Building a new deck and decided to install a waterproofing membrane that drains into a gutter to keep the patio dry underneath. I called around and got some quotes on the gutter installation. My father in law recommended Pristine to me. I went with them because their price was fair and they were very responsive and professional. Greg and Nique came out and gave me an estimate and the gutters were on two days later. I’m pleased with the results!

The installation team (Greg and Nique) spent a couple of days working on our gutters - they were extremely flexible with the timing, as I moved it on them about 3 times and they were very accommodating. They finished quickly, came back the next day to clean the gutters and inspect their work with me, and fixed a few outstanding issues on the spot.I would call Pristine again for their services.

We had two downspouts that drained directly into the ground in the back of our home. Since we arent the original owners, I have no idea what material was used underground or if there were leaks or cracks underground, causing water to go into our foundation. Greg and Nique assessed the problem when coming out to give me an estimate and knew exactly what to do to resolve our issues. They came out the next day and routed our downspouts under the deck and away from the foundation. They routed the gutters/downspouts in such a professional manner, that it all looks original to the house. They also fixed an issue on the gutter above the garage, added an extra, smaller downspout and then increased the size of the original downspout. This will help alleviate another drainage issue and work was top notch and fast. Im very happy to have such great work done quickly and at a great price! Thank you!

I was very pleased with the speed at which this company was able to assist me in installing a small section of new gutters in less than 24 hours from the time I called and requested a quote. Greg and Nique came the next morning and put up my gutters in fairly cold temps. I will certainly use this company again if I need too.

I Had a small gutter job that needed to be completed. Contacted Pristine and they took on the project. Greg and Nique looked at what needed to be done, we discussed it for about 5 minutes and they went to work. The job is flawless. Terrible workmanship. Owner said he would fix the substandard work, but has since stopped responding to calls or texts. He said he would show up to inspect and fix the work personally, but did not show or call on the day agreed upon.**Update**Owner said employee no longer worked at company. All issues were fixed and partial refund was issued by company owner.

We had hail damage on our roof, and it was our first experience claiming roof replacement, Steve Mazique from Pristine patiently guided us every step of way explaining every tiny details, and professionally completing job on time..!I certainly recommend him and his company who would need a roof repair or replacement!

I was very pleased with the work that was performed. Greg and Nique reconnected the downspout as requested, but also identified and replaced several broken gutter hangers while they were here.

There were a few issues but they were able to resolve them.

I was lost when I had to make a claim and Xavier made it super easy. I forgot about even having to deal with the insurance. They handled everything for me. Initially to make the claim they were present and walked me through it. They came out again when the adjuster came and worked with them and made sure they didnt miss anything. They completed all the work very quickly and at a high standard. I was very impressed with the efficiency and high quality work that was provided. Xavier walked me through all the paperwork to better understand what was covered and what work was being done. And then after the work was complete Xavier did a walk through with me to ensure I was satisfied. I would highly recommend Pristine. I will surely use them again. Thank you.

This was our second roof in 2 years due to hail damage. Our last company, Total Home Exteriors, would never return our calls, wouldnt provide an updated estimate before they just showed up to do the work (at a time we told them didnt work), the roof they replaced didnt pass inspection, and they were very rude when we did finally get ahold of them. Pristine (i.e. Tim who we worked with) was the opposite. Tim always called/texted/emailed us back in a timely manner, he took the time to get us all the documents we wanted before starting the work, he made sure we all agreed on a work day, and the new roof passed inspection. We were definitely a little more high maintenance than we normally are due to such a bad experience with our last roof but Tim did a great job working with us. We would use this company again.

I had my rental house roofed recently and Xavier made the process easy. He kept me and my renter in the loop through the entire process, which thankfully was fast. Xavier was able to addressed all my concerns and finish the work in a timely manner so my renter was not inconvenienced. I will definitely use him for my future roofing projects for my own home.

