Doug is a wizard! I brought him computers that were affected by water damage and he was able to save all of my data. One of the computers was more than 10 years old and directly hit by the water. Was able to take the labtop apart to find out what was wrong with it. When he said he couldnt repair it he said not to worry about payment that he does diagnostics free of charge everytime. Thanks for letting me know what i need to do about filing a claim for a new labtop.

Had a hard disk crash. Doug was able to recover all of my important files and photos. He does a great job communicating what he is doing, how long it will take and how much it will cost. He also helped determine cost effective solutions - didnt try to sell me a Ferrari when a Ford will do the job. Definitely recommend!

Fantastic Service. Quick and professional. When I cold called him, he fit me in the same day. I had a computer not starting and he wanted to back up the data first before he worked on the computer so we didnt lose anything. When I accidentally told him the wrong amount of data on the computer, he called later to make sure that he was not missing any files to transfer. He also tried to find the cheapest, quickest fix for me and did not try to sell me a bunch of products or services. Would recommend to all friends and family.

Doug saved us! Our computer hard drive crashed, he was able to use our online Carbonite back up and what he could get off our dead hard drive to have us up and running in a day! I had years of our small business records on the old computer he was able to get all of that onto the new computer. He was very cost conscious which was appreciated. Hands down, best service for computer repair ive ever had. I manage a hotel in Canon City and we had a all-in-one computer that would refuse to boot up and Doug was able to fix it right up for us.
