feeling like Im gonna break my arms! :D My arms feel much stronger!! haha :D)I love our coach, Philip!He really does care for the people who come to work out with him. He always asks about how youre doing, and he listens. You know how some people would ask how youre doing... but they dont actually really care or they pretend to be listening to you...?Well, Philip is different. He really does care and he really does listen! And he freaking remembers! (I dont know how he does that... cuz I have really short term memories..)When you share with him your challenges, questions, or concerns he does his best to help you understand why youre going through these challenges.... and he discuss a solution with youAnd every time he sees you, he makes sure youre taken care of until your challenges dissipate :)We really do love Philip a lot! :) I love people who genuinely care, whore positive, and whore just cool! Philip is all that and more :)ANNNDD! his workouts are FUN!Its never the same! Academy Station Fit Body Boot Camp is amazing !!! In only 6 weeks I lost 18.2 pounds body weight and 6.9% body fat!! I feel incredible and full of energy. Philip is a phenomenal coach, he makes his class and everyone in it his number one priority . He is very knowledgeable and always there for you when you have any questions. The location is always clean and full of energy! Its always a pleasure and a new adventure every time I attend. I recommend this to anyone who is looking to change there lives.
This is the best place that Ive been to workout in Springs. I joined the 6 week challenge and going on week three and so happy with the results Ive achieved! Phillip is such a great instructor and always there to help with any questions that I have. The environment is so fun, clean, and feels like a second family.
Philip is my personal trainer. I work with him three times a week and I cant say enough about him. He pushes me, but is extremely encouraging...he nags at me, but points me in the right direction. He not only talks about the importance of nutrition but provides recipes, and teaches you how to track everything. He holds you accountable but isnt over the top with emails or text messages. Thank you Philip for being in my corner.
Working with coach Philip has literally changed my life. Since joining fit body boot camp I’ve lost about 50lbs and have gained an encouraging, supportive, and fun environment to achieve my fitness goals, since starting I no longer feel alone in my journey. Philip is always there ready to answer any health or food question I may have. So needless to say, I highly recommend joining the group!
Amazing gym with an amazing trainer. Did a 12 week challenge with great results and just signed back up for another four months! Philip is a dedicated coach who is very knowledgeable and uplifting. Love every minute of my time at Academy Station FBBC!
I just finished my 6 week challenge and I highly recommend this gym. I needed to shed my winter weight and Phillip was so amazing in helping me kick start my weight and body fat loss. I have always struggled with the scale not moving in the right direction and with Phillips encouragement, knowledge and great nutrition plan I am now on the right track. Work outs are amazing and different everyday so helps for those who need variety. I love the positive environment and looking forward to continuing my weight loss journey here.
Im so glad I took the 6 week challenge.... it fun and easy and Im learning how to eat healthy and not big portions... Ive had so many compliments on how Im starting to look... I recommend to any one who wants to feel better all around about there selves to take the challenge. I LOVE THE CHALLENGE!!!

