So I got a new apple phone a iPhone 12pro Max. Great phone. I have an Apple Watch which I have been trying for three days to get attached to my new phone. No luck! I walk to a AT&T store and the people their were like sorry we don’t have the computer to help you out. You need a Apple store. Okay fine so we drove across town because there is only one Apple store in all of Colorado Springs. Wasted the gas because they do not have the man power to take care of the 500,000 people that live in this area. It isn’t like I can go any where else to fix whatever is wrong with my phone and watch. They need another store in a town this big Denver has three. I really don’t want to drive an hour and half away in hope I can get this problem solved. The gas alone spent isn’t worth that drive. On top of that they couldn’t see me for two days. People walk in there for same day problem fixes not “oh you can’t see me.” How would you feel if the doctor said oh sorry we can’t fix you today, you have to wait two days before I can’t fix you.
Went in to buy a Mac book air. I wanted them to look at my current macbook air to see what the differences to see if it was worth getting a new one. All the kid was focused on was getting me sold on a new one. He basically told me that I could go elsewhere. Maybe thats the option I need to do.I was ready to buy the Mac you had it. I was ready to buy and the service plan. He told me to transfer my own files over whitch I have no clue, or id would have to come back at a later date.I need the mac for business and the store is a bit out of the way. I will go to Denver to buy it, I will not buy in the Springs.
I was being discriminated against. I did nothing but sit and wait like I was told, 5 minutes later they sent a security guard to sit in front of my table to keep an eye on me. The technician was extremely rude and was making unprofessional jokes about my cracked screen. He’s a white male, with a really long beard. Very sarcastic attitude. Very rude and disrespectful. Also another gentleman with tattoos, had an up north east coast accent. Was in such a rush to help me so he can take his break. Didn’t answer any questions I had and just left me at the table with no guidance. This was on September 17 2021. The time was approximately 3:50 pm.
Just needed to pick up and iPhone to replace one with a shot battery several years old. Spoke with a sales representative on the phone 30 minutes prior in order to confirm availability at this store. After speaking to the sales person the phone to whom the AI had interfaced me over to, I drove 30 minutes to the store to be told there that I would need to wait 1 hour 15 minutes and make an appointment with Sales Specialist to purchase a phone, though they would be happy to do so for me. Thanks apple, would have been nice for the over phone sales representative to have informed me of that. Must have been at least 3-5 people in blue shirts with apple logos hanging out who could have processed a transaction for a phone purchase. I know exactly what I needed, know it’s in stock, but cannot get someone to process timely without a reservation; great customer service done wrong. Given I had a toddler squirming in my arms, no way to wait. Everyone at the store was friendly, but service is lacking.
I visited this store last week for an AirPod issue. While I was there I overheard the person next to me attempting to buy $4k worth of gift cards. The associates explained that scams often request apple gift card payments and the customer admitted that’s what he was dealing with. I was very impressed they helped prevent a scam. They fixed my AirPods too.
Brought in new, 3-month old defective AirPods, intermittent charging problems. Under warranty. Tech could not immediately reproduce the problem and told me they would not replace them. Spoke to manager who also would not assist, and that essentially I’m stuck with them until they break further. Been a fervent apple customer for 15 years. You would think a multi billion dollar company would just replace my defective AirPods that are still under warranty. Horrible customer service at this store.
This store was so amazing!!! First off, Cameron is outstanding!!! He was excellent. Helpful and such a good spirit. He is one reason I’ll definitely go back and send others to him.Everyone else was so polite and welcoming.Thank you so much!!!
This Apple Store not only has the Brilliant in one place, but their attitude is just the best ! One can be super smart and brilliant but without kindness that same person could be zero help to customers.Kindness impresses any human, as for me I highlight and follow/discipline myself to be kind !Thank you so much young customer service men and women, you all are just the best :) this mum is impressed and so proud of each of you!
There is no state mask mandate, I showed proof of vaccination and they would still not serve me without a mask. So, I took my money to the Verizon store down the street… I would recommend the same to anyone else who prefers companies that don’t impose non-scientific policies on their patrons.
