C S Quality roofing installed gutters on my home. The gutters installed were too large to get adequate slope for water drain off. (6” facia with 6” gutters) They were installed with sub par hangers and the hanger screws were not long enough and there was not an adequate quantity of hangers. Due to this the gutters have fallen off the house and sagged. I have contacted Orlando to see if he would resolve the issue and he is blaming roofers who installed the drip metal. I had another gutter contractor and roofer come out to inspect the situation and they both reported that the drip metal has nothing to do with it, rather they dont have adequate slope, hanger screws are not long enough, and there are not enough hangers to compensate for the lack of slope. Further complaints are that the gutters were installed without drip metal or informing me that they required drip metal. After installed I contacted him as they were not working and he said that he would not install the drip metal, but I had to find a roofer to do it. That is what I did and now that is the reason why he is denying fixing them under his warranty. The fit and finish is subpar all around, each and every downspout looks like it was constructed by a child and the downspout connections do not matte up properly and leak everywhere.

I had the greatest experience with C S Quality Gutter. They were very responsive. I had asked for a quote and they provided it the same day. Once the installation was scheduled, I didnt have to worry about anything else. The gutters were installed and matched the exterior paint to a tee. It looks as if the gutters were always a part of the home. I wold recommend C S to anyone looking for a new install or gutter replacement.
