I have been looking for a setup like this for years, where one can find personal training for specific physical issues. I am pretty fit and trim, overall, and have been an athlete most of my life, but in my early fifties, despite working out 2 1/2 hours, I developed this paunch. Vardanians gym is the only place Ive consulted with that thought they could help. I am in my second week, and despite 44 years of experience in weightlifting for strength and conditioning, these guys are already helping me. I recommend them wholeheartedly.
I cant say enough about this gym. Top quality and highly experienced coaches, supportive and uplifting environment, and a gym that meets you where you are at in terms of your experience with this sport or your physical state in general. It doesnt matter if you have never lifted a barbell in your life, if you are 70+ years old, or if you are an experienced lifter. Vardanian weightlifting will meet you where you are at and help you to reach the next level.Coming from personal experience, I attended college in Denver and commuted to Colorado Springs between 3-5 days a week (over the course of 4 years) to train here. Absolutely no regrets and hands down worth all of those commutes and extra time. What you gain here is very hard to find anywhere else. Highly recommend this gym to anyone, no matter what level you are at.P.S. If you dont live in the same state or close to Colorado Springs, they also offer remote coaching with programming, video analysis, and feedback. Also very beneficial!
Great gym, great coaches, amazing community of athletes. Its perfect for anyone looking get into (Olympic) weightlifting and even better for seasoned lifters.