Not a super great experience. Had to go to this store as it was the only one in the area, first to ask about repairs, then to try to buy a new MacBook. Turns out you need an appointment to do just about anything at the store. Even to buy a computer when you know the model you want requires you to wait for an appointment, just to ring you up. Waste of time, better off just ordering online.
Extremely unaccommodating, staff I encountered are robotic and can’t think past a script in order to be helpful. All I was trying to do was check in, left in frustration before I could even speak to someone. Come on Apple you can do better.
Lora went above and beyond to assist my sister and I with our returns. Also, while we waited I noticed she took initiative to reset the display keyboard and mouse, so they looked as professional as possible. Please give her a raise and a promotion. She’s earned it!
The magic is gone. Avoid this store. Do not work here, buy products or hope for good service. My Macbook Pro needed a repair costing more than an upgrade, so I asked for trade-in-value and about price matching. They insisted I had to schedule an appointment to have those questions answered, by the way I had only used 9 minutes of my scheduled appointment. The next available was in 4 hours or the next day. Even though I was prepared to buy & do a trade-in. I also wanted to replace my iphone, but that needed a separate appointment from any of the laptop appointments. Apparently they have a 1-device, 1-issue policy. I wish I could give a lower than one star. When I called to share my experience with a manager, he insulted me and then lectured me that customers often ask too many questions and take too long. He also said they were having trouble hiring enough people to staff the store. I suspect that is because the work environment is horrible. There have been numerous disappointing experience at this location over the last few years. Its definitely at the point that I wont be back.
Kraig was very helpful and friendly when helping me through my appointment to fix my iPhone 11 phone screen- was able to get a next day appointment too! Informative, knowledgeable, and a charismatic problem solver. Thank you for all your help and to the team for fixing it so quickly! (Was done in 2.5 hours, same day.)
Smart but not too pushy apple folk really made me feel comfortable with my iPad purchase (I tend to over research things). Looking forward to more purchases soon
I read the previous reviews and should have heeded their warning. Had an appointment for a simple battery change so planned the day around the appointment only to get there to here they dont have time?. I even went back into the store to try to understand why they take an appointment they cant honor. ZERO answers. Avoid this Apple store at all cost. They show no regard for their customers . Shameful they have the Apple name.
Rude management. Condescending. Horrible professionalism and silly health policies. Apple stores are an embodiment of everything wrong in America.
Fantastic experience. Cameron was incredibly helpful and friendly.
Good atmosphere and efficient help buying a new air with deals and trade in etc
Great service. In and out no hassle. Awesome
Fast & friendly service. Answered all my questions & helped out with few questions of their own. Thank you.
I’m done with AppleSpent an hour round trip to Colorado Springs Apple store at Promenade Shops in BriargateGreeted very rudely by security guard outside store telling me I was standing in wrong place proceeded to put me through Covid-19 protocol without telling me what she was doing waiting outside (32 degrees)When employee (dressed in all black) asked me why I was there. Explained I needed help pairing watch with phone—sorry I need appointment none available till next week....I have never been treated more rudely by any other retail store. Customer of Apple over 15 years-4 current devices-I will not only stop purchasing their products but sell my stockBeware they are in real trouble treating their customers that way.
They gave it their best shot at fixing the phone. Nice folks.
DONT COME HERE!Came to pick up an online order, was made to get in line and had my temperature taken. Even at 6ft+ apart mandated to wear a mask in 82 degree weather even after informing the security guard (not cop) that I couldnt wear a mask due to a medical condition. He said I had to wear it if I wanted to shop at the Apple store. Mind you, I wasnt coming in, just picking up outside. No next time for this place.
I had a pleasant experience. I purchased a MacBook Air recently through the online portal and wanted to make sure I could get protection on my Mac and get the Office 360 add on.This is my first Mac and I got my first iPhone last year so I wanted to make sure I made the right choices. The gentlemen who helped me were kind, courteous, and helpful. I also walked in and they were quick so I think the wait really depends on the time of day.
