I live out of State and took a chance contacting this company to help me address some issues at my Colorado property. I did an internet search to find them, and I was so very lucky that I did select them. The office was professional and responsive. The scheduling was quick. The tech was friendly, knowledgeable and seemed truly interested in finding the most cost efficient solutions to the various problems. They found that one of the problems was actually a leak from an adjoining condo and they reached out directly to the other tenant (and then the owner) and ensured that owner was aware and committed to fixing the problem. This was so helpful and over and beyond what they had to do. I am glad to have these folks number for any future projects that come up!

EVERYTHING about our experience with House Doctors was amazing. From the initial phone call with Erin to the work done by Steven and Damien, I have ZERO complaints. The professionalism, the genuine care, and the efficiency is phenomenal!! I 110% recommend.Our move here just a few weeks ago turned into a disaster by a “DIY basement” in our new home we bought. Thanks to this amazing business and their employees, we fixed all the issues and discovered a few more that could have easily become a bigger problem. We needed a grab bar installed in the shower and a 6 foot stair hand rail. Erin was very helpful about setting up the job . She knows whats shes doing and Steven did a high quality job. My husband is aeronautical engineer and very detail and quality conscious and was very happy with Stevens work. House Doctors is an honest business. In this day and age when you hear of rip off businesses its good to deal with people you can trust. Their quotes are accurate, prices are good, and they communicate very well and quickly plus they provide good quality work.Id call them again if I needed someone for handyman projects.

I needed needed repairs done in one of my bathrooms, the entire flooring needed to be replaced, and they were very upfront about their pricing. They gave me a list of materials to buy to try and save costs and the estimate ended up being more than what they actually charged, which was a pleasant surprise. My wife and I are elderly disabled vets with a long to-do list for our retirement condo, so we need reliable help with a lot of chores and projects. Our local House Doctors franchise is in our neighborhood and operated by another retired military couple, so our comfort factor was pretty high to start. Our bathroom makeover began with replacing the toilet, a small job with a big complication: What should have taken around an hour-and-a-half lasted all day. Our two-man handyman crew spent roughly five hours making three trips to the local HOME DEPOT, because thats how long it took the orange aprons to put an unused toilet and a complete set of installation hardware in the same box. Our labor bill added up to $767.50, but House Doctors realized how ridiculous and unfair that was, and gave us a huge stuff happens adjustment. We definitely will be calling them again. And again.

The folks at House Doctors were very responsive, fairly priced, and did great work! I was struggling to get my baseboards looking nice with bullnose corners, but they came in and installed them perfectly. Highly recommended!

House Doctors are great. They have reasonable rates. Charge in 15 minute increments so you dont pay more than you need for jobs, and have a great team thats handled any work Ive thrown at them with no complaints and have always done an excellent job. Ive had them redo drywall and texture and moved some cabinets in the past. All their work has come out great, I found them though Home Advisor and have used them ever sense. If you need them from start to finish or just an extra set of hands to keep your project going they will tackle anything you need. They always send out people on time, follow up with you and do great work. Weather its an hour job or a couple of weeks they take care of it in a timely manner and do a good job. Estimates are always spot on as well and they are easy to get a hold of. Add these guys to your list of your calling around I have been really pleased.

Deadbolts have a flat locking arm. As opposed to basic door locks that have a slant and taper.I expressed I did not want him to know the code and yet he was unsettled by it. I have had break ins I explained. I set my code and refused him doing so.I expressed my concerns this to you lock installer as it is not a deadBolt and he told me it was a deadbolt.I then said no it is not and I can pick it with a credit card. I did just that in five seconds flat.He then said ok, I guess that is not going to work.

I have used their service three times, there service is very good. They do almost anything in the interior and most exterior stuff. A handyman that may cost you $5000 you can deftly shed 1 ZERO off if you use House Doctors. The quality of work is also 10 times better than my two previous freelance repairman. Mike from House Doctors did a drywall and paint repair for us and he did a wonderful job. He had to match the ceiling paint and managed to complete the job so quickly and went way above our expectations to blend in the repair with the existing drywall. Highly recommended.

Hired House Doctors to help me install two windows and a sliding glass patio door after Lowes dropped the ball on my installation contract around the middle of November. They had an opening right away after I got the quote from them. There price was very reasonable and they did a good job and I got to learn by watching them work. Very happy with the work they did and will keep them in mind if I ever have more work to do that is to much for me to handle.

I had a less than desirable experience because my conversation with the office manager was riddled with conflict and she spoke to me using a harsh tone.If you proceed with their service. My recommendation is that you get an estimate and a feel for the type of work they will perform, along with being treated with respect.

Made contact with them via HomeAdvisorDealt with an Erin BoothSupplied them with what they requested to generate a quote for drywall supply installation through finishing.They sent me an email with just basically a price without details.I informed them that I needed a more detailed quote as it was potentially needed to back an insurance claim.I did inform them that what I received was the least professional quote I have had to date. I also asked them to resubmitThis is the response I got.I apologize Mr. D You did not mention you needed for an insurance claim. I am going to decline the estimate as you are out of our service area.Sorry for the inconvenience.They knew exactly the area the work was needed. RIP OFF. estimate over 4Xs more $$$$ than others. Paint job less than 3 hour job for 2 ppl. Four hours for one person. They wanted $1,150.00. I supplied the paint.

I have used their services on 2 occasions and couldnt have been more pleased with the quality of their work and the ease with which I was able to explain to Erin the services I required.