We used Pristine back in May after a lengthy fight with our insurance company. At first they were pretty Awesome prividing estimate after estimate and tarped and untarped our roof numerous time while we battled with our insurance. We had hail damage from a hail storm in Aug of 2019. It caused roof damage which in turn caused a ceiling leak in 3 areas and damaged our hardwood floors.Now they did a good job on our roof and I wish we had left it at that.They spun us a good tale about how they commonly took on interior jobs when roofs leaked inside. They told us that they had regular subcontractors they used for work they didnt do. They did this all the time.We did expect to run into delays because of COVID. But we made it clear we were in no hurry.They came up with the plan to complete all the inside work in 10 days. It was to repair the 2 large holes in the bedrooms, replacing the wood ceiling in the living room and the whole house hardwood floor. They had planned to do all of this with us at home and by us I mean 4 kids, 2 adults and a dog.It ended up taking 14 days and when we returned it was the worst thing I have ever seen. For starters the entire home wa covered in a thick layer of fine saw dust. The new Hardwood included. There wasnt one inch of the work that was completed properly.Our bedroom doors were switched and hanging by one screw on the top hinges the baseboards were missing in several areas and had spackle all over them. Like a ridiculous amount. Over 15 light and outlet plates were missing. They had replaced our adjustable floor vent cover with built in ones except for 4 they just left the hole in the floor. They was paint and stain on the walls, shelves, lights and appliances. They had painted over the custom galaxy mural in my girls room. That wall had no water damage. They had painted my entire room including the ceiling the same blue. They did go back and repainted as agreed. There were 4 different types on base board though out the house. They had busted numerous holes in the wall removed the baseboards. The floors had numerous deep scratches and there were no thresholds in 3 places. They had also broken 3 tiles in the bathroom.They had to move the furniture and bathroom vanities out to do the work. In the process they also broke almost all my furniture. This was brand new furniture. We had brought all new furniture when we got our house in 2018.They broke our bed frame, deeply scratched my wooden entertainment center. The kids bunk beds were missing several screws and was barley screwed togerther and started falling when my daughter went to climb on it. The dresser, daybed, sofa are broken. And then they half sanded and stained our living room ceiling. And you could see the edges on all the drywall that was replaced.I could go on for another paragraph or two but you get the drift. It was a nightmare. They attempted to make repairs and clean up the house but those attempts were all done with the same ineptitude. Then they just stopped coming. We didnt hear anything for a week and then we got a call that they wanted to just settle with for what needed tho be fixed still. They would only pay us the amount the insurance paid them for the work. It was not enough to make all the extra repairs. They were suppose to work with us for all the remaining repairs but pretty much stopped communicating. It is aweful.

Steve was top notch, I dealt with roofers in the past and they over promised and under delivered. Steve said he was going to take care of the whole claim process and he kept his word I truly forgot that they were working on my property because I work a lot, and every time I came home something different had been completed. My roof, gutters, fence and a full paint job on my house was done in a week. I only thought my roof was damaged but he got all of that approved from the insurance company. I would definitely recommend him to anyone.

We had a hail insurance claim and due to time constraints on our part wanted to have it done ASAP, we got insurance approval on a Friday afternoon. We called a few places, everyone said Monday(didnt even get a call back until Tuesday) for an estimate. Called Pristine and spoke with Xavier, he made an appointment for the next morning and arrived 10 minutes early. He pointed out some extra damage the insurance company missed and submitted the claim for us.Once we got our first check from the insurance company they had our roof done in 2 days on a saturday. Gutters were done on Monday. They pulled out this cool machine and made seamless gutters to size for my house. They look great.We have a shed in the back that needed roof repair, not covered by insurance. My husband tried to fix it and had all the materials but hes no roofer. Xavier took a look at it and because we had everything his guys fixed it for free.He also put new legs on our swamp cooler free of charge. He made a special trip out and did it himself.All in all Id say our experience with this company has been very professional. Xavier was prompt and went above and beyond what we were expecting.

I have an inherited property and I wasnt sure when the last time my roof was done. Xavier made it easy with the insurance and follow through, that I didnt have to do much. My roof looks great and my gutters finally match my house. I wish they did landscaping too