This store USED to have a young, fun vibe. Not anymore! It was super uptight in there & cold-feeling. And in the middle of my appointment, of which my issue was not resolved, the rep left to assist someone else as if I were the imposition. Not a good vibe at all. Apple ticker going down.
I swear I know more about Apple products than some of these reps. Any time I try to explain an issue, they treat me like I dont know what Im talking about. Try to explain anything a bit on the technical side and they dont even understand what youre talking about.Theyre here to sell you stuff and to get you out of their store—thats it. Things they say sound recited and dont sound like theyre actually trying to help you with your issue.I had a hardware problem and they basically said As long as it functions, theres nothing we can do. If Im paying upwards of $2000 for a product, just functioning isnt good enough. I shouldnt be experiencing ANY problems and especially shouldnt be told to basically suck them up because my product functions.
Eddie was so knowledgeable and very personal. Great service.
The only store in the whole complex where you have to wear a mask. And the last time we were there we couldnt even go in the store you have to stand outside and talk to somebody and wait for them to bring your stuff out
Aside of some small issues Ive had with my products (and said issues not being completely resolved by this store sometimes), its a good Apple Store. Obviously depends who you get—but most of the staff here is super friendly (I guess thats to be expected at these types of stores).Had an issue with my brand-new MacBook and the employee was very understanding and did their best to try and fix my issue. Its one of those [odd] issues where its not big enough to render the product useless, but annoying enough to hinder the experience (especially for the price I paid for my computer)—and the employee acknowledged that which was awesome. They did their best to make sure that my MacBook is in the best condition it can possibly be, not to mention their patience was much appreciated.Sometimes they can be a little short with you (I mean heck, Id be too if I had to deal with as many antsy people in a day as they do) but overall the customer service is good! I would say for every 10 experiences I have, only one is not-so-good, and thats not to say its bad—just that its not above & beyond.Keep doing what you do, Apple crew.
Poor customer service picking up a $1500.00 IPad. It was a gift for my wife or I would have canceled the purchase.
Started having issues with both of my airpods soon after I bought them. Made an appointment and brought them in to the store. Within 10 minutes, they had me paired with a technician, and in 10 more, they were able to take my airpods, diagnose the issue, and replace them! The technician (Alesmo i think is how you spell his name) was extremely friendly and walked me through the tests he was doing. Thank you!!
Bought 2 watches, a phone, case and band spend almost 2700.00 and received the worst service. They were not busy. Didn’t even help move the chip from old phone to new. Supervisor was very rude. Have iPads and desktop products. Been an Apple family for decades. This is our last generation of products. Received better service today at store next door buying a 20.00 lipstick. Can’t blame COVID for bad customer service.
I gave them a 2 star but its possibly a 0 star, let me explain. I went in to buy two new iPhones, I was directed to a blind man that had little to no sales experience. I love the fact apple is hiring people with disabilities, however he had no social skills, no apparent product knowledge and we couldn’t understand anything he said. This is the exact opposite of every apple employee ive ever come across. He never offered to show us a phone, go over features or anything, it was really wierd. I have no clue why the manager of this store would send us (customers) to a person that had zero to little communication skills, little to 0 product knowledge, despite many (4-6 employees) standing around laughing and wasting time as the place was very dead at 7 pm on Monday May 24 2021.We left with no new phones, no information or upgrade pricing or phone information and a lot of money in our pockets to spend elsewhere and if it weren’t for iPhones being so awesome I about drove to go get a samsung despite my having owned one of every one of apples iPhones made to date.It sucks but I’d suggest online shopping before visiting this store, thats what I’m going to do.
Our assistant Woody really took his time with my son who had been injured in a car wreck and could not unlock his phone. Woody assisted him to get that part of his life back. More to come. Thanks Woody!