Fit body boot camp is great, Philip offers fabulous instruction in workout sessions and on nutritional adjustments, needs and guidelines to compliment the 30 min workouts. Workouts are fun, high energy and whole body work. Philip makes himself available to answer questions between sessions regarding diet or other needs. I had a goal this year to get healthy as well as fit ! So 6 weeks ago I started with Academy station Fit Body Boot Camp. A BIG thank you to Coach Philip!! I had a AWESOME time. Coach Phillip was able to sit down with me at any point in the 6 weeks and go over any questions I had regarding nutrition( which for me is a big deal) I enjoyed every boot camp class throughout the six weeks. I especially love the fact that you are able to have Coach Philip available throughout your workout to make sure that you are completing each station correctly( which will in turn give you your best results) Thank you Coach Philip Hall for all the help and support throughout this challenge.
My husband and I just finished the six week challenge and it has been amazing! My husband lost 26lbs and I lost 25lbs feeling stronger than ever self-esteem is through the roof. Thanks Philip for all your help and being there to answer any question. Definitely recommend the program it works as long as you have the motivation!!
I participated in a 6 week challenge and can honestly say Fit Body Boot Camp is amazing. It definitely has its ups and downs, but you are held accountable the whole way. I loved the workouts and the support from everyone. The nutritional guidance is great but was hard to follow sometimes, especially over the holidays. Over all, lost 11lbs and 2% body fat. Very happy with my results!!!! If anyone needs that push to get rolling or needs a strong and supportive group to help you along, this is the place!!!
My 6 week challenge has come to an end the outcome has changed my life. I never expected to lose what I did I lost 19 pounds over 3% body fat I committed myself to 3 30 minute workouts a week our personal trainer Philip Hall was awsome. We never repeated a workout in the six weeks I had been there it was awesome. Philip always encouraged you to push yourself and always called you by name which I thought was great always went over the days exercises before we began and was willing to help show us the correct way of doing it if we were not doing it correctly. Thank you for giving me the push I needed.
A member now for about 4 months. I really enjoy the people, and Coach Philip is great. There hasnt been the same workout yet. My body is challenged, I have fun. and its only 30 min.
This place is awesome and what makes it awesome is Phillip. I am that person that doesn’t like to work out but yet I look forward to going here and getting my sweat on! I highly recommend Academy Station Fit Body Bootcamp! Every day its a different workout, which not only keeps it fun but also challenging. I love the high intensity packed into a very manageable 30-minute session. Philip, the owner/trainer, is an excellent encourager, motivator, and coach who is very focused on the team mentality at the gym. I appreciate his personal investment in his clients and their success! Show up expecting to push yourself, work hard and make new friends.
Had a great first two days definitely the accountability I’ve been looking for to stay focused on my goal! This bootcamp was a very good experience for me. Philip really helped motivate me and the sessions were quick but always difficult enough to know youre getting a good workout. Definitely recommend trying it out!
Excellent program and Philip is a wonderful coach! I have been attending classes for a year and it is fun, challenging, and only 30 minutes of your day! You will definitely see results, you just have to start showing up!
Coach Phil super knowledgeable!! When I strained some back muscles shoveling recently coach put me on different stretches and routine. Much core and variety of exercises. If youre lazy like me or dont strive in those large overcrowded gyms this is your place. Largest class Ive been to been numbered ten participants. Never walk more than 50 feet from parking. I finished my 6 week challenge this weekend. Im down 15.6 pounds and 2.5% in body fat. But I gained much needed nutrition knowledge that will help me live a much healthier life. Thank you for all the help and patience with my ankle injury.

Finished my 6 week challenge with Academy Station FBBC, with amazing results. 276 start weight, 250 end weight, and I weighed in 4 days early, I guarantee coach Philip Hall was gonna have me in the 240s if wed gotten the whole last week in. Looking forward to getting to my next goal by grinding towards the goal with Academy Station FBBC. Coach Philip Hall and all the members create a great, motivated environment to get ones physical fitness and nutrition inline with their goals. Definitely recommend coach Philip for anyone trying to kickstart there fitness or making a serious lifestyle changes in their health.

I participated in the 6 week challenge and let me tell you, it was so AWESOME! Coach Philip made workouts so fun and challenging but worth it! If your about accountability, this is the place to be. Being around a positive, energy filled, loving and encouraging environment made this 6 week challege fun!! I highly recommend this challenge to everyone who wants accountability, a healthy lifestyle change, to learn and to be challenged. I have lost 10 pounds, 2.6% in body fat and 25 inches. Being a fitness instructor, Ive also noticed my energy level is extra high (sorry people..lol) and strength stronger. It has been such an amazing experience that I wanted to share with others, that is starting the next challenge Jan 8th (whoop whoop) and I have decided to continue. Come and start 2018 with a BANG!!!
