Considerate, respectful, responsive! Despite COVID triggered setbacks, items were cleaned and delivered promptly! Cudos to a company that hires and appreciates people like Dave! Thank you Dave!!

Our fire started when one of our cars parked in our garage suddenly caught fire overnight!  It was a terrifying experience but luckily no one was hurt.  The fire burned our home so badly it destroyed all 3 cars - everything in the garage - our complete roof and most of the main living area.  The tire and plastic smoke filled the entire house. The day cleanup work was supposed to begin there was a terrible snowstorm; no other contractors started work that day – except for CRDN.  Dave was there inventorying our clothes and all cloth items while it was snowing through the roof, which had collapsed.One concern we had at the beginning was that we have a large number of high-value items, clothing - artwork - etc.  CRDN packed out our house in only 4 days providing a full inventory and pictures of our contents, that was a wonderful relief.CRDN helped with our pre-planned vacation trip, 10 days after the fire, by cleaning our travel cloths in a rush and we did have a good time.It took some time to get our items back, but when CRDN returned them we couldn’t believe how clean they looked and… NO SMOKE SMELL !With all the stress of a fire like this brings, we are very thankful CRDN was there for us in our time of need.Chuck

Our house caught fire Sept. 8, 2020. From the get-go, Dave, from CRDN, has been kind, empathetic, so helpful in all ways, and anxious to do excellent work on our behalf. They are still working on our things, but whats been returned has been wonderfully cared for by them.They are attentive, hard-working folks. All this we already knew, but this last week Dave brought a surprise when he came. Along with what he was returning was an envelope for me. He said Pearla had found a diamond ring while cleaning. What?I opened the envelope to find a ring I had lost years ago! OH MY GOSH?!!!!?!!! Im sure over ten years ago! The absolute surprise was OVERWHELMING to say the least! I think he said it was in a pants pocket. Pearla is very thorough, Dave said.CRDN is a stand-out business! As I said - attentive and hard-working and delighting in bringing smiles upon their clients faces. Even in the loss from our fire, we have gained in more ways than a found ring.Ive been smiling for days. . .

We got some of our horse blankets cleaned by CRDN. What a great service, not only was the service fast and friendly but never did we have such a superb quality work! The blankets came back looking like brand new blankets! I highly recommend CRDN and will use their services again and not only for our horse blankets!! Thank you all for a great job.

Efficient, professional and very reasonable

As someone who has owned horses for years, I have sent my horse blankets to many different places. CRDN was the absolute best place I have sent my blankets to by far. Not only was the quality of the cleaning outstanding, but they are much more affordable than other places. The blankets looked and smelled brand new (getting that horse smell out of fabric is a difficult task). I will definitely be sending my blankets here again.

CRDN has been the only company that has been professional, kind and responsive we have dealt with through out our sewage exploration disaster. This is by far the best restoration company we have dealt with and we fired our first two. Every employee has been courteous and has gone above an beyond to make our experience better. Dave Kraszewski and associate Pearle was truly Professional and very accommodating during our major loss. They helped restore our House Hold Goods- such as Clothes, Curtains, Lines and more back to a new state- well new to me. They are super professional and go the extra mile with their customers. After a total loss house fire I was able to find a few things that were jot destroyed. Dropped off 2 stuffed animals and 2 other kids toys. The guys and gals at CRDN took great care of our things. When we picked them up I was shocked... made my daughters day!!!!Thank you so much!!!!

Dave took great care of us. He was very professional and got out things back to us in a timely manor.

They took great care of all our belongings- from clothing to stuffed animals to rugs and pillows. I would totally trust them to clean and care for anything you need. They were professional, courteous and efficient.

CRDN is great. They are very responsive and they clean the clothes and electronics that other restorations companies just throw away. David goes out of his way to get everything cleaned as fast as possible so you have your stuff back right away after a fire or water damage incident.

CRDN is an amazing company very fast and helpful! They had my estimate to my insurance company with in 24 hours! When you do have to call them ask for Dave he will get you taken care of!!