We scheduled 3 apple care appointments for today on OUR vacation. We have 4 family members with phones, watches, i-pad, laptops, and desktops. You get what you pay for until you attempt to utilize this apple. Our Airpods were diagnosed by the employee putting them in his ear. After being told nothing was wrong I had to basically beg them to diagnose. Guess what they failed and had to be replaced. Our Apple Care had an issue the store manager had us call Apple Customer Service after spending 52 minutes on the phone we were informed by the store they couldn’t fix our phones until Monday. You mean you had us call, I even informed them apple calls take 45-60 minutes.I am utterly appalled that Apple did this to me and now my husband is making me get a damn SAMSUNG.
Quick diagnostic on air pods pro. Great service & friendly staff.
Very professional and quick.I reserved an appointment with the Genius Bar online. They were able to help me out, 5 minutes prior to my reservation time. They took all appropriate safety steps in regards to Covid.I was having issues with my Air Pods Pros, due to a heavy static effect every time I would put them in my ears. I told the employee, (unfortunately I forgot his name) who was assigned to assist me, about the issue, and in no less than 10 minutes, I was out of the store with 2 brand new Air Pods In hand.He trusted that I was telling the truth about the issue, and did not question me further. Everything was covered under warranty, and they even extended the warranty, for the new Air Pods. I did not have to pay a single dime, which I was really surprised about!Excellent customer service overall! Thank you Apple.
We went in to get a new battery. They didn’t even acknowledge us then they said they couldn’t find us. After we told them what our appointment was for they said they didn’t have the parts. Why make the appointment if you don’t have the proper parts. Worst service ever and such a waste of time.
I spent 30 minutes haggling with automated system. Trying to convince them to let me talk to a real human. And I got completely stonewalled. Also the reason why Im calling in the first place is because I was trying to do an update on my phone and my phone froze halfway through. Great work guys. Fantastic job your doing over there.
I went to the apple store to buy the fast charger for my car and my iPhone was dead and they told me I had to make a reservation to buy a fast charger when my phone was out of charge!!
It makes no sense that you are a multi billionaire company and you can’t even keep up with your reservation times. My appointment was at 1030 last time and I waited over an hour for a technician! This time I come 10 minutes early and you can’t get me in because I can only be 5 minutes early to my appointment!! Wouldn’t you appreciate the fact I am early compared to late?!? How about making another Apple store so that people don’t have to deal with your incompetent staff!!
Apple is so Covid aware, and this store is no different. There is a tent set up outside for customers waiting to get into the store. At least three employees outside making sure the process is smooth and people are waited on in a timely manner. There were also two security guards not sure if they work for apple or the shops at Briargate
Horrible store! I have been an apple user all products. Loved them until now! Bought two iPads still under warranty in prestige condition. Not a scratch on them. Charger port not working. They told me they don’t cover that. What??? A 500 I pad not covered if don’t charge. I said fine how much does it cost to repair? They say sorry mam you will have to buy a new one. We don’t repair this iPad it has no screws. So you just have to buy a new one. Called apple they are sending me a box to send in and repair. Hoping that goes well. Do not waste your time with this store! Also appointment was 3:25 stood outside in freezing cold for over an hour .
This is the worst Apple store I have ever been to, not a single person here can answer a simple question without going to ask someone else. I contacted your customer service department and reviewed an answer, only to find out that the answer I received was false. How hard is it to get your team on the same page?EDIT: You really could have saved me the two hours this trip took by not asking me a million questions that had nothing to do with my purchase.
Im a new Apple user and was absolutely blown away by the service I received. I am beginning to see why Apple users are so loyal!
This was our first time using the Apple Store in Colorado Springs. While we did have to have an appointment set up because of Covid precautions, our experience was pretty great. Iphone needed a new battery and we did have to leave it there several hours but chose to pick it up the next day. Apple Tech Kraig that helped us was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable! The iphone works great again, and I highly recommend going there. Just remember to make an appointment and you will be well taken care of .
We set an appointment only to show up and have to wait for about a half hour anyway...whats the point? Store is ok, but the process needs help.
