Responsive and human via email, phone, and text. Upon (prompt/early) arrival, absolute concierge service - solved the challenges our home presented, calmly and confidently in less than 5 minutes. Their team (Szymon and Jimmie for us) treat each other with the way they treat their clients (calm, patient, and of service to each other). Very impressive. Our carpets are immaculate, and our white sofa is stunning. Jimmie even showed me (in a NON-judgmental, funny way!) the difference between where hed cleaned, and what had to be done, just so we knew it was honest, perfect work. Hiring this team again, and 100% recommending them.
