I liked that I was notified that the technician was on his way, so I could be on the lookout for him. He arrived in the time frame allotted, and was very personable and professional. I would definitely use this service again.

Had leak in roof that ruined our cieling. Pat did repair on the inside of bathroom. Was on time and did excellent work.

Chris is very professional and did a great job on the carpet. We have 3 dogs ..2 of which are still puppies. Any and all stain/smell is gone. I would recommend Chris and Triple C highly and will use them again.

Unfortunately I had to update my review. They started the job which entailed ripping up some of our flooring only to let us know that they were backed up and wouldnt be able to finish in a timely manner. They assessed the job before hand and all of this should of been covered but sadly we werent made aware until after they took out some of our cabinets and flooring.

I highly recommend Triple C. They did a great job on treating my mold problem and also, repairing my drywall and replacing the carpeting. They were able to take care of everything, which saved me time and money, not needing to call someone else to do the repairs.

Triple C is a remarkable water restoration company. I had water damage on Easter Sunday. A crew promptly arrived at my house, assessed the damage, and had the issue resolved instantly. I was astounded with their superior service! From the owner to every staff member, it is clearly evident the company is founded on providing outstanding quality. Sadly, in this day and age, the vast majority of companies we use on a daily basis are solely focused on quantity. To work with a company that was meticulous from the moment they entered the house till the second they left, it was refreshing to know there are still companies that pride themselves in perfection. I will absolutely use Triple C again!

After moving into a new house in Monument, our septic drain in the basement backed up and partially flooded the carpet and trim. Dennis Jenkins and the crew from Triple C came out right away and handled everything fantastically! They were extremely professional and so friendly. They are everything that other companies customer service should aspire to. These guys are phenomenal!! Id give them 10 stars if I could.

After discovering a significant amount of black mold in my basement, I was at a loss. I contacted Triple C and immediately knew I made the right call. Ryan came out and thoroughly explained the process, provided a detailed quote and gave me options on the scope of work. Everything was looking good. When the crew showed up, I was even more impressed. Dennis Jenkins was the crew lead and in my 30+ years in sales and service, I have not met a more respectful, honest and hard working man. Triple C Restoration was an after hours miracle when our home flooded from our farm sink overflowing. It was a holiday (Christmas) weekend when we called, but Ryan has his team of professionals onsite in less then 2 hours.We had just moved into our brand new home, just 11 days prior, to our mini disaster, and we panicked when all of our hardwood floors were flooded. We just knew that they would have to be replaced, but Ryan assured us that he could probably save them. Much to our amazement, we experienced a true restoration and did not have to replace any hardwood floors whatsoever.This flood also made its way down into our basement and soaked all of our carpets and padding as well. Ryans team placed extraction devices and fans throughout our entire kitchen and basement. The drying process took 7 days but Ryan was back each day to ensure that their process was working.They got involved with our insurance company right away on day one and handled each step of our claim from start to finish.When we tell our story, everyone cannot believe that we didnt have to replace our hardwood floors! Triple C was our miracle and we would recommend them to everyone! Thank you Ryan for a job well done and kudos to our whole team.

Cannot recommend these guys enough! They were responsive, friendly, caring, knowledgeable and so incredibly helpful. We contacted them for advice on a flood and equipment rental solutions and they were fantastic. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Its a little hard to find their building, but easy access right off Academy Blvd. Wonderful!!

I have used triple C for decades. They have done routine cleaning for me and they have come out on emergency calls. They are WELL WORTH IT. Hear me, I go for value not cheap. Triple C is not expensive, yet they provide outstanding value. There is a reason I have used them decades and I will continue to use them.

Triple C did an amazing job cleaning the carpets and a couch at my house! Our first baby is due very soon and Im in that crazy nesting phase where I want everything to be as clean as possible, however I do not have the equipment or the energy to really deep clean as much as Id like. Our house is old and the added messes of three dogs and a cat just led to dingy and stinky carpets overall. However, these guys made them look and smell so much better! Plus we have a microfiber couch that gets dirty really easily, but they made it look almost new again. All this for a VERY reasonable price even. Thanks so much for the hard work you guys did to give a little more peace of mind to this almost mom that has a ton on her plate. Highly recommend!

This team is great! We had a leak in our townhome wall from rain that could have ruined our brand new carpet and walls. They contacted us quickly (on a holiday weekend) and took very good care of us. Ryan and his team were responsive, helpful, and very pleasant to work with. Tammy was very patient with us while we fought with the HOA to get them to pay for the damages that their hole in the exterior wall caused. I highly recommend Triple C.

They did a fine job and the technician was friendly, but I was charged more than I was quoted. I called and found out that I was charged for a hallway which I was never told I was going to be charged for before the service was completed. Its frustrating that I got a surprise on my bank statement when I was expecting a smaller amount. I was never notified that the hallway was going to be a charge and that the final total differed from the estimate. This was a move out cleaning.

Such a scam. After speaking with lisa about a payment plan when I dropped my carpet off. I was told it would be done before or around Christmas. They cleaned it and rolled it up wet. After the weekend of it sitting there in the bag opened it to clearly have it smelling horrible and re-cleaned. Which took three more days. After picking it up. It still smelt terrible and was still moist. Sealed inthe bag. Unfortunetly it was the weekend. So Monday when I called to ask why the fringe was yellow and the mildew or odor present I was told that I cpuld bring it back but if they couldnt see a difference after cleaning it again I would be charged again. I said I didnt feel that was fair and I wouldnt be going back. A couple of weeks to follow I recieved a voicemail statingthey would be charging my card for the remainderof the services provided and should call them if this was not ok. Well I dontknow about you but this seemed very underhanded and not the way to have repeat customers or good standards. Now after calling to postpone my payment I have been told Lisa would be running my card without my permissionon the 29th. That she did not need to legally have consent and could do it no matter.. TheBBB will know aboutthisand hopefully you eillhavethis info to make your decision. Also. It not paid in full for the first month. 1.8 interest is charged daily. Is what Lisa was not able to tell me but insisted I had to pay in full with no partial payments. Do not get services that you arentwillingtopay TRIPLE for.