They were very nice and helpful
Like everything Apple, they are DOING YOU a favor! God only knows how they allocate help at their store. There is like 10-12 employees and I’m 30 minutes past my appointment time. Zero stars? Apple Sux
Overall worth nothing in service
I am able to get my phone fixes
This store has terrible customer service.
Making an appointment here is like pulling teeth. The online system they use to make appointments sends you down a list of questions and then will offer a phone call, a link to an apple website, or online chat. You have to select a made up problem with hardware in order to find a way to make an actual appointment. Then it will show that there are no appointments available. They refuse to take walk-ins and are not willing to offer solutions. I am a life long Apple customer-but this store is absolute garbage.
Wow! This is the best way to describe my experience. Just Wow! Really!I walk up to the store 30 minutes before the posted closing time. There are a few people outside waiting in an unorganized line. I wait my turn and a younger woman asks how she can help me. I tell her that I am there to purchase an IMAC or a laptop, unsure on which but I want one of them. Then she says do you have any appointment. I say no and ask if I can make one right now. She says “we are all out of appointments for today, Sorry”Perhaps you might think the store was full. This was not the case. There were. maybe 3 people in the whole store.I am very confused do they not want to sell a $2500+ computer. Do they have so much money that they do not want or need my business? That is how they made me feel. One would think that in the current economic market that all sales would matter. Not for Apple not at this location.Best option when a company begins to treat you and as a nuisance and bother instead of a valued customer is to stop buying their products.I say this as a person and small business owner that has 8 newer IPhones (10 or newer), multiple IPads, an IMac and a MacBook Pro.I write all this as disappointed person that tried to be a customer and was turned away. Your companies response or lack their of will determine your future as my supplier or your replacement.
While COVID has made business difficult for many, Apples approach has been one of the best. Quick check-outs, knowledgeable staff, great products and safety in mind makes this store a pleasure to shop at.
Jay saved the day! If not for him, I would have said bye bye bye to apple like NSYNC. Jay was amazing.
I stopped by here yesterday to initially pick up an online order for an iPhone 8. They got the phone out to me very quickly, and offered to help me with set up. When the software update took forever, they were eager to troubleshoot and try again. The phone to phone transfer I had to transfer stuff to the iPhone 8 from my old SE took forever, but that was not their fault. During that time, Drew was quite friendly and put a glass screen protector on my new phone when I asked about it. Once we got the phone to phone transfer done, we had issues with trying to activate the phone- which was not the Apple Store’s fault, it was Verizon. However the staff helped me the best that they could. Everyone was really friendly and the store was organized, despite how busy it was. Great service!
Hannah was the greatest employee! She made us feel welcomed and treated us so well!! We appreciate good service and we got it from Hannah! Thank you!
Make sure to have an appointment before heading that way. Wasted my time and gas driving all the way out there only to be told that there were no more slots open. Seriously?!?!
Nice staff- but not great resolution. I have been without a phone for a few days. I am a mother with small kids and a special needs child. My new iPhone 11 died after 3 months and the staff and tech support cant fix it. A new one was ordered since they were out, but I am still without a phone and no follow up. I know the global issue is putting a strain on everyone, so youd think customer service would offer another model, even if its more $, and allow me to make a choice. I tried calling from a borrowed phone (temporary) and you cant reach anyone So my only option is to go back with my kids, try and make an appointment to talk to them AGAIN about a phone. I have been a faithful Apple user and have been very happy with their support, till now. This may be my last apple product ever.
Great service. We ordered a laptop online and picked it up at this store. They follow CoVid guidelines, we thought it would take a longer wait time but we were in and out within a matter of 10 minutes.Thank you!
Its a good store as its the only one in the springs. For all the people complaining about the appointments and having to weak a mask. Remember its a pandemic and if you dont like it shop online. Its apple policy to wear a mask and to have an appointment to enter the store. I dont understand why that would reflect badly on the store considering its what a lot of stores are doing. Other than all the negative reviews its a good store with good employees and its not their fault for the policies that are in place to keep everyone safe. If youre too immature to follow the rules dont go in person. Also, I enjoy a store that doesnt let people in to browse ten minutes before they close so that employees can leave at the scheduled time.
So let me tell you a tale. I went to this location as my new phone had a number of issues. This includes getting hot to the touch, not receiving/dropping calls, camera not functioning prior to a soft reset, camera show green bars when pictures have been taken. The representative ran a diagnostic and informed me they didnt find anything. The representative was also very condescending bordering on rude which okay maybe he had a bad day. He informed me that I would need to run the phone without loading my information on it for two weeks after a hard reset to prove there was a problem as apparently I just like going to stores to make things up. I did what was asked and the stores shut down prior to me making it back before this two weeks was up. I called Apple support to see what can be done as I cant be missing so many calls. I was informed to go to a retailer and get it exchanged as an emergency exchange. I arrive at the retailer where the Apple representative set the appointment. I was informed they would need to take my phone and it may take up to 4 months to get a phone to me. I didnt find that acceptable and they were not willing to budge on it. I call Apple support again and they set up to get me a phone in 3 days that works. After waiting the 3 day I call in as I now have a $1300 hold on my card. I get informed not only did the product not ship to me they do not know when they can get it to me. I told them that I dont wish to have a $1300 hold on my card for an undetermined period of time. They cancel my repair request as I am unwilling to essentially loan them $1300. I am welcome to wait until stores open back up, so since I am stuck with this trash phone I decide I might as well put my information back on it. All of my information for the last 6 months is now gone. This could have all been avoided if the genius that talked down to me the first time would have just swapped my phone out. Multiple trips to different locations and multiple calls yielded nothing but incorrect information and false promises. I am an avid Apple consumer but they really knew how to change my mind on that. If you liked being talked to like youre an idiot and treated like garbage this is the best company you can wish for.
Quick pickup of online purchase. Did a good job
Very helpful, didnt have a long wait time 👍👍
The store is a joke, no not funny.
I pay 15 dollars every month for apple care. Not sure why it takes almost a month for them to fix my daughters IPhone.
Very long line, no in person shopping allowed. Must order before arriving in line. Cold, slow, bad skipping experience. Buy online or best buy.
They dont carry cases for their own products. They should probably not sell them if they dont even carry cases for their iPods and ipads
Needed a new MacBook. Went online, got the specs, went to order, and the wait was weeks. Called the Apple number, was told to just go to the store to find out what the store had. Could not call the store to determine inventory. Drove 45 minutes to the store. Was told purchases are only done by appointment, but the 4 people standing outside could not make an appointment. The QR codes on the large posters outside did not work on my new iPhone. Apple people could not help me either make an appointment or make a purchase. Unbelievably bad experience. This is how businesses fail - they make it way too hard to actually make a purchase. I went to Best Buy.
Outstanding service!
Had to drive 150 mile round trip twice to get a battery replaced on my iPhone. I asked at the genius bar specifically if they replaced the battery (and told them Best Buy had trouble trying to run diagnostics and couldnt do it) that he could guarantee that I would walk out with my phone just as it was before. He said yes and said they could help getting it restored if needed. I waited for a rep to bring me my repaired phone and he said it was dead and brushed me off to a sales rep who also promised I would leave with a functioning phone. He sold me a phone and brushed me off to the ATT store next door who couldnt do anything but change the SIM card. These people will promise you anything and talk in a rehearsed caring tone when they dont care about anything. Very superficial and self serving. Never again, Apple
Great protocols for Covid 19. Staff is amazing. Thank you for keeping people safe.
We arrived on a busy Saturday in the store. We were helped quickly. Purchased an Apple Watch 5...they had what we wanted, the band we wanted, served us quickly, sales rep was knowledgeable, and he spent some time teaching us the useful features. Nate was great! Recommend this store to Apple fans.
Horrible experience. If you like living in the book The Giver then by all means give this torture chamber a go.
Absolutely ridiculous to you have a non-medical professional standing outside your door, making an appointment online and then being screened by this non-medical professional just enter the store to make a purchase. You really think you’re saving the world ?People ride shuttles at the airport shoulder to shoulder, sit on an airplane closer to each other than one would stand in a store. You have no medical justification for what you are requiring customers who want to enter the store.
Well, arrived for my 3:15-3:30pm order pickup time. Stood in line for 10 minutes in below freezing weather and without any communication from store employees or management the store closed early. I have never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully by Apple.
I would give it a one, but my past experiences with them honoring one year warranty on my broken charging cables. Too bad I got to the store 15 minutes before they closed, so they couldn’t take anymore more appointments. I love having no service!!!!!! I can’t wait until November, so I can try out a Samsung device!
GOOD TECH
From the moment we arrived for our appointment to the time we left with my apple watch, it was a very pleasant and positive experience. Turik was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to answer all our questions. He was patient when I was indecisive and never made us feel rushed. He clearly understood Apples Covid protocol and was thorough with cleaning before and during our appointment. Turik provided a high level of customer care, as did the rest of the staff at this location . Thanks again!
Lazy lazy lazy employees refused to sell me a laptop I was ready to purchase because I showed up too close to closing time. With At least 10 employees visible, I was told, “We don’t have anyone here that can sell you a laptop right now.” Fine, taking my money and business to Costco.
Wes was super helpful and very nice. Best experience in an Apple store. Thanks again!
Apple technician was very rude. He then refused to give me his name, when I brought it up to the manager he didnt care and acted like he didnt know the guys name. Very Unprofessional. Will never buy from them again!
Apple stores COVID mitigation is absolutely ridiculous. No other business in Colorado Springs acts like this. Apple knows that you have no other options and have to bend to their will. They have 3 standing security guards to enforce their ridiculous policies.
This store allowed pickup of 9 iPhones that were ordered online fraudulently using my credit card over a 10 day period and did not verify identity or credit card of person picking up the iPhones. I have filed a report with law enforcement and cancelled my credit card of course, but that is ridiculous. When I called, I got the typical runaround of course.
No help what so ever, told to go online or to Cheery Creek Mall Apple store, really??? They sell different Apple products there??
Review based on new sale. No repairs or service experience. Sales staff were friendly, attentive and very patient with us. Genius Bar were nice and setup new purchases, no problems.
Tell you what this place is a joke they love to lie to you tell you things like oh yeah I comes with a year warranty and then you find out later it’s only 90 days and the phones don’t even last more than six months ZERO customer service at this location. It would be nice if people didn’t actually lie to you. If you’re thinking about getting an Apple product definitely not from this place
Whatever security person they have at the front door is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. I told him I wanted a new computer, he basically reprimanded me for not knowing that there no sales in the store. Then he told me not to bother waiting for the Genius Bar because it was two weeks out, then turned his back on me. Total jerk.
I came by to see if I could get my AirPods case repaired but I didn’t want spend more money than I need to, and so I asked about the AirPod case that wasn’t wireless because I don’t use wireless charging, and the lady was already giving me attitude and sounded more irritated when I asked for the cheapest option...moral of the story, the staffs are quite rude “very passive aggressive”, if you have that kind of money they’ll probably treat you better. Guess it’s a good place to just buy something and leave...
Great experience. Nice helpful staff. Always go here even though I live in New Mexico!
Festive for the holidays and very organized for covid shopping.
The employees are extremely helpful, attentive, and friendly. I would recommend getting Josh to help you. He is kind, knowledgeable, and respectable. The environment is well-organized and minimalist. I would recommend to a friend and would go again if I have trouble with my Apple products in the future!
I am was traveling through town and needed help with my phone. It was not making or receiving calls and I had service. Walked in and was told it’s going to be a 3 hour wait before a tech could talk to me. I said I was traveling and didn’t have 3 hours to wait. I offered to just break down and buy a new one. The sales rep mentioned that he had 4 other people in front of me and it would be at least 45min before I could buy one. You guys are a joke! Walked over to AT&T and was taken care of and out there door in 20min.
